Dear review readers, this is not a review, it is simply a response to a previous worker that left a poor review.In the most professional way I can put this that Mr. Barnetts services were no longer needed here 3+ years ago and he was paid for every square ft. of work he did for me. If you will notice he has left 4 reviews on business and two if them are sign business he used to work for. He was a good installer for me, however his inability to show up on time and ready to work, and the fact he brought his significant other to job sites made it hard to keep using him as a installer. I do wish him the best and do not harbor any hard feelings towards him.

Tavis wrapped my Polaris Slingshot because I had no interest in painting it. It was delivered on time and I was very excited that the carbon fiber had a visual and physical texture to it. 9 months later I do need an edge reseal but Im fine with his work. Have recommended him to club friends and will use him on other motorcycle projects.

Travis has never done anything short of excellent since I discovered Power T a couple of years ago. Great customer service and great prices. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

0 Stars........horrible service.Travis is more about relying on his big accounts than the small businesses here in town. He stated that he was growing and relied heavily on his big corporate accounts to give him comfort.He had major issues even comprehending the idea of a simple arrow that decreased in size from left to right. I had to draw a crude picture and send it to him (I am not artistic). He stated, and I quote, The arrow is beginning to look a little perverse. Just mine and my other designer in the offices opinion. He did 4 or 5 revisions...and this is a very simplistic sign, and never exuded a sense of urgency (even though I express that I was in a hurry). He had excuses for not calling me back in a timely manner, putting off the installation for a week, and at times, just not answering the phone. He put the logo on the windows, and cut it too short, and then cut a piece to fill it in...it looked awful. He placed the vinyl incorrectly and then had to pull it off, and it created seams in the vinyl. He was leaving the premises, and I had to call him from his vehicle to ask him, was he leaving it that way. He tried to get the air bubbles out with a heat gun, but was unable. Upon further review, he had a bullet point setup for the phone, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the web address, that were not straight. We held a plumb to check, and it was crooked. He came out the next day under the guise to make repairs and/or reinstall the signage, and just tore everything off of the door and windows. He did not say a word to me. He then left. I called the shop and left a message with the woman that answered, and then 6 more times...because I needed a time frame to be available for the replacement work to be done. He did not answer. He finally called me back and said he could not do the job to the quality that I would want. I asked him, did he think it was quality and he said he could not do the job that he thought that I would want. I asked was he proud of his work, could he say it was a good job, and he admitted that he messed up the window work, but he was not going to waste any more time or energy on me. Even when I went to his location for the original meeting, I got the feeling that I was taking his time, he was too busy for this kind of an account. If you are a startup business, and need good work in a fair time frame for a fair price.....DO NOT CALL POWER-T!!!
