So me and the wife decided we will, start a Sweet candle business..... Irresistible candles to be exact, but needed awesome scents!!! We found Aztec, on google and ordered from them asap. Next day Camilla emailed me, to let me know my order was fulfilled and ready to pick up. We showed up, called number was not 5 minutes we had our order. Was as right, as we ordered!! They are awesome, and we will be going back!!!Irresistible candles

Aztec Candles is my go to local supplier for fragrance oil. They have a large variety of scents. I enjoy their 5 for 5 promotion because it allows me to try different fragrances at a good value. It can be hard to order fragrance online but they have accurate descriptions that make the process easier.

I ordered my candle wax from here for the first time because it’s cheaper and the shipping options are also less than where I usually order from. However the packaging wasn’t that great. I ordered 40lbs of wax, it was wrapped in thin plastic same as the kind you put your produce in at the grocery store. I’m used to it being in thick plastic that I have to cut open. One more thing is that when I ordered I received an email stating that once my order shipped I’d receive a separate email with tracking information, I never got the second email so I had to find the tracking information myself.I will be ordering a few things from this site for now on though as I love their prices on most things.

Solid 3 Star Supplier: they have a great scent selection, the scents are extremely accurate, customer service is responsive, but the oils are diluted. So far from testing, the scents work best in diffusers and bath products. The following remarks are for candles. 6%-9%: strong cold throw, 6%-9% 24 hr cure: weak hot throw, 6%-9% 1 week cure: mild hot throw, 6%-9% 2 week cure: mild hot throw.

Always an enjoyable experience. The staff that attends to us as they deliver our product to our cars are always friendly. My only do different would be that when a customer calls enroute, that the order would be pulled by the time the customer arrives. I have found that calling ahead has no bearing on the length of time I sit in the parking lot waiting for my order to be filled. Not complaining. Just hopeful that as time goes that things will get better on both ends.

I absolutely love this company! I purchase monthly and they never disappoint. Orders are always accurate, nicely shipped and fast. One time, an item was not in stock. They indicated on the invoice, plus had a whole documented procedure to either wait for an estimated date for no additional shipping charge or contact to cancel. They canceled at my request in minutes, plus accurate updated invoice/book keeping. Some supply companies should learn from you!! Thank you for amazing service!

Unfortunately I wont be ordering from this company again. My first time was my last time. Although, I am not blaming the staff or the company directly but something has a gap in it with this company. Ive yet to experience fraud in all of years of owning credit/debit cards. I was hoping that after reading numerous reviews it wouldnt happen to me, but it did. The items I bought were great, but something about their system isnt safe. Hopefully that issue gets fixed. Not to mention the email I received that lacked professionalism, grammatical errors and had an underlying tone. The email was long for no reason, wasnt really informative and was a lot of finger pointing.

Great scents and their Tuesday Program for Canadians creates amazing value! I also love that on their 8oz bottles they have the little flip top so I dont waste any of the fragrance pouring it down the side of the bottle. A+

As much as I love the fragrance oils from Aztec, I will not be ordering from them again. I am a very small business that purchases from only a few places, but several times after purchasing from Aztec I had to deal with fraudulent charges to my bank account. In doing more research, I have found a lot of people in the same situation and it has been happening for years.

I havent recieved an order yet Ive been satisfied with. Broken products, long shopping and never a happy solution. Your a business so treat your customers like so.

I’ve always received great customer service from this company, & FYI no one paid or asked me to leave this review. When I’ve had any issue regardless what it’s been it’s been resolved quickly and with fair resolutions. The fragrance oils are AMAZING & STRONG! Shipping is pretty quick considering the candle industry has sky rocketed, now everybody wants to make candles. Whenever I’ve emailed them they’ve responded quickly except once but that was quickly resolved as well. As of now I have not one complaint with Aztec & look forward to making this my number one vender for my fragrance oils.

If you are looking for skin safe fragrances and colorant this is the place to go I just ordered a fragrance called fruity peebles and fruit loops Im expecting it to arrive by Thursday. You do have a shipping fee. They have a wide inventory of the things you need for your DIY soap, candles and lotions all skin safe! I ordered a 1ounce scent for $2.50.you can get larger amounts also.

