Purchased commercial machine for my small business. The first impression was great over the phone. I decided to come out and check out the machine and speak face to face. Upon arrival it was a good impression as well. I was offered a demo that was similar to machine I was interested in and allowed to keep for 3 day. I was impressed with the machine and level of service I had received. I decided this was where I was going to purchased my first new mower. Once ordered there was a back order issue, Justin did well communicating eta and keeping me informed. Once mower was received there was slight damage during shipping. Did not effect the performance of the machine but was assured they would order a replacement and they did. I have had 2 issues with machine since purchase both were handled in as timely a manner as possible with intention to keep me up and running. This was the level of service I was mainly interested in finding when I made my purchase and I got it. To my surprise they also offer landscaping supplies fert, herb, etc. very competitive pricing on both equipment and supplies. Backed by service and knowledge of the industry. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend them to all that read this very detailed but honest review.

I bought a Toro SW 5000 from Dickens because I wanted authorized dealer service which you cant get at a big box store. I was surprised that the price was less than the box store, and they delivered!!The salesman Justin was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering my many questions. He recognized me weeks later when I went in for an oil filter.It has been three months since the purchase and I am very pleased with the mower and with Dickens.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great lawn products. High quality grass seed, weed killer, and fertilizers.

Justin answered all my questions and took the time to explain any and all questions I had. I will be returning. After dealing with a well known small engine shop next to my house I regret not doing all my business with Dickens and Justin in particular.
