The Patricia Nash store in Knoxville, TN had a sample sale which began today. I looked everything up and also attempted to call for several days to inquire about the process. Nothing advertised that you had to get a ticket ahead of time just that tickets were involved. So I drove an hour home to get my daughter and drive an hour back to the store and when the police officer met us at the door he nicely stated we have to have a ticket to enter. Then he kindly asked the ladies if we could participate given the circumstances and they basically turned us away and said sorry ladies and we didn’t answer phone calls because we were preparing for the sale (as she was standing at the front door vaping right in front of us as she was apologizing. Basically poor advertisement and poor customer service. I do not want to go back which is sad because I loved Patricia Nash products before this experience. .

Made a puchase through their website on 1 Jan as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Received the email with the order number stating another email with the tracking number would follow on 1 Jan. Called their customer service number on 7 Jan (since the funds were withdrawn from my account) for status since Ive heard nothing. Was told it would take 3-5 business days to fill and ship the order. That I would receive the tracking email on 7 Jan.I again called their customer service on 8 Jan for status of my order since I hadnt received the tracking email. Was told it hasnt shipped yet, would ship today and receive the tracking info either later today or tomorrow and that it would arrive in 2-3 days.And yet again called their customer service on 10 Jan since I still hadnt received any tracking info. Was told theyre not sure why it hasnt shipped yet but will contact shipping so it will go out today and will receive the tracking info by email later today.And maybe the 4th call to them would be the charm in resolving this issue...it wasnt. Was told they are very sorry but the item is out of stock, that there was a glitch on their website that allowed me to purchase an out of stock item and that they sent me an email explaining on 10 Jan. I explained I hadnt received any email communications since the purchase, they sent it again and miraculously I instantly received it. Stating theyre sorry, its out of stock, will take 2 days to refund my purchase funds and a code for a 20% discount off my next purchase. Whats a guy to do now that it took 10 days to end up empty handed??? I checked their website of course, to see if this impossible item was truly unavailable to the hungry masses lusting after their product...and there it was, readily available to be purchased.So the inconvenience of being lied to, mislead several times, of giving a gift to my girlfriend that she was dying to have on her birthday wasnt available, nor to have it available on her Birthday, or to wait even longer to get a refund...leaves me wondering how in the world a measly 20% discount will make up for the likely possibility of repeating this nightmare process yet again on my next purchase???I think not...

UPDATE 08/06 : I have received a full refund of the purchase price of my returned bag.08/02 - I purchased my bag on-line directly from the Patricia Nash website. Unfortunately, the strap was not sewn on correctly and I returned the bag for warranty repair after contacting Patricia Nash and sending photos. They said they could not repair it (not sure why, luggage/leather repair tailor couldhave) and offered $$$ toward another purchase but the $$$ must be used within 90 days. I requested by bag be returned instead AND THEY REFUSED stating they keep all defective merchandise. This is not a warranty program, it is an exchange program!!! I have now requested refund the purchase price but they have not responded to my emailrequests. They also do not answer the phone during business hours. All calls go to voice mail with the promise to call next business day! I loved my bag and, if it were not for the poor customer service and warranty policy (not), I would give Patricia Nash Designs a five-star rating.

OMG. I am a P.N. collector. This was a pilgrimage to the mother ship. Beautiful store. Charming sales associates. AND merchandise galore.When I opened the door to enter, the scent of quality leather goods was pure perfume. Smelled like heaven to me!

Horrible customer service! Never answers phones or returns calls and takes at least a week to return emails. I can’t even get an order in online because it been “processing” for almost a month now. No matter how good the product is if the customers don’t matter than neither does the product.