Be cautious! A lot of people in the candle making groups I’m part of talk about fraudulent activity on their cards after shopping with Aztec! Currently reading a post and almost every comment talks about personal fraud experienced after shopping with Aztec. I wonder why all the reviews on Google happen to be so stellar🤔🤔

Ordered jars, received the wrong jars. I’m in a bind, bc I really needed the correct jars for a client. It’s inconvenient that this company isn’t available through phone. I emailed twice & no response.

Aztec does not do business with us! I could NOT communicate with them. I ordered supplies ($2700.00 worth) I waited and waited and then decided to contact Aztec Candle and Soap Supplies. I called and the message says we are communicating by email only. I emailed. I received an auto generated email back. The email gave TIPS on common questions. I still could not ask a simple question....where is my order? Did you send tracking? I checked my junk mail and did all the easy things we can do to avoid having to call or email. I waited a few more days. I finally asked on their Facebook page. Sent a message to their Facebook chat as well. STILL no answer. They deleted the post to get my nice question off their page. They did not want others to know I wanted a tracking or to ask when my order would be shipped. I finally received an email from Tara (an owner I assume). She said they didnt send tracking at all and since I had to order elsewhere, she said she would have the shipper return the order and refund my order. It was settled. THEN...Travis emails me and asked me if I refused my order. I said. No, Tara said she would refund my order. I have this in writing! Then he emailed me again....This is the last email I will send, did you or did you not refuse the order? I emailed a picture Taras email to me saying she would refund my order and stop shipping. He never responded and blocked me from posting anything on Aztecs Facebook page. They refuse to answer my emails. I just get a computer generated email back. They absolutely refuse to refund me now. None of my money!! $2700.00 IS A LOT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES!! I never got the order, Tara stopped the order. I have a written letter from Fed Ex, stating they never delivered the order to me. I , ordered on August 7th and here it is September 10th. No order and my $2700. plus dollars has not been refunded. My attorney advised to call the police and make a police report and we will go from there. This is theft. I will NEVER order from Aztec again. DO NOT order from them!!

My daughter and I love this company for candle and soap making supplies. We both have been shopping from Aztec for well over a year and havent had a single issue with products or shipping. Ive tried several other companies before finding Aztec and Im glad I gave them a chance, they are by far the best company for what we need.

I’ve only purchased from Aztec once (so far) and had a great experience. I ordered two bottles of fragrance oil. The shipping was fast and their shipping costs were reasonable. When I received my package, it only contained one bottle but they informed me that the second was on back order and should arrive by a certain date. It arrived before that date. Will definitely do business with them again in the future.

This company has lost all respect from me. After sending an email stating they will not sell to any person who leaves them below a 3 star review for their products. But yet says they need honest reviews to help improve their products. I would recommend not purchasing from these horrid people. They are extorting their customers . Not right!

I will never order from Aztec again. I placed an order on December 9 and was told before placing the order that they would hold my order for up to a month before refunding it. During the check out process I was given two options: I could pay the $700+ amount due at checkout or I could pay the day I picked everything up. There was a note that lead me to believe that if I paid at checkout, my items would still be picked and held for me because I had PAID for them. If I waited to pay when I picked up, there would be no guarantee that the items would be available. Which seemed fair to me. I happily paid the balance due because I wanted to ensure I would not leave empty handed when I drove the 2.5 hours from my city to the warehouse in Knoxville. I was told that the jars I had ordered and PAID FOR on December 9 had sold out even before I ordered and PAID FOR them. I did not receive any email or contact from Aztec that this was the case. I effectively wasted an entire day as well as the $120 I spent on a rental SUV and gas because I was expecting to leave with 360 jars on top of the 185lbs of wax and set of wax warmers I ordered. My partner and I were absolutely devastated and livid with this situation. This is no way to operate a business. Shame on you. We will never be ordering from Aztec again. Ever.

Ive ordered from Aztec for years. I had one issue once with some tins on backorder and I couldnt get a straight answer (or timely) but other than that, Ive not had any issues. I have several pieces of my scent blends that come from Aztec and will continue to do business with them. Their customer support could use a leg up but I always get my orders relatively quickly and correct.

