Argumentive entitled cashier at the front with the huge mohawkish hair on 9/3/21 at 2:42 pm might be the reason I never come back. Youre not the only gig in town. If you wish to pay an allowance your employees thats on you. She needs to put that ego to rest in order to better serve your customers. If I tell 10 people and those 10 tell 10 thats 100 bad reviews. No matter what.

Unhelpful associates/service. An employee closed the register after helping a customer while there were other people in line, then moved to another register without telling those in line. Overall depressing feel in there as well.

Horrible service at this location. If you’re expecting to get assisted by staff who realize you have choices and could go elsewhere; then this is not the place. The staff on this store act as if you shopping is an inconvenience to interrupt them from staring off into the distance. Don’t expect to be called sir or ma’am. Don’t expect to be told thank you. You’ll barely even be acknowledged.

Friendly and courteous employees. I had a need for lamination and did not require a wait. Job was completed in short time. They also have UPS and FedEx drop off.

Came to this Office Depot to get a office chair that was in stock on the website- found the display- took it to the register asking if they had anymore or if we could purchase the display. The young man went and asked the manager- didn’t even check if they had anymore or if we over looked the chair in the box- told us we could buy the display for $12 more due to assembly!!! Won’t be back to this location!

Went to pick up a product I ordered when I got there they had a big sign up saying temporarily closed 2 cleaning the store was completely closed no one in the building I had to go to your competition to get this product for a new job I just started yesterday after being unemployed for 4 months and I had little time to get this product for my new job without it I could not have worked and could have lost my job because of poor communication no wonder Office Depot only does copying

I was here for over 45 minutes just waiting on a print for a poster. The first print took almost 20 minutes to get because there was only one person behind the counter, and a swarm of other people wanting to check out and have print jobs. I stood there staring at my mangled and mis-proportioned print jobs laying on the printer as person after person came and went. When someone finally got around to me, I needed the print resized. The worker “resized” it by cutting an inch off the edge so there was not a full picture anymore. I stood staring at that misprint for another 20 minutes or so before I just decided to take my flash drive and go. Another customer had been there for much longer than me trying to get her business cards printed, to no luck. Do NOT come here to get anything printed!!! Huge waste of time. As an update, I drove down the road to Fedex and got my print job done in less than 10 minutes. This is why Office Depot is a FAILING BUSINESS!!!

This location is the WORST Office Depot I have EVER been too. Associates being rude was first and foremost. Someones tone and demeanor goes along way. Not only that, but when you dont know how to properly do your job, you shouldnt have that job. Beyond that, coworkers bickering at EACHOTHER in front of customers is beyond ridiculous and not business like AT ALL. Beyond that, whoever the manager is OBVIOUSLY isnt doing their job or their employees would be acting like employees instead of children. A terrible experience and will NEVER shop at this Office Depot again, which is sad, because its the only one in my area as far as where I live. Ridiculous.

I like the convenient location of this Office Depot. It stays open until late evening and Im an evening person! Three different employees were very helpful and totally eager to be informative and courteous. I hadnt realized until that visit that there are FedEx and USPS shipping services there!

Great customer service.

I went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike in Knoxville. I was searching for a desk for my office. The sales assistant was very helpful and I found a desk that I really liked. He ordered it and said it would be here on Thursday. I waited all day Thursday and no desk. I waited till noon on Friday and I called and they said they would get back with me, they finally called me back to let me know the desk was damaged and had been returned but no one had called me, so they re-ordered it. They told me it would be here in two days and again, I stayed home and I waited and no desk. I called back. They said it had been delivered the day before which it wasnt supposed to be and I had not received it. So they re-ordered it again telling me it would be here on Thursday. I worked Wednesday and came home to find the desk was here and that they have thrown it out in the driveway and my husband who is disabled like to have never got it in the house. I had to postpone my assembly people twice and when I finally called back after getting it a day that I wasnt suppose to I wasnt able to get a schedule to put it together until the next week. This is very poor on the carriers part and they need to seriously consider using someone else to deliver their supplies. Wont order anything else.

