An absolutely awesome group of people, I called about my 18 year old pressure washer just to see if their was any need to even have it looked at. The lady that answered the phone was very courteous, she told be that they would be happy to take a look at the unit if I would like to bring it in. After I dropped it off, they called me the next day and told me that all I needed was a new pump (which they made me a great price on) and told me that I could pick it up tomorrow. When I picked the washer up, the service guy (David) was extremely helpful and explained the repair in detail. He also provided helpful recommendations and instructions on how to properly maintain and operate the new pump and help keep my engine and carburetor clean and working great. Its been a few weeks now and the pressure washer has never been better. They replaced the factory pump with a much better one and now the pressure is so much stronger.

They are very friendly, fair priced, and will work you in. I tell you, this place i feel is fantastic! The service manager even tried to help me troubleshoot an issue before i gave up. These guys are great!

Amazing what a real pressure washer with true psi will do when cleaning. I had heard from others about how great a Hotsy works, but you cant really understand until you use one. The pressure is unsurpassed and the difference that heat makes is truly unbelievable. The folks at WET helped make this purchase an easy and fun experience for me and my 14year old son who wanted to go with me to help pick out a new pressure washer. I could easily tell that they are a Christian owned business and it really did show in how they value their customers and hold themselves to a higher standard of values. Its truly refreshing to find a business with high quality products and even higher quality customer service. Im sure that this was just the first transaction in what will become a long lasting relationship as my business grows and my needs expand.

I bought a used machine from Frank. Frank called me a week or two after I purchased it and asked me if I was happy with it. I mentioned a couple of small issues that it had, which I had planned on fixing myself. Frank not only insisted on taking care of it for me, he also picked the machine up, and delivered it back to me, free of charge. While he had it, he also repaired problems that I had not even mentioned to him. This was a well used trade in unit that I felt like I had gotten a good deal on to begin with. I am very happy with the service that I have gotten from W.E.T.

I bought my pressure washer (Honda GX390 with General Pump EZ4040G) in 2013 from WET, after couple years the pump needed to be replaced so I took it to WET, they told me the pump can be rebuild and it will cost me $420 or I can buy a new pump for $652 plus one hour labor, I went with a new pump, found out I could bought the exact pump from another supplier for $349 and all I needed to do unscrew 4 bolt to put a new pump in, my total bill was $846 at WET, absolutely over price.Please do your research before doing any business with them.

Highly recommend these guys for all washing equipment purchases and repairs. They always give more than you pay for.