Very poor customer service. The lead time posted on their website of 1 to 2 business days in not accurate. Been waiting for a package for nearly 3 weeks. You cannot call them as they do not take calls and the emails that are sent take several days to weeks to respond. I have had to sent NUMEROUS emails over the course of the last 3 weeks to finally get a response. Listen to the negative reviews. I wish I had because they are totally accurate.

Since it seems a lot of people want to give this company bad reviews even though they never done business with them, I will now give them my good review. I am am actual customer and have bought fragrance and vybar from them. Their fragrances smelled awesome and I will continue to use them. Checkout was easy and I received my orders very fast. I realize that they made some mistakes in the way they handled a recent customer issue but that is no reason to try to cancel out this business. We all make mistakes and hopefully they will learn from it. But some of these reviews are from people who never done business with them and that is so wrong.

Love, love, love aztec. Never had one problem with their shipping, fulfilment, or their fragrance oils. Have ordered, wax, colorants, and waxes with great service and absolutely wonderful quality. Never had a reason to call custom service so I couldnt tell you about any experience with that, but during a pandemic, Ive continue to receive excellent processing speeds and quality supplies from them.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. They don’t have a phone number for you to call and will not reply to emails with anything other than a generic auto-reply. The products are great if you actually receive them but I spent $150 on my last order and the tracking never left their warehouse. after sooo many emails I finally got an actual response that they would reship the order... well the reshipment was sent to IL instead of my home in OH.... I reached out again and they will not reply to me at all. So over the run around with this and not being able to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU NEED THE ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNOR***edit*** I finally got an actual response via email from Heather who was absolutely AMAZING - she apologized for everything and reshipped the order which I finally received. She also went as far as refunding me the shipping cost for all the initial hassle. Will continue using them 100% solely due to the service I received from Heather!

Even after all the warnings i gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered and it had processing time of 3-5 days. I emailed a on Wednesday or Thursday asking about my order. I was met with rude, dry responses. Well thats fine i dont care if you talk to me i would just like an update. After my emails got ignored i asked for a refund on Friday. At this point i have no tracking info. Then on Monday i get an out for delivery notification when i didnt even know it had shipped. Then on Tuesday i get a response saying that it had been delivered. When I thought the drama was as over i go and check the jars. Now im new to candle making but i am good at math. I ordered the large jars 14 oz well when i tried to put 12.5 oz of wax and fo combined it was over flowing and i still had left over wax. That shouldnt be the case. Well they gave me the wrong jars! I emailed two days ago upset about the order being wrong and have had no response. I dont like giving bad reviews and also this company stops working with you if you do but i dont want to and i just want my money back!

In my opinionIn my opinion. If you order from Aztec Candle you do so at your own risk. I didn’t want to believe all the negative reviews about this company. I should have listened. I ordered 10 cases of jars and 10 cases of lids from them and only received 7 cases of jars and NO lids. They told me in an email that they would send the lids right away and I am still waiting for them. Weeks later. I just opened a new retail shop and was hoping they could be my glass source for that shop. After this incident and their inability to make it right I will be looking for another vendor to get my glass from. I will not order from this company again as they seem to be very unreliable and unwilling to make their mistakes right. I will say it again “I should have listened to the negative reviews” YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I checked out online for a case of Knox large base vessels. The website did NOT say sold out also got an order confirmation saying my order had gone through and was ready for pickup. Drove an hour and a half to pick them up to save on shipping. To then find out there back ordered for weeks. Wasted time and energy for something they could of said on the website they were SOLD OUT. Asked for a refund and left.

I have only been making online purchases for almost a year. I have only had one problem. I ordered 4 cases of 12 oz jars but received 4 cases of 16 oz jars that I couldnt use. I sent them an email and yes it did take a couple days for a response but I didnt expect an instant response like some. Anyway, they sent me 4 cases of the 12 oz jars I needed and I received them within 2 days of their response email.Thank you Aztec.

First time ordering and I love the wax. Its alot. Im still waiting on my 2nd box. Hopefully thats around the corner. I was skeptical after the reviews but I still went for it. You never know until you try.

