I am driver and regular costumer of Speedway trying to get the best fuel price in Knoxville since the price of fuel is rising..They told me they couldnt give me the price over the phone but the other travel centers did not have a problem with it..I will never do business there again

Nice shop. The workers are friendly and I love getting Speedway poonts! It would be nice if there was a car wash. Also, the gas pumps look kinda old compared to some newer Speedwsys.

Speedway is a great store to use. Have many products,most have convenient breakfast and lunch cafe. A great rewards program. Hands down the best program available. I hope they continue it.

This is a newer Speedway that has the Speedy Cafe. There is plenty of room to navigate the parking lot and has a nice big inside. There is plenty of choices at the soda bar. Also they have a large assortment of ICEE flavors to choose from. The Speedway loyalty program allows you the ability to quickly earn speedy reward points which can be redeemed for free merchandise. This store was clean and had multiple stalls for the restroom. I would highly recommend this Speedway location.

Used to have good coupons. And if your advertise all soft drinks a certain price, then exclude the largest size... That isnt all. Go to weigels.

The crew here is usually extremely polite and super friendly! Has pretty much anything youd need on the go.

This place was great until something went wonky with the mens bathroom. I dont understand why it takes so long to fix the plumbing. They had a problem going on for at least 2 weeks. I havent been back since. The staff are always really nice though.

Really terrible experience. The representative placed arbitrary rules on how I go about paying for gas that I know were made up on the spot because Ive had no problems paying on a similar fashion before. My fiance had to wake my daughter up and drive twenty minutes to pay with her card. Not a great way to keep customers.

I work late most nights and dont feel like trying to cook after the kids have gone to bed so I stop by here quite a bit the selection of food is great and always made to order Brandon is always a fun and extremely polite man to talk to be always ask about your day and if youorder a good amount of food will offer to help you take it to your car without a second thought everyone who works here is polite and friendly

OMG! The girl at the register suddenly turned into the rudest, hateful, unprofessional clerk Ive ever encountered!!The store was busy, but everyone was patiently waiting in a line - were all adults and know how the process works. . . . Or so we thought. Because we werent corralling ourselves into the official register line, the girl demands that we conform, or she waits on no one! When we express our opinions about the set up and her attitude, she became even more absurd in her behavior.Looking back, we should have just set our items down and left.Im not sure how Speedway Corp thinks that treating their customers like cattle being work thru a shute is a good thing; but I totally disagree!Had another situation at the White House, Tn store just a few days ago when I was actually in their cattle line and kept getting passed by others who went straight to the clerks register. When I complained about it, the clerk blamed it on not being able to see over the merchandise to ask me to come forward.. . .even though I had made eye contact with her a couple of times from the line already.I think Speedway should do away with this concept and let their customers get to the registers on their own terms.

I would easily award Speedway five stars because they have great food, friendly staff and competitive prices when it comes to the products they carry within their convenience store. However, this specific location, at the time I wrote this review, did not offer a discount on gas when you purchased convenience store items such as milk or candy or slushies, Etc. Lets face it, theres no shortage of grocery stores with gas stations attached to them who offer, in some cases, large discounts per gallon of gas when you buy groceries from them. Why would that not be something every gas station selling convenient store items offered as a reward or perk for choosing them over the countless other locations which are most likely just as easy to get to, selling similarly priced fuel?? Call me crazy but receiving rewards or perks for fueling up, anywhere really, seems like more or less a given nowadays.From what the clerk told me, after I had asked about their Rewards program, it turns this specific location does not offer a fuel discount for whatever reason. I say for whatever reason because the clerk didnt know the reason why there was no fuel discount given at this specific location. They did tell me that other Speedways in different locations offer fuel discounts ... soooo what is it that makes this Speedway any different? Im sure theres a reason but until they offer a rewards program that provides discounts on gas when you purchase something from the convenient store, Ill keep going to Kroger or Food City or Costco or Walmart... you get my drift.I do have to say that there kitchen is excellent and I have yet to experience any food that was bad, yet. The only reason why I say yet is because their food preparation depends on the person preparing the food and while there is a fair amount of standardization when it comes to preparing the food... i.e. put in microwave or oven for x amount of time and cut, box and serve... The quality still depends on someone being able to follow instructions, which by itself is extremely difficult to find. It is, however, the only place Ive been able to find a decent pizza at 4 in the morning for $10. Also, my kids love slushies and this is the only place you can purchase a slushie that your kids will have trouble carrying out the door due to the fact that its so large for under a dollar. No one really needs a gallon of slushy but the smile it puts on my kids faces as they mix and match flavors makes the $0.89 well worth it.
