Ordering from Tall mans toys website was an amazing experience! The Website easy to use. I order an older pop figure. The price was very fair and they shipped it very fast with minimal shipping cost. When I received the package they had taken great care to make sure the pop box would not be damaged. I highly recommend this store for online purchases and definitely will be ordering from them again.

Super amazing place! One of the coolest shops I’ve ever been in. I recently got into collecting Funko Pops. I was on a trip to visit a friend here in Knoxville and decide to look around for some Pops and found this place. Service was wonderful. I had several questions which were answered swiftly and with great enthusiasm. You can tell they take what they do very seriously and it just creates a wonderful atmosphere for all who come into the store. I will for sure be back when I return to Knoxville. What a fun place. When the owner told us he had ten thousand funko pops I definitely believe him. Amazing collection that was well organized. Has a lot of other collectables and comics but the funko pops are definitely the star of the show. Owner and the young lady that was the cashier were very friendly and talkative. Great experience and I will be going back.!!

Id been so excited to visit from out of state for months. We walked in and the girls working greeted everyone but our party. They continued to be rude throughout our visit to the store. What was supposed to be a great visit turned out to be a huge disappointment. We planned on buying tons of Pops but I only ended up buying one just so I could say I got one. Definitely not worth the anticipation to be treated like dirt.

We are on vacation and stopped in to check out the store and found our Funko Pop Paradise!!! Destiny was on duty and went above and beyond to answer questions, search for treasures and help us out with everything we desired. SCAM SHOP! Perhaps going in person is fine considering you will physically leave with your item, but do not order online. I ordered an older pop figure on July 4th. Order still had no shipped. I asked the owner, Mike, for updates on me order. Eventually he stopped answering. He also didn’t provide any substantial information other than “I’ll see what I can find out”. Shouldn’t the owner know what is going on with their orders and be able to provide a legitimate answer to their paying customers? Of course the money was taken to my account before the item was even shipped.

I love shopping here, great selection and staff. Everyone makes you feel at home and they are all willing to help. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

The best toy store in Knoxville, bar none. Not only does Tall Man have the largest and best selection of Funko Pop! figures in the southeast, but they are also the home base of the Pops! For Patients cause and regularly help the local community by donating to East Tennessee Childrens Hospital.

More of a toy store than a comic store. Thats ok. Just not what I was looking for. The guy working introduced himself as the owner when I came in. He has a big personality and likes to talk a lot. I told him I was new to Knox and looking for a comic store. He was very free to talk trash about the other stores. I didnt like that. Id go back if I ever need a toy. Probably not for comics though.

They had just the thing I needed for Valentine’s Day. I called them on Thursday, bought the item and they had it packaged and shipped within a couple hours. Item arrived on time in perfect condition. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. 5 stars all the way!

The store itself is fine. Just NEVER pre order from them. The negative reviews are correct. The item will be out in stores for months and you’ll have nothing. When you ask, cause they will never update you, you get a “it’ll be shipped sometime” then never hear about it again. Was told I am not allowed a refund so did a chargeback and got it that way. Waiting 7 months for a pre order with no contact and a “I dunno” answer just makes me avoid them.Good luck with your business I guess.

Tallman Toys & Comics is the top of the top for Funko Pops and other pop culture collectibles in Knoxville and the south east. Mike is a great guy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always recommend Tallman for anyone’s Funko Pop needs! They have a huge selection as well as, a lot of hard-to-finds or grails, at a fair price!

I own a small business and I understand that stuff gets lost in the hassle of every day life, but the one thing that shouldnt is plain ol customer service. As the consumer it should not be my job to continously reach out to the store to try and figure out whats going on with my order, if theres issues, let your customers know, this place is about as bad as Big Apple when it comes to preorders, if you want something timely and hassle free dont shop here.Will I ever get my order? Who knows.....guess we will see, heck maybe they will even reach out with an update, that would be great Customer Service!

NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE.Please enjoy the email received from the owner after claiming my review is a lie. As you can see, he admits that everything Ive said is true. This email was sent 13 days AFTER I received the email stating my order was canceled and they claimed my review was 90% untrueAfter waiting 10 months for a preorder, the owner has completely gone against everything Ive been previously told and is claiming my order has been fulfilled. He is claiming to have just discovered a tracking number (that he wont give me). I never received anything more than a confirmation for my order. They refuse to stand behind their own words from October when I was assured my order would be sent shortly. I have given him months to fix this, to make it right and he never even cared to look into it until I asked for an update or a refund. They have stolen almost $100 from me and are treating me as though Im the problem.  I can not encourage you enough to take your business elsewhere.Edit: After posting here and other public forums, my order was canceled and Ive been promised a refund. Im leaving this here purely to document my personal experience with this company.I have NOT received my promised refund. Business is continuing to lie about this situation and slander me when they were completely unprofessional and still have not given me money or product.In response to the businesss rude and untrue reply: I have proof of my claims, you have none for yours. Consider this your official cease and desist notice or youll hear from my legal counsel. If you want better reviews, stop scamming people. Your email is more than enough proof.

Had a preorder for a Krang pop! Never received an email saying it was shipped or a tracking number followed up after receiving the back up a ordered a month after here from entertainment earth and the owner told me usps never received it but they shipped it. Can’t send me a tracking number. Also sold me a Superman funko with the wrong image on the website and didn’t let me return or exchange it instead told me I should’ve know the difference because the price. I’ll order from elsewhere from now on!