Customer service rep Camilla offered no help to solve an ordering issue the ladies in my candle making group were having. Treated us as if we were not paying customers and when we complained the second rep told one of us to “please order elsewhere” after 7 of the members had already ordered. That’s was his response to her explaining the issue and that the original rep did not offer any of the info he provided which could have made the situation an easy fix with each of us ordering separately. Refund requested for all 7 people. We will not support this company. Should have read the bad reviews before we ordered from them. Ended up ordering elsewhere as he said and got 2 free gifts since we had such a big order.

Pay attention to the negative reviews they are Very unprofessional!!! One representative was not willing to help at all and the second rep emailed a smart comment to one of the ladies in my candle making group. Even tho there were 7 of us in the group they told us only one person could get the 5/5 deal and would not let any of the others purchase unless they all paid full price. Had we been 7 people who did not know eachother each of us could have purchased and got the deal. Overall experience was horrible and after all that the company we ended up purchasing from was only a few cents more and they gave us 2 free fragrance oils since so many of us ordered. Would not recommend this company at all!

Okay enough is enough. This is the 3rd order that I’ve received from Aztec that I’ve received, all wrong.The glaze I bought came in with more in the box than in the pail. This was all over my door step, my kitchen and clothes ect. They were kind enough to replace it, but more than a 3rd of the glaze was in the box😳I didn’t complain the second time.Instead I ordered 60 # of 1239 cut and curl wax. I received less than 40# s [each slab was about 9 pounds 11ozs] and had to wait a very long time to obtain the remaining 20 pounds. This time I received 4 slabs out of the 6 slabs, 60#s for $119. I haven’t weighed them yet but this is not a way to run a business! There’s no way to call the company, I’m tired of sending emails that are not read for several days, and tired of having to reach out to pay pal to dispute in order to get Aztecs attention to revise my concerns🤷🏽‍♂️

I really want to love getting my supplies here. When I order, my order its always in 300.00 to 400.00 range. I get waxes, wicks, fragrances. My first problem is there is no way to really review a fragrance or anything else seems like the reviews on there are chosen not honest. This most recent order 300plus. I tried to review the fragrances and no option to review so I came here. Aztec please fix this many of us candle makers depend on reviews good or bad. I get you are trying to sell a product. You cant move product if it has a bunch of bad reviews. I totally understand. Im trying to sell a product to! I have well over 200.00 worth of fragrances from you all I cant use because they either just smell really bad, not good quality or dont smell at all. Yet *ALL* of them had 5 star reviews! Now I cant move product and I am stuck with the lost expenses. I have ended up with a couple of winners. 2 out of 20ish is not very good and a whole lot of wasted money. I understand you have samples however when you are paying high shipping rates to cut cost sometimes you just go by reviews and take a chance. Only with your company I have learned there is not really a honest review system. This recent purchase I ordered starbucks, cut tree, eucalyptus spearmint and some others. All smelled just ok except starbucks. Please consider taking a loss and removing that from the lineup. I have poured at different strengths and its awful. Aswell as chocolate chip cookie (smells extremely synthetic and gross) . So here I am AGAIN 100 plus wasted in fragrance I cant use. Yet the reviews on these products are so amazing. Why cant I review? Really frustrating. I would love just to see some honest reviews. Please allow EVERY customer EVERY ORDER to review the product. Also. Now that Im getting pretty decent at this craft and I have been testing different products different carriers for 3 years now. I notice many of your fragrances sink dont blend no matter the temp which I add at 180 to 185. Also i just tested fragrances same wax same wick same add/pour temps your fragrances tend to smoke and soot. I thought it was the wax and wick. It took many MANY test to see what gives and its your fragrances! I tested 2 others. Your butt naked and 2 other butt nakeds different suppliers and yours was the only one that smoked and sooted. Very disappointing. Your blueberry muffin sinks. Aswell as others which tells me you are diluting. Im sure all suppliers dilute some. But to the point of damaged inconsistent products ? You guys charge high quality prices people expect high quality CONSISTENT products. I really wish this wasnt the case. I always come back to you all because shipping isnt that bad. However I have learned its best to pay a little more for shipping and get good 100% undiluted fragrance **UPDATE* *Went from 2 star to 1 would be negative if it were possible. Based on the owners reply to my Honest review just reiterates the bad customer service many others have complained about. Also explains why there are not any honest /negative reviews on products or customer service, they simply run the people off that may have anything negative to say. I have NEVER been sent ANYTHING from trust pilot. You as business owner have the option to modify your site so customers with verified purchases can review the product you throwing blame on trust pilot is hogwash.You have been in business what 20 years or so how long online? Shipping times are phenomenal, I place an order and receive immediate confirmation and my orders have always shipped within a day or two of placing. Service and response times are exceptional. Discovered Aztec by chance while doing a Google search last April and now the majority of my supplies are purchased there.If you are looking for candle and soap supplies, I can assure you that Aztecs are top notch at reasonable prices!The one and only negative is actually an issue I had with the owner. I had paid for a product and after several days I inquire why my order still hasnt shipped and am informed that one item is out of stock and theyre waiting on it to arrive. It would have been okay had he not, a month earlier, chastised me when I asked about my delivery, that I had customers waiting and he tells me its bad business practice to sell something you do not have- but does this to me a month later????? So I post a 3 star rating mentioning the issues and he contacts me saying if I dont take that review down, I will no longer get my order I have been patiently waiting for. I was blackmailed into changing my review and rating ( yeah, for every single order you are invited to leave reviews to enter drawings that oftentimes either just dont happen or happen late or you get the invite too late to even participate).I am happy to say I have found a couple slightly more expensive sources for awesome Fragrance Oils and supplies who dont carry a huge chip on their shoulders, so I can now finally share my experience without having to be afraid.Im reluctant to post where I purchase, but if you readers are looking for another source of absolutely awesome supplies, who carry a lot of Lush Dupes, feel free to hit me up!Im not saying Aztec is bad by ANY means, I just hated how I was treated and then forced to not even honestly share my experience! That was absolutely shameful and low, when I was just quoting his own words!Another negative about Aztec: if you were to just purchase one 1oz sample, the lowest shipping rate is a flat rate bubble envelope for $8.40. I have also purchased a small order of one 8oz bottle, five 1oz samples and two baggies of dye chips just to have to pay $10 for a small box full of packing peanuts when elsewhere suppliers will absolutely try to save you money by SAFELY packing as much as possible into a lower rate box!Lets see if Im now vanquished....I dont care! I have every right to give an honest review without fear of negative repercussions!

