Security Camera Team installed cameras for us on January 25, 2021 and I wanted to wait and see how they worked before leaving a review. After 2 months we are still delighted with the system. After the initial phone call of inquiry, Mike came to our home and spoke to us about what we wanted to accomplish. He gave us some great suggestions and we were comfortable enough to go ahead and schedule. The following week Nick and James arrived just as promised and worked all day running wires and getting everything just right. My only regret is that we didn’t put this system in a long time ago. It’s a huge deterrent and well worth the money for peace of mind. We get alerts on our phones as things are happening, and can also see on our computer or tv screen. We have a crazy neighbor who we have to keep an eye on, and have already had an incident of him lying to the property manager in regarding to his trespassing. Now we have proof on film, and he stays away. The crew worked clean, were professional and took the time to answer our questions as to how things work. I’m sure this system does much more than what we use it for but it’s top notch, and there is always tech support you can call if you have questions or need them to talk you through any issues. I would gladly recommend Security Camera Team to family and friends.

I had 6 cameras installed around my property in early 2019 and they have worked perfectly ever since. Due to some user error on my part, I was inadvertently locking files which was causing me issues while trying to clip footage. I called the help desk and left a message and received a call a short time later from the owner himself.I explained my issue and Imon (the owner) offered to come to my property the next day and take a look at my NVR with me. Within 30 minutes not only did he adjust some settings to better assist me in capturing what I was trying accomplish, he also was able to show me where to go to unlock the files and all at ZERO cost! I was very disappointed with this company they came out to my home right away to make the sale of an complete camera system for my home. And when I needed them to come out and repair the system they weren’t fast at all. As a matter of fact the first time I was told as soon as we have another job in area will come out . I had to call them several times before they came out. So a couple weeks ago I asked them to come out and they stated the same thing . I had to call them several times again and the only difference this time was they never even returned my call this time.i paid a lot for this system and the Moral to the story is if you don’t live close to there company there’s a good chance you will wait until they have another job in the area if you need them.
