This is an edit to my original post below. The dealership did reach out to us today help resolve our issues. They reviewed the concerns and addressed them with their team. I expressed my appreciation feel comfortable continuing business with them.The following has been resolved: My personal interactions with the dealership service area have been very good each time. I have no experience with the sales area. My main issue comes from the dealership not returning phone calls when information is requested. We called a month ago asking for tire and brake prices but no one called us back. Prior to that, we completed an Audi survey that asked if we wanted the dealership to follow up with us. We answered “Yes” but received no additional communication.

Bought a new Q5 Audi. Was told when I picked up the car that the spare key was not available and would be sent to the dealer soon. It has been months now and no spare key. I checked with the dealer and they cannot order replacement keys and have no idea when the spare keys for the 2021 and 2022 models will be available. Also was told Harper Audi would not provide a replacement vehicle if the key was lost and did not have any idea how long it would take to get a new key from Germany if that happened. The service department told me to guard that key which was a big help. If I was told it would be months or a year to get a spare key I would not have taken delivery on the vehicle but they knew there was an issue and were not being upfront about the problem. Sales over service!

My experience at Audi of Knoxville has been seamless, helpful, and amazing from getting information on a new vehicle, to working with their amazing sales rep. Tyler. He helped me with all of my questions and was quick to respond with a deal sheet for my request. I appreciate all of his help in making this process easy. They even offered delivery which would be a great option for some. I live close enough that a short drive in was reasonable.Could not recommend Audi of Knoxville and Tyler Roberson more for your car buying needs.

In the past, when walking into a car dealership, I prepare myself mentally for the predictable “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Even though the summary report of the car showed everything was good. After leaving the dealership the front end started to shake. I immediately returned do you happen to check it out. After the test drive they claimed one of the tires had a broken radio belt and I wouldn’t worry it would require a new tire fixed.This was after they had the car for 10 days and reported no issues.

Harper Audi was incredible with my recent service! Had engine light turn on last minute before driving across the country. They were very understanding and prompt to get the car in and looked at immediately. Ended up needing service (which ended up being under warranty AND they didn’t even charge a service fee) and they got the car back to me within 36 hours. Can’t recommend them enough!

Worked with Chris Palumbo through the process of getting my car fixed. Little back story, I’m in town visiting from Chicago for the week and hydroplaned in some bad weather over last weekend and dinged up both wheels on the right side of my car. I sent my car over this Monday with very late notice and Chris was so helpful and communicative through the whole entire process. Had my car all fixed up and good as new by Friday of the same week. If you ever have any issues with your Audi here in Knoxville you’re in amazing hands.

Extremely organized and upscale facility. They checked in the vehicle, looked at the issue, checked with parts, and had it in the Service shop within 10 minutes. They have a nice waiting area with a variety of drinks and snacks they supply, not vending machines like a Ford or Chevy dealers. Very impressed with the Audi vehicle and the Harper Dealership.

James Warren does a great job working as the buyer’s advocate in sales. Certainly miss Oscar Smith as GM but I understand after so many years in one job, sometimes we just need a change. Nevertheless, as good as the car purchase process is, their Service Manager is even better.I had some small problems with my car and needed parts ordered. I was provided with a nice loaner. They kept me informed of the work progress and detailed the car for me afterward. They followed up a few days after I brought my car home to ensure everything was working properly. They even came to my home to help facilitate car delivery when service was completed.I truly believe this Audi dealership has to be one of the better ones in the country. The only difficulty I could foresee will be deciding which Audi model I’ll go with when my current lease expires.

Harper Audi of Knoxville would get 10 stars if possible. I called upset this morning once again i had oil on my garage floor. I talked to Chris Palumbo explained that I had an oil change at another place returned to them three times and they did not fix the problem. I had always taken it to the Audi dealer in CT where i was from so I decided to go to a local Audi dealership to fix the problem. Chris Palumbo took the keys said he would take care of the issue that he had seen before he made me feel like I had been a valued customer for years. We bought an used Audi Q5 TDI from James Warren and had an excellent experience. We were coming from two hours away. He was very helpful showing us a walk-around video of the vehicle and tons of interior pictures. He provided all the detail we needed to make a decision from a distance. He was very straightforward with fees. I find so many dealerships now have so many add on fees it’s very frustrating to determine what the actual price will be. Communication was excellent. When we got there it took about 15 minutes to do the paperwork then we were off. Highly recommend!

The dealership has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. They are extremely accommodating and helpful. Daniel treated us very well and took care of every detail. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Finally took my A8 in since my 50k mile warranty was about to expire for an inaccurate fuel gauge/sensor issue that has been going on for at least 20k mi. Also had a foot panel that had been coming loose for a while. Just never found it urgent enough before to schedule to get done (it was 3-4wk waiting window to schedule appt).But when I finally took it in and they hooked up to their computer, they told me my warranty was immediately voided since the dealer computer detected a glitch in the car CPU! They couldnt tell me what the glitch was or anything about it, just that their system flagged that something was changed in the car CPU. Ive not changed anything on the car other oil/filters/tires. So essentially, I just had to take their word for it that some unknown thing was done and that it voided my warranty... and therefore refused to cover anything (not even cosmetic things like loose foot panel) under warranty. All this after waiting almost a month for a service appt and barely driving my car (since I was afraid of going over the 50k miles before the appt, haha). To be clear, the service agent was professional and respectful during all discussions.Suffice to say, I was not too happy with my overall experience in their service dept on my A8. But their sales dept is great and was a pleasant experience when we had recently bought a Q7 from them about a year ago. Basically, great experience when buying... but not so great when taking in for service afterwards.

Excellent sales staff. Tyler is very knowledgeable and really accommodating. We drove three different Audis before finding the one we picked and Tyler knew each one extremely well. We will be coming back when it’s time for my wife to get her new car.

The only word that comes to mind about our service experience at Harper Audi is Violated, we have a 2019 Audi Q5, two years old with 11k in mileage that sits in a heated garage, we called to schedule an oil change, to the tune of $667.00 later a 20,000 mile service was done. I have always had our vehicles serviced (oil changes) every 5000 miles. It’s obvious that a lack of communication and integrity is taught to Harper Audi Service Department.

The team at Harper Audi are truly exceptional! Justin Helmuth went above and beyond to ensure every detail I desired in my new vehicle was met. Once they found the exact model and specs, they arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to Knoxville exceptionally quick. The entire process was efficient and customer focused.