Great store! Everything is easy to find. The scents have skin safety listed so if you are making soap or lotion it is easy to choose the right product. They are always filling orders but they make time to assist you with questions and give suggestions on the items you need. Parking is easy here and they can bring larger orders to your vehicle and load it for you.

OMG this is the BEST place to get all your Fragrance oils ..these fragrance oils smells Amazing in my foaming sugar scrubs also my bath salts and soap. I also make tarts and candles and the smell is amazing. they also ship really fast and their prices are great. I have also used their melt & pour soap bases and my soaps turn out great. I HIGHLY Recommend. You will not be Disappointed.

I started making soap in 2018 and Aztec was the first supplier I bought fragrance from. I haven’t been disappointed with any of my purchases. So far I’ve probably bought 20 different fragrances and they’re all awesome. Pink sands is my current favorite. I’m also excited that they now carry mahogany teakwood fragrance. I’ll definitely be making that purchase along with quite a few others. Their customer service is also great. I had one issue and it was resolved very quickly. I’m sure I’ll be a long time customer. Love their scents. They arrive fast. Every month they offer a coupon for the 1 oz trial size fragrance oil. Each is usually $2.50. But the coupon gives you 5 for $5. They get new scents often and offer them for $1. We also buy our clam shells and other candle making products. If there is a problem, it is easy to contact them and they respond quickly.

We love their fragrance oils and were lucky enough to be able to visit their showroom last year. We drove away with a trunk full of fragrances and we couldnt have been happier. When we order online its quick shipping and if something is not right they will fix it right away. Planning another trip this spring to replenish for fall. Cant wait!!

My first time here was during the pandemic. The pick up was a little confusing as we werent expecting to not be able to talk to anyone or go inside. The car beside us told us to call the number on the door. We called the number and was told to place the order through the website. It was a little frustrating but they were fast to get our order to us.

Ive been buying supplies from Aztec for over 10 years. They are always so helpful when I have a question or concern.