If there is less than a star I will give you , It was about 4:30pm today I was trying to ship a small box , and it was 2 girls standing one of them ignored me and I believe she just didn’t wanna help me or tell me which computer I should use ,and the other one was doing a FaceTime!!! what waste of time .

Had everything I needed!

Low quality laptops. I bought a laptop here for school about 6 months ago. In that time, the shift keys had stopped working as well as volume controls. As of now, the volume is stuck at 0 and only the shift keys do not function. I have never dropped or spilled anything on the laptop and its use is limited to what is required for my classes. I took it to get a free diagnostic here and everyone was extremely friendly. However, they could not find a cause for the problems including viruses or malware. I did not have the money for the two year warranty when I purchased the laptop so they told me there was nothing they could do and I would just need to replace it after only 6 months. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful but I will not be purchasing any electronics from the store as I do not trust the quality.

Easy access. I am from out state and had bought a new laptop before leaving home. I had just enough time to set it up before leaving and found it to not work right after I started using it. I took my laptop from another state along with my receipt and after checking it out, was given a brand new laptop. There were no additional cost.

A nice, clean store. I really have nothing negative to say about it but I only have 5 stars to exceptional places. I was greeted as I walked thru the door and directed to exactly where I needed to be. I was after a laser printer and knew what I wanted when I went in... But I let him upsell me on what was truly the most bang for the buck and something I will use and benefit from years to come. Really want looking to spend that much money right now but the deal was too good to pass up. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Staff was polite and helpful.

Things are easy to find here as long as its not a speciality item. Asked a staff member for help locating something and just got a blank stare. While I wonder around trying to find it myself he kept asking if I was ready to checkout.

Took my laptop to have it looked on. Didnt really think it could be fixed. My charger port was destroyed. To my surprise Brad fixed it and he was very professional and curious. Im so happy I went there. I will return again to buy a computer . Im up and running.

Best Office Store in the area

I loved the place. Its where I get my school supplies 97% of the time, but some of the prices are outrage 22$ for a pack of pens and 22.49 for a 2 binder. WOW

Lots of choices. We like their rewards program! Store is clean, organized, & well lit.However, their staff isnt the friendliest. Even though they were dead, they kind of acted like we were annoying them.

Dont get your black and white copies there! I had the make 12 booklets for me. Theyre black and white printer is evidently on its last legs so the lettering has a lot of faded areas. I did not have time for them to redo it and they still charged me the full $0.14 per page. I did make them redo the front page because it had a large lettering and it was really obvious because half the letter it was black and half the lettering was Gray

The first time we went to have a package shipped for us, the girl was very helpful and quick and explained everything in detail, and we were very satisfied. The second time we went, a girl who was clearly new tried to help us, but she messed something up and tried to get help from a very unhelpful guy that was working with her. He wasnt even busy with another customer, just sitting at the computer and not answering her questions, largely ignoring her. The third time we went, that same guy was working at the shipment counter and again, could not have been less helpful. He ignored us, he just wandered around aimlessly behind the counter while we tried to figure out what we were supposed to do, he was not sociable or friendly, not even the minimum that you would expect in a customer service job. We didnt go back again after that. Even the post office was more helpful than that guy.

Only one employee was checking people out, so the line took quite some time. Good customer service though.

I walked in with a big list of stuff that i didnt even know what half of it was and no idea where to find it. A staff member met me a few steps inside the door and helped me with my entire list! It would have took me hours of aimlessly wondering around to find all this stuff. They had everything I needed plus more. Even picked up coffee and paper towels so it saved me a 2nd trip. But the real highlight of this place was the employee who went above and beyond to help me. My only regret is forgetting his name, but I dont forget faces and will definitely use this location again for all my office supplies

Its not convenient when hours are listed incorrectly. This HD says its open until 10:00 PM weekdays but closes at 8 PM. There was another customer standing near the door who saw the same listing online and was turned away at 8 PM.
