Was recommended here by another shop to do a single item print job. Website has pricing for a single item. Drove 20 minutes to be told that they have a 6 item minimum.

We used the Tee Spot for a PTA spirit-wear fundraiser 2 times this school year. They are so easy to work with! They created an online store for us. All we had to do was share the link. It has been an easy fundraiser on our side. I’m glad to work with a local Knoxville business instead of using an online vendor. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend The Tee Spot for any fundraisers you need. I worked with them twice to create a pop-up store for an animal sanctuary fundraiser. They were very helpful and walked me through the process, answering any questions and providing guidance.

Had to have some shirts done and waited until pretty last minute to do it like the day before one of my brothers last high school football games and they were able to do exactly what I wanted and asked for and got picked up on time! Great place, great quality stuff as I’m still wearing my shirt after 3 years, and nice friendly people that love what they do! Would recommend to any and everyone looking for something special!

The email pictures of the shirts I approved and the the shirts that I received were totally different quality. I had 2 shirts made and received them on time the next day. I was told the shirt didnt pop because it was a rush order. I think in fairness to the customer we should be told upfront that the quality will differ for rush orders instead of finding out when we pick up the shirts. I didnt receive a discount for the lack of pop either!? In the future I think if you cant deliver the best product then just tell the customer that you cant meet that particular deadline or at least offer some sort of discount for rush order quality?

On july 13 I went to the store to request 3 I love Goya t-shirts. Lady told me she would call me back in a few hours when proofs were ready. She never did call. I went back two days later on july 16. Same lady told told me that she lost the order. She told me that it would take weeks to make 3 t-shirts. She smilingly told me not to call, that she would call me in a couple of weeks. Obviously she does not want to make 3 t-shirts saying I love Goya. She should just have the charcter to say she is part of the cancel culture movement. Next day on July 17 I went to another store. They will have 12 t-shirts done in a few days.

Horrible experience.I took in a specific shirt that was made from 60% polyester and 40% cotton because I have sensitive skin and all cotton shirts give me a bad rash and hurt. The lady showed me a 50/50 blend and I said thats perfect and I want all my company shirts made from this fabric. Well when I picked up the order only 2 of the 12 were that fabric and the other 10 were all cotton. THE WHOLE PURPOSE WAS TO GET THAT FABRIC. When I talked to the manager she said I had to pay 50% more to get the other 10 shirts in the fabric I wanted and have them made again!!!! NO you take these and give me my order....nope they wanted nothing to do with that. They are incompetent, and have horrible customers service. BTW they dont tell you it takes between 6 to 8 weeks to get your order. They make it seem like it will only be a few days but by the time you figure it out they already have your money. Go somewhere else and dont waste your money here. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER. I never said any such thing as as I dont care I want the color...sorry but your employees are lying to you. Yes I hung up because I gave them several chances to do the right thing and they refused.

Ordered shirts for my sister in law and I and they turned out great i was so impressed a couple months ago. But today at almost noon i called to see if i could get a t shirt made for my dads birthday TOMORROW on a Sunday. The manager had turned machines off and was leaving for the day and they are closed on Sunday- she said no problem Ill stay and make the 1 shirt you need for tomorrow you can pick it up at 1. Thats amazing that they are willing to go above and beyond for 1 shirt i should have ordered a week ago Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!!!

Had a 1 shirt made. Screen press was wrinkled. Showed it to the lady at the order pick up area. Was told to iron out when I get home that it would be fine....never did come out and now just have to wrap it. Was a $50 shirt for a Christmas gift. Ruined.

Had custom masks made for a good price 😷

Spend your money elsewhere. They mess up your order and then tell you its your fault. It wont be long before they run themselves out of business from the way they treat customers. Careful they will lie to you about your order as well but they dont care once you pay them its over.

This is the second time we ordered shirts for our Buddy Walk Event. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. The shirts were ready in a timely matter, and turned out perfect! Definitely recommend giving them a try!

I would not recommend The Tee Spot for embroidery. I can’t speak to T-shirt printing. But be leery, it seems their marketing is a terrible misrepresentation of their business: “1 Hour TShirts” and “Take Home Today”.... based on what I heard employees telling customers in the store, there are many exceptions that could cause your order to take much longer. For embroidery, I paid $47 for 2 words on 2 shirts, and it took 3 weeks. To be fair, I was quoted “up to 14 business days”. I was also told I would get a proof within 3 days, but I did not receive a proof until the day before my order was due. Management was unapologetic. The quality of the embroidery is good. But I can get the same quality from numerous embroiderers around Knoxville for a fraction of the price, with much faster turn around, and frankly, better customer service.

Horrible customer service. Employees unable to answer simple questions. I wanted to have a few shirts made and wanted to speak to a person who could help me. Basic design, company name and number. No special artwork, no designs.. just basic letters. They couldnt quote me or direct me to someone who could. All the 3 separate employees said was go to website. I understand most things are done online these days.. I only wanted to order some shirts. I wouldve used this company if they would have helped me. Their products do look good though.

The customer service I received was UNACCEPTABLE. After placing my order I was told that I would receive a proof print of my shirt to make sure it is to my liking. They failed to do so and made the entire order before I gave the approval. The shirts did not come out the way I hoped and I was refused a refund! They instead offered me only a discount to place ANOTHER order! As if they deserved more of my money! Also the service I received wasn’t even from one of the younger employees. It was from management. I will never do business with them again.

The folks at the tee spot are by far the greatest. I had ordered some items weeks in advance from an online company. The online company waited untill the day after I should have received my items to let me know that they were on back order. So here I am in complete panic. I contacted to gals at the tee spot and they went out of their way to help me to get the hoodie and shirt I wanted and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I would highly recommend this shop to any group, church, team looking for the shirts. Also recommended to the individual just looking for that one shirt that they have designed or have a vision for. The quality of their work is fabulous and the materials that they use are of great quality.

We went into this company to purchase shirts for our entire network marketing team. I was told on several occasions a quote would be coming to me. For a place named one hour not sure why we have waited two weeks to hear from somebody.We even called and tried to speak to somebody else. They also said they would get back to me. Never did. its really too bad. We really wanted to use this company but have now heard from several people this is the normalUnfortunately we have moved our business to another vendor Who is online and has been great to work with.. We really wanted to support a local company. Unfortunately we just could not continue to wait and get empty promises

I placed an order for 14 shirts e mailing them a file showing witch colors i need it was red and navy when i picked them up they were baby blue and orange when i stated to the lady that this is not the right color she said they dont change colors that this is the color i submitted but it is not i paid an upcharge for rush order and was nit able to use the shirts at all im retuing them today and will se . If they can fix it but i think i should have the rush order charge reimbursed as i still dont have the correct color

I went to this store to get a custom name (4 Letters) printed or hot pressed onto a hoodie I brought in. I needed it for the next day and they told me it would be $40.00! for 4 Letters🤦🏾‍♂️ their reason for the high cost was the rush for next day pick up..... I went to Classic Print Company 1 mile down the road and they charged me $12.00 for the EXACT SAME SERVICE and NEXT DAY PICK UP! The Tee Spot tried to rip me off... $40.00 for 4 letters.The hoodie alone cost $40.00!
