Wonderful experience with Jill she helped me find what I was looking for. She has a great personality and keeps me laughing. Love love love her!!!
Was unimpressed with the vaccination experience, mostly because I thought it would be more child-friendly for me with kids (vs the much more difficult sit in car experiences).I was early for my appointment time and they didnt have me sign in until about five minutes after appointment time (despite no line). They werent clear what to do next. Then I had to wait another 10-15. Why? They just prioritized everyone in line or phone calls instead of the person already waiting. That was annoying. Also, my questions werent all answered as they were definitely in a hurry...then they put me in a room and still had to wait five minutes. The pharmacist then quickly ran in, vaccinationed me and left in less than a minute. Then I had to wait another fifteen in the store (this was expected). I was thinking it would take twenty minutes but it was 45-60 minutes weve been here. Which is fine. But not as easy with kids. Glad I brought my oldest to keep an eye on the youngest who was getting in into everything. Actually as far as appointments go I dont feel like I should be upset, as it has been great for a COVID19 vaccine. I just wasnt prepared with kids. And I felt annoyed at the workers who seemed to be more aware of the others than those waiting for the vaccinations (the guy behind me was having a similar experience).Everything else about the store was fine.
Came all the way out to get what I needed. I knew exactly Needed and they said they were closed like 4 or 5 minutes early. Worse service ever! I never do reviews but Im also calling corporate!
They are nice to me. Ive known William the manager for years. Good service. If you had to put up with rude people, would be the perfect, smiling employee? Put yourself in their position.
I am not very thrilled with my experience with rite aid pharmacy , I called in my refill and was shorted over 15 - 20 pills and was told there is nothing they could do for me.. very disappointed I have now switched pharmacies due to not being able to trust there pharmacists. Also not the first time my family has a a problem regarding this situation.
Got to store at 9:45 to get some ice cream and they told me they had to sanitize their whatever 30 min. before closing. So yes I got denied ice cream before the store even closed. Jill was the manager of the night. I could have sworn I have been there before this place closed to get Ice Cream. Lazy workers and they just dont care. Dont worry took my $ somewhere else.
The employees are the best at this location. Always friendly and helpful
Pharmacy staff and the front end staff need some training in customer service.. Not the friendliest. You almost feel like you are bothering them if you ask a question. This has happened to me a few different times now there.
The manager Jill refused to sell me alcohol because my daughter placed the beer on the counter, as my hands were full. Rite aid you lost a long time customer. Jills attitude was ridiculously rude. Pretty much implying I am buying alcohol for a minor by refusing to sell it to me. I am a local business woman and would never do such a thing, not to mention my daughter is 22. I am calling corporate on Monday to discuss. Just go to the Albertsons its cheaper and the staff are kind, they have trained the staff well, Rite Aid needs to take notes.
Store is clean and organized. Easy to find what I need.
I had the pharmacy hold a prescription for tramadol last month because my insurance would not cover it and now that I have the money to pick it up they are telling me they dont even have it on file and that I must be confused with another pharmacy!!! I know for a fact I dropped it off there so they lost my prescription?!
Fast,courteous,nice
Called multiple times trying to get a prescription transferred and the hold times were way too long.
Always has my mascara in stock.
