We have been very happy Stafford Oil Company customers for 18 years, with timely oil delivery and excellent service but it was during today’s snowstorm that Stafford’s team really came through in the clutch! We discovered a serious water line leak near our furnace, called Stafford Oil and they immediately sent their service man who promptly solved the problem. We called 5 other companies, and 1 answered and offered to assist us the next day, the other 4 never returned our calls.

Called for oil because I was very low, they werent scheduled to be in the area today, but they made it anyway. Now Ill be able to sleep tonight knowing we wont run out! Thank you!

Unbelievable experience today as I was interviewed on the spot for a customer service position..I was greeted very professionally and I felt like I was at home, such a good feeling I had inside..If your worried about keeping warm this winter, you dont need to because Stafford Oil will make sure your not in the cold at all..Such an unbelievable company and I thank you for a great interview experience as well..Am hoping for the best 🙏

Just had a great interaction when ordering oil for the first time maybe ever, for the family house near the lake. Turns out they had serviced it for many years prior. They even knew the color. Very nice service experience. Great value too, with discounts available. :)

I had to have a new boiler put in my home. From the start, Marcy and Weymen were wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them. Including Kim (I think thats her name) who directs your calls when you call in. You are all an asset to Staffords. I cannot thank all of you enough for making such a big expensive job a little less painless!! In a day and age when good Customer Service is almost impossible to find, I am SO happy to be Customers of Staffords!

Our household loves Stafford. The employees are friendly, prices are fair, and service has always been excellent. We call when we need an oil delivery (rather than auto delivery) and theyve always made sure to get us on the schedule right away. The couple times our furnace stopped running they were able to get us in same-day without issue which is a huge relief. We use them for maintenance on both our furnace and central AC unit as well and have never had any complaints. Highly recommend them for your oil and HVAC needs!

We have been with Stafford for years. Had an issue with the furnace and we had a next day appointment (could have been same day but I had to reschedule). Tech called when he was on route and fixed the problem. Matt (the tech) was courteous and took the time to answer my questions so I would have a better understanding of how our furnace works and what I can to for self service. My dad always says you get what you pay for and I feel we are getting a great value for our dollar.

WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! Have been a Stafford customer for 5+ years now. Ive never had an issue getting a delivery on time, in fact this winter I forgot to check my tank, called Stafford, and they made a delivery that same day with no problems. The driver (Bob?) was very nice.

My boiler stopped working and we had no hot water. I called Kim and within an hour the service technician arrived and fixed the problem. Great customer service! Have been a customer for 7 1/2 years and will continue to be.

Been a customer with my home and business for over 10 years and they have always been great!!!

Had our tank inspected by Stafford in December 2018 and had no issues, they filled our tank. Then we scheduled a delivery in February for more oil and driver filled only 50 gallons and left a note saying that we needed our tank inspected before he could fill, which is ridiculous since we just had our tank inspected 2 mos prior. Clearly they have zero customer service skills nor do they actual care about the people they service, as both me and my husband were home and the driver never rang doorbell or let us know there was an issue. This could have easily been avoided and we would have gladly allowed the tech access to the tank. Instead, we were left scrambling to find another company in the dead of winter to come and give us a full tank of oil. About 2 hours later, with no call, no heads up whatsoever, a tech from Stafford showed up at our door to “inspect our oil tank”. This person had attitude for days, and as we were never told he was coming and already made arrangements with another company, we sent him away. Really poor service and poor attitude. Thankfully there are many other options for oil in the area, I’d definitely recommend going with one of them!FYI we got another local company to come deliver then next day and they inspected tank and of course there was no issue.

They are an amazing oil company! Everyone is polite and they deliver quickly!! Everyone is so nice!

Beware!! I understand accidents do happen but when they do they will absolutely try to hang on the hook for the cost.Just tryed to put 125 gallons (billed)in tank that could only take 70.6 gallons more. Was dipsticked less then 12 hours before. DO NOT trust them. Will screw you hard and will be sneaky about it. Dispatcher caught a wicked attidue when I cought them.. not impressed at all! Very dishonest! Then come to find out they have spilt fuel everyware! Steve lermie then agued with me and refused to clean it up. DES for the state had to come out and force them to pay for it. Steve then wanted to argue with me about the fuel and the spill and catch a nig attitude with me. Refused to do anything uless he came out and wanted to do it his way not the correct way. Surpised thats there GENERAL MANAGER... not to mention its less then 10 ft from my well.You can keep re editing The review all you want in response but its not going to change the fact that you guys messed up and tryed to blaim everything on me.

I have been a customer for years, I have a AC issue, I called the service dept. about coming out and the lady said yes we can work on it the problem is it is a R22 unit I called to inform Stafford its not a Freon issue, its a condenser issue. I was told it would be between 7 to 9k to rework the system to R410 so I asked about a new R22 condenser and I was told they cant get one !! So after a few phone calls I located a NEW in BOX one !! So I called Stafford back and informed them that I located one .... I was told by the service manager he would not install it !!! I have the feeling they want me to spend an extra 5k on the install .... so much for taking care of your customers

In from out of state to find the oil burner off - Stafford to the rescue! Prompt call back to walk me through resetting the burner. Always polite and so very willing to solve your problem as soon as possible. Wouldnt think of changing my oil company.

Outstanding service at all levels!

I called asking to set up an account to order delivery and was told they are not taking new accounts in my town. I guess they have enough customers.

I called to tell them that my tank was on empty and there is no heat IN THE MIDDLE OF MARCH, and they told me they would not be in the area until five days later! Ive been a customer ever since I moved here 7 1/2 years ago. I will be canceling my account.
