In working through a time-sensitive grant, Mr. Bernini came to our facility and did an assessment, ordered, and delivered the shelving needed in such a timely manner that I was able to send in the final report to the grant committee two weeks early. He has been available to me whenever I called, has come to our facility for other evaluations and for follow-up. He is currently working on another large project for us.
