Foot Locker shoe store has the latest new shoes available in new styles.My two sons both like shopping for new shoes each week at Foot Locker Footwear store.The entire staff always go above and beyond customer service at every visit

Let’s start off but saying the only reason I gave one star is that there is not a option for no star. The staff would rather stand around and talk to there friends than do what they are getting paid to. The manager over this place should review the cameras and watch the staff work on aug-30 around 4 p.m! Then fix the problem. Change your people or change your people.

Not bad, pretty good selection. Newest shoes 👟 can be found here for men or women or children. Deals are hard to come by here so be careful not to go over budget with all the heat they sell here. Always be nice to the people that work here. Keep your feet clean 🧼 fo real. If you are gonna be trying on shoes and you know it, wash your 🤬 feet. If you try on shoes, buy them, or put them back exactly the way you found them. I believe in you Knoxville. This is America. Act like it. Don’t act a fool.

I Ordered some shoes online , when I revived them they where used ! I went over to the store to return them. The employee was very helpful , however I will have to wait 3-4 days. Do not waste your time or money!!

Its foot locker I hate this place

Robbed me of $56.41. Told me it would take 24 hours to receive my money. Never did. Called the number hey gave me,emailed them, and called other numbers no answer. Do not go here without cash because if you do they will take your money and tell you that you will get it back but won’t. Always leave with a receipt. Won’t be shopping here again. And I will let others know about this location.

I have bought shoes there before and they were very helpful and nice, but I went in today and... had the worst experience ever. One person was not helpful at all except for like one family that he knew. I asked to see if they had kyrie 5’s and he said yes and then found some. Then I asked if they had kevin Durant’s and he said, “we don’t have any in your size in a upset way like I upset him for doing his job.

I never give reviews but this place had me heated. I was standing holding a shoe and was needing help on size. Seen 2 people behind counter that was working talking to 2 young girls in regular street clothes that was seated close to counter chit chatting . At that my family was the only ones in there shopping. I had to speak in a frustrated voice after standing so long ( can I please get some help). As one of the females sitting spoke up and said is that necessary and I replied, yes. I am shopping and need assistance. Finally I got help. Customer service was horrible and I also drove 1hr to get to that store.

The only Footlocker where I could find the perfect Nikes Ive been looking for in the perfect color. Staff are amazing and we had a long discussion about music which was so much fun.

Never have a size 12 in any shoes. You might as well shop online. This place is a waste of time

Foot locker is my favorite store of all time u can bet if they dont got what your looking for they will get it for u and sometimes u can catch stuff on sale and get a great deal its the only one I no of n Knoxville and the staff there is great they are there to help u for sure u cant beat the staff there there awesome check them out they always got all the new releases

Service ? What Service , two out of three workers are BSing with friends, on their phone texting had to literally chase down one of staff to get help with shoes and then after the 15 or 20 minute delay found out didnt have size needed

Im from out of state and no one picks up the phones but their a major business some customer service for all Tennessee stores!!!!!!

Worst customer service. I was asking questions about the shoes. One employee walked away and the other employee told me she didnt know about the shoes and that I should go somewhere else.
