Dick Henson personally planned every detail of my luxury vinyl floor installation. His installers are top notch. They removed about 600 feet of ceramic tile, prepared the subfloor for vinyl tile and installed it. At every step the crew was careful with my home and furnishings, even cleaning as they worked.The flooring removal and installation both were more complex and challenging than most. The results are amazing! And I am about to have them do my kitchen backsplash as well. This is the “Go To” place for flooring in Knoxville!

Worked with them through a builder. They sold us a floor that was no longer available and provided nearly no help in finding an alternative option. We had to go to another flooring store to get help finding a new floor. Dont bother with Hensons go to Broadway Floors.
