They have an excellent selection of spirits and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I go out of my way to visit Fountain City Liquor and Wine. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The selection is pretty good too! They almost always have what I need when Im making a new cocktail but if its something really unusual, I call ahead to see if they have it.

I shop a couple different liquor stores for my needs and Fountain City Liquor seems to have become, very quickly my go to. The staff is super friendly and make great suggestions if you are stuck. Ive never felt like i was recieving jusgement for the the volume or amount of liquor purchased. They are very welcoming and helpful and ensure a trip to the liquor store feels like walking into an old friends home.

This is a very nice, clean liquor store with a good selection. However, I was very disappointed by my recent experience during the pandemic and the way the staff is handling the county health department mask requirement. While I was in the store, another customer realized he had forgotten his mask and started to go back to his car to get it. The young lady at the register stopped him, saying oh you dont have to do that- its your choice. It is not much to ask to potentially save your family, friends and neighbors lives just to wear a mask when in public. I will not be returning to this store if this is how little they care about the health and safety of their customers.

Not a fan. My whiskey was way higher than down the road but I was going to get it anyway due to convenience. When I asked for Baileys she said they were out and everyone else was too because it was on back order. Well I called my regular store and they had plenty and I called the other one by me because I was looking for the chocolate cherry flavor as well and they also had plenty. Maybe it is on back order for everyone but dont lie to me and tell me no one else has it. I leftt and I wont be back.

I walked in the door and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and hello! That’s always nice, especially since a lot of people in retail act like you’re bothering them to support their business. The store is very clean, has a large selection and really good prices. The young lady at the register was very friendly and she offered to help me find anything I needed. I asked about a few of the wines and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Definitely will go back.

This is by far the best liquor store I have ever went to in Knoxville they do price matching so if you see something there that is more expensive than any other place they will do price matching and let you have it for the other other places price also the staff there are really friendly

My family has been shopping at this store since moving to Fountain City in 05 - changed ownership a few years ago. When asking about allocated product, they tell me it is reserved for regulars or havent seen any. Drank 2010 Guigal Chnf du Pape out of the store that was cooked. Will vote with my dollars elsewhere. Looking forward to you going out of business or having to sell.
