We recently worked with Window Works to have a total of 25 windows removed and replaced. From start to finish the process was seamless. We received the highest quality from all involved (salesman, office staff, and window installers). The overall experience we had was truly remarkable. We are new to TN, and bought a house that was in desperate need of new windows. We picked Window Works because of their high reviews and the fact that they are local, and the windows are made in the US. Chris came out and gave us our bid. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At one point, we had a slight hiccup and the owner, Wendy, immediately called and resolved the issue with us. We were very impressed with the way she handled the situation. Allan and Michael installed our windows and they did a great job. In fact, the new windows were put in way better than the original windows in the house! Allan and Michael were very professional and friendly as well and were respectful to me as the homeowner. They took time to show me how to operate my new windows and they cleaned up their mess when they were finished. We are VERY happy with our windows! I have always wanted double hung windows - I feel like a queen! They are easy to clean, and I love that they can be left open at night because of the safety clips. I cant say enough good things about Window Works and our new windows!

We have lived in our home for 40 years and it was past time to update the windows. We had the original 1970 era windows with storm windows added in the early 90s. We had used Window Works previously for a window or two, at a rental property, and had always been pleased.We replaced all of the windows in our home, 15 total. The initial interview with Window Works went very well and our order was placed. When the new windows were ready, Window Works worked to our schedule for installation. The process took 2 and 1/2 days. The construction of the windows are top notch and the molding materials are custom built on site to fit perfectly. The installers were very professional, clean, and family friendly. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Our home looks great!

We would highly recommend this company. From the beginning, making phone contact, to having a representative come out and measure window replacements, going over all options, to install, very impressed with every step.We had 9 windows completely replaced and didn’t have to do anything afterwards except hang curtains back up.

We replaced our 30 yr old aluminum windows with Okna double hung series 600. The sales person, Jodi, measured the windows and provided us a price to replace 17 windows. The sales process was very informative, reasonable with no sales tactics or nonsense. The windows were made with the measurements taken and ready for installation within the timeline Jodi provided us (8-10 wks). The installers did a fantastic job and finished in 2 days. They kept inside and outside clean. We are very pleased with the entire process through Window Works. We love the operation and look of the windows!

Very professional crew...did quality work with excellent windows!

We had to replace all the windows in our house and we looked around at several businesses that offered their services. We met with Jodie at our home and decided to purchase from Window Works. She told us it would take a couple of months maybe up to three months but that she also said the windows might come earlier. Indeed it was 10 weeks but the day after the windows arrived at the office they had two highly skilled and professional installers at our house. They were on time and finished in one day. We highly recommend doing business with window works.

Everybody from the office staff to the installers did a fantastic job! Allen and Mike did a fantastic job installing everything and they know what they are doing for sure. They worked well together and answered any questions I had. Chris came out to give an estimate on his day off and that went a long way. They installed Okna windows which are by far the best windows you can get in our area, I researched manufacturers for hours and believe me these are better than the more expensive competition. They are not the cheapest in town, but when you know the quality of their products and how they operate they are definitely have the most value in town. I will always pay a bit more for quality and to have people that value our community as they do. Thanks for the windows and door! You all rock!

We replaced our 50 year old windows and could not be happier with the results. The windows look SOOOOOOO good and the install was easy and clean. We used Window Works for replacement windows, sliding glass doors and gutters. We found their products exceptionally well made and energy efficient. (Made in America). The sales experience was excellent with great examples of installs in the show room. Both crews were very professional and respectful. They took care to not damage landscaping, cleaned up, used face masks when inside. The craftsmanship of both was outstanding with attention to detail. Only a few corrections were needed and those were handled immediately. The window crew even went above expectations and matched well our cedar siding in our sun room instead of using metal cladding. We used WW based on several neighbors recommendation and experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We are really enjoying our new clear windows.

They do good work, and do it for a reasonable price. No high pressure sales tactics, and literally came in about 20% under one of their competitors (for windows, siding, gutters, soffits and fascia). Their schedule was pretty close to what they originally quoted, and it took them about 3 weeks to complete (due to rain). Charles and crew even took into consideration my plans for certain areas while installing, leaving a header for me to install a deck against on the side door (I had torn the old one up), and installed new lights on the side (rather than the old ones they removed). If I had one piece of criticism, its that some of their staff are terrible at responding to email; call them if you need anything quickly.

Window Works did a good job throughout the whole process of coming out to our house for a quote, letting us know the time frame of when the windows and slider would come in, and getting them installed when they said they would. Everything was done in a professional matter and they did a good job communicating throughout the process.

Astonished! I was astonished at the superb craftsmanship of Allen and Micheal from Window Works who replaced six of my windows. Their expertise immediately became evident on just the first window; making masterpieces out of each window in turn. I should have had Window Works to do this years ago. Very pleased with the finished work. We had them install replacement windows throughout (Okna mid-price vinyl) and Prodigy One-Piece Insulated Siding (high end with 2 lifetime(s) transferable warranty - even HAIL damage warranty!)The window crew came first and worked seamlessly as a team. Clearly have been doing this together for a long time. I had a few interior molding cracks and even though interior wasnt part of the contract, they Dapd it for me. (Thank you!)The siding quality is fantastic and I can see why it will last. Other contractors who have come by (i.e., painting contractor, carpenter working on my deck, etc.) have all commented on the quality of the siding.There were a couple of punch-list items I found and they came back, no questions asked, and fixed them. You cant ask for more than that and I would 100% recommend them based on how they responded to my concerns.Thanks for the professionalism, concern for quality of job and also the patience for the amount of time Chris spent answering my (MANY) questions ahead of time before I decided on using them or which products to go with. He was not a high-pressure saleman, either, which I appreciated.BEFORE/AFTER pics probably dont do it justice. Its very sharp looking - an unusual Cape Cod Gray (lots of compliments from neighbors.)

