Preferred Eye Care office is very cordial at the check-in office. My Eye exam was very easy, no issues and Optometrist, Dr. Chris Kerby, is so pleasant while he is with his patients. After my Eye examination, I was offered to pick out my glasses while I was there. The Eye glass technician was very helpful with my one choice of new glasses frame. They were ordered and were in the office very quickly. Preferred Eye Care is awesome. Thank you and may God watch over each one of you.

My first time there. I love Dr. Christopher W. Kerby!! He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable but explains things so that you can understand them. Very down to earth. The office staff was very nice also.

My grandson is ADHD. He wiggles and struggles with sitting still, focusing, and he gas to touch everything. Dr. Burkhart was so patient and calm with him. All the other staff was so wonderful. Dr Kerby is a fabulous doctor. The receptionist is very nice and explains all of the different tests that they can do and how much they will cost. They have a really nice selection of frames. If things dont turn out correctly with your glasses they will fix them for you and not make you feel like you did something wrong.

At preferred eye care my experience was great, the place was nice and clean and their operation was real thorough. The tech and then the Doctor both did wonderful jobs checking my eyesight and figuring out the best eye prescription for me, and everyone there was super nice, preferred eye care definitely gets 5 stars from me.

Since leaving his original office, I havent always been impressed with the office staff. However, on our most recent visit, the office staff was much more friendly.

Best eye place in kokomo extra thorough and professional care and accepts medicaid its a relief to find good service on indiana healthy plan sometimes its hard to find providers that are so professional and nice with the poor ppl insurance i wasnt treated any different the doctor is nice and i feel like i knew him for years even though it was my first visit and office was very clear on what insurance pays and doesnt and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was phenomenal

Retraction from previous review... they called today and refunded the difference and I appreciate the time they took to fix the problem.My husband ordered my contacts. They were almost $30 more than at the online store. Not even five minutes later he turned around and asked them to be refunded that we would order them online and they said no it was too late. Not even five minutes. With everything going on money is tight and I’m so heartbroken. Now you know they could have called the company and done something they just didn’t want to take the time. It breaks my heart.
