I have dealings on two different occasions. First was back before they were bought out by the current owner and I was very pleased with their help in securing an ignitor for my furnace. It was so inexpensive (and my furnace is known for burning out ignitors) that I bought 2 so I would have one on hand and wouldnlt you know it four years later I used the second on I bought. Folks were very help and very polite.My most recent experience was with the current owners and they were just as helpful. I needed to replace the motor in my bathroom exhaust fan. The fan is original and very old so I didnt think they would have but but they found it based on a picture I took. I bought two and replaced both bathroom motors. They work like new and are much quitter than the old worn out fan motor, go figure.I appreciate being able to go somewhere to find parts so I can rehab things rather than replace them. Keep up the great work.

This morning I pulled up and they had closed the door. No one bothered coming to the door - and it was during regular business hours. I peered through the window and noticed a man at the back giving me the hang loose sign. I walked back to my car and dialed the store number only to get a man in Dallas, Texas. I was at the store in Lafayette, Indiana. Not helpful. They took my card number BY PHONE WITH ME IN THE PARKING LOT. Long story short, this company didnt have my part so I took a competitors part and made it work on the job. The man placed my part in a little bag on a table outside the store. If the employees think this is a good way to do business with the public, then they need to change their name to UNRELIABLE PARTS. Oh. and if the employees are going to park in front, then maybe they should stay in the lines. Horrible.

Have been getting parts here for years. Use to be Bell and I keep forgetting theyve changed their name. Always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. I looked at all the reviews and I know the person who gave them 1 star. Disregard her rating.

The ignitor on our furnace died on a Saturday morning with sub-zero temperatures in the forecast. None of the local home improvement stores sold them, and all the rest of the the appliance parts places I went to were either closed on Saturdays or sold only to contractors. Then I got to Bell, which was open despite it being Saturday, and the employee immediately recognized the part I had in my hand and quickly found a new one.

I called this store about getting a dryer belt rather than ordering on the internet. When talking to the girl she informed that the part was in stock and cost $40. I raised the concern that I knew the part was less than $7 (their profit margin is 600%?), and she snapped in a rude comment in the middle of my sentence and hung up the phone.Very Disapointed by the unfriendly interaction/ immoral business ethics.

I think these folk have great customer service and, despite being one of the busiest appliance stores in town, give each person there due time to solve whatever parts mystery is brought in.I would recommend this place to anyone needing a part for there appliance.