The salesman who came to our house was very professional in his presentation explaining all of the options available. I can’t say enough good things about our installers. I have been working on getting my patio door finished scene February of last you still not finished. I call the company an get the answering service and no one will return your call. I am so disappointed in this company I use to recommend them not anymore the company has changed and no for the good.

We are renovating a 1950’s home which had two sets of windows on it. The original windows and vinyl on top, just a dang mess.I wanted clean, simple, single hung windows for the home and to replace a huge picture window as well.Window works quoted a fair if not competitive price. They came and removed the old windows, replaced with new windows and caulked everything up on the inside and out.They did an excellent job communicating with me through out the project. I will absolutely use them again for future remodels.

Chris and crew replaced my original 70’s windows with new double hung windows. They also replaced my moms windows at her house. Top notch service and quality. Huge difference for the house. I’ll be getting my doors and gutters replaced through them also.

I have used Window Works for windows twice and for siding. This is the only company I will consider. The estimates beat all others, the installation crew is clean and professional, and the customer support is top notch! The crew does a great job cleaning up after themselves - couldnt even tell they had been there. The Okna windows look and preform great. Your installers are great! We will be asking for them again, when we have the second of three sets of windows replaced. The window tinting works great! We will also be getting this on all the windows. You should suggest this to the homeowners, as it really makes a difference with direct sunlight.

I wish I had the experience the other reviews have had. I have constantly been lied to the entire process, it’s always some excuse why they couldn’t come or why it’s taking so long if I had known from the beginning I would have went with a different company. They told me 2 weeks to get gutters done It’s Now been over 4 months and I’m still waiting on gutters that I’ve already paid for. I’ve been there multiple times to ask if they can get them done as I am now selling the house and they can not give me any time frame just excuses. This is a HORRIBLE company and I would stay far away.

The sales guy who came to our house to talk to us was very friendly and he was not pushy at all. It helped put us at ease as he explained the different types of windows and the process. We were also assured of the trustworthiness of the guys who were going to come and install the windows. It became an easy decision and we called up the office right after Zach, the sales guy left our house. The ladies in the office who answered our calls were also very helpful and we paid our 50% deposit, etc and were told that it will take some time. The main area for improvement perhaps was to have more communication throughout the process. We werent told when the windows were ordered, or when they were expected to be shipped, or when we could expect the installers. After 2-3 weeks of waiting, I wrote to the office to get an update. Only then, did i get a rough timeline. All good otherwise. The installation went without a hitch, the two guys were very pleasant and nice and even took off their shoes in our house when we asked if they could. They were professional and did a great job as well. Thank you Window Works. We love our new windows!

The installers went above and beyond our expectations. They rescued bats from behind our shutters and cleaned up all the mess from that. They were friendly, helpful, and fast. We just had 22 windows installed. Our sales rep was not high pressure or your typical window sales guy, which is one of the main reasons we chose them. Our installers, Alan and Michael (I think), were outstanding. They were respectful to our home and family, cleaned up everything, and they paid attention to details. Im confident they did it right and didnt skimp on anything where I know they could have (replaced rotting wood, rather than covering it up). They look fantastic!!!

I love the new look of my home with the new vinyl siding. Chris delivered per our agreement. Bobby and Tolo worked through the heat and rain to get things done. They were courteous and did a beautiful job. May need a little recaulking here and there (due to rain) but that is nothing compared to their great workmanship. I highly recommend Window Works. I had them out to quote windows and siding. I also had another competing quote to compare. The other company followed up and answered all my questions There was no follow up at all from Window Works. Needless to say the other company got my business.

The salesperson came out to our house, asked a few questions and gave us a great price! He did not hassle us nor try to up-sell us on anything. He didnt take 3 hours of our Friday night trying to force a sell on us. I had several other quotes from other local contractors for windows, siding, gutters, soffit, and facia. There was only one quote that was less than Window Works, but that company wasnt going to fix the rotted wood behind the existing siding, rather they were going to conceal the rot. Not Window Works, they replaced the rotted wood and fixed the issue. Other companies wanted to do the same work for more than twice the price. I cant rate this company high enough. Now the final product. I was blown away by the new look. I am a particular person and continually asked the workers questions as they were on site. I wanted to know that they knew what they were doing. The workers were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. One neighbor said, your house went from the worst looking in our subdivision to the best looking in a matter of days. Thank you Window Works!

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share this with everybody given my frustration with them. Started with a good experience with Zach who came and gave me estimate then it all went down hill from there. Order delay, installers broke one of the windows and had to wait weeks before then get a new replacement, installers were careless and ruined my new painted walls, and caused damage to one of the walls by one of the windows.Windows quality lower than expected given the price I paid and what i was told when i purchased them. In addition my big sliding door almost comes out of track when opening the door. Customer support kept bugging me to get the rest of their money, so when I told them about the issue, 3 weeks now and no hearing back! I dont recommend
