I bought my 2013 Subaru Impreza Hatchback from them and they have been incredible regarding payment and service. When I got the car it took a couple days to get it fixed, but I appreciate them getting it taken care of. I have had no problems with the car and have had it for about 5-6 months now. It runs great and even took it to a Subaru dealership and its in pristine condition. This company makes sure the car you get lasts. From the very beginning our experience was not based on customer service. We were misled on the integrity and value of the vehicle we purchased. In the beginning of our loan period the car spent more time in the garage at car Lotta getting fixed than it did on the road. Fast forward a few months and all of a sudden our loan stopped being reported and was dropped from our credit reports. The purpose of using Car Lotta was to build credit. Fast forward to now we paid the vehicle off early, the woman who took our final payment over the phone was extremely rude and today when we came to have the device removed from the starter that they attach and is in your contract that must be removed by them when the car is paid in full we were asked to wait outside in the rain for the next 20 minutes while they removed the device. They do not know the value of customer service. Worst experience we have ever had. We got an estimate on the vehicle and all it is worth at this point is $300 for a trade in as it will be going straight to a junk yard. Please research your vehicle before purchasing it from here !

I wrote a post under Vanessa Harris and Im mpt interested. The day I wrote that post I paid 240 dollars in payment for the truck I didnt have for 2 months. And of course later that day day said my truck was totaled. And of I come in with $500 bucks I can get another. Now I lost a new job and my husband will lose his new one before he starts it because of the travel with no vehicle. Totaled truck for popping a tire on a curb???? The damage was there when I bought it I called the first week with problems and and slowly one more thing after another we have children that play sports I have a sick child that needs regular doctor appointments and one that needs surgery and nerd multiple doctors visits with again no vehicle. So Id like to know how you can help us

If I could rate negative I would. Had a car for almost a year. Was never late on a payment once! Car breaks down, and was in the garage for almost an entire month! Then we were finally told it was totalled out. Also told we cant apply for another car because we dont have proper proof of income. We went to pay 2 weeks ago when they said this. Now 2 weeks later we are told we have 4 days to pay the loan or legal action will be taken! Why wasnt this mentioned 2 weeks ago, or even a month ago when you had your repair men look at the car! Please read the fine print when opting to use this business and their services we called numerous times to ask question and they ducked and dodged Everytime. We were never once given a solid answer. .I would never recommend this business to anyone. You pray on people who have bad credit, fail to report payments to creditors, and then screw customers so hard, their credit is worse off then when then started. We work with you is the under statement of the year!

I really wish i went somewhere else. The first vehicle we got we dodnt get to choose and had to put so much into it and we payed so much more than it was worth. My bumper was held on with 2 screws. That one got totaled and we were told when we would like a new one all we had to do was have a 500 down payment but we werent interested with going thru them again and then was told we had to pay the 500 regardless or yhey would take legal action. Now we have another vehicle and thought it woukd be better and its just as bad if not worse. Popped a tire and the whole front comes off!!??? And now the truck is in the shop over a montj now and when i ask when can have it back im told im not sure of not even sure when it went into the shop??? But have no problem harassing me for payment tho...

Hopefully someone will read this and it will change their opinion on getting a car from here. I had a car from here for two years. Most problematic piece of junk and I know many other people who have gotten cars from here that break down in a week. They buy and sell junkyard cars. I just finally was able to get a nice car to trade this piece of junk in and signed off the car and they continue to think that they have the right to charge me for a car that I dont even own. They also lie about saying they help fix your credit. They dont. You just get to drive around a junk yard car and pay way too much for it. Seriously do your research there are other better used car lots out there.

This was the only place that came through for me when everywhere else denied me. You can complain about interest rates or whatever all you want but the reality is; if your credit is shot then this place is your best shot at getting approved. Youre the one who destroyed your own credit so stop complaining. Ive been dealing with Andrew in customer service and his service as been great for me.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from them and have never had an issue with the vehicles or the process of purchasing and paying for the vehicles. The first vehicle I bought from them never gave me any problems and was never in the garage for more than routine maintenance .I went to them when I was in a rough spot, my current vehicle was shot and so was my credit. They got me into a solid reliable vehicle and now with the second one I have purchased, my credit score has bounced back tremendously. I recommend checking them out to help get you back on track.

Customer service after you get your car , is horrible. They dont call you back. And they dont want to help. Its really sad. I just wanted some assistance with payment dates and I was given the run around.Brian and melanie are rude . Brian flat out said he would not help me. Wow. To think this is what customer service has become. I will make sure never to recommend them.

This place will sell you a car that will fall apart quick. They sold me a Lincoln and the shifter broke and right lower control arm almost fell off when I was getting my family for my 17 year old sons funeral. I just made my first payment and the car scrapped out.

I recently got a vehicle from the Kingston store back in December. The staff was great but the car is less to be desired. I always want the car we got. However the problems started the night we picked it up. The vehicle was never gone over. We had to call the local police to come Remove a loaded hand gun from the vehicle the night we drove it off the lot. Since then we have had to put new breaks on it, a new starter and alternator. The check engine light is still on, the speedometer light is flashing and even though the seat belt is connected the light flashes on the dash. The warranty doesnt cover anything electrical. I will be returning the vehicle to Carlotta credit.

Terrible service. I call to tell then my WORK MANS COMP has been suspended until the paperwork clears the desk and they tell me they can give me 3 days to figure something out. This is my 2nd car through this group and this is how they treat their RETURNING customers. Absolute joke. If you hurting for a car I suggest you figure something out from something that isnt this garbage patch. All these 5 star reviews they write themselves for you while they humaliate you with the ridiculous prices on these absolute trash vehicles.

I bought a car from the blakely lot and it was right when the weather was starting to turn from cold to warmer. a week and a half getting the vehicle we had an 86 degree day. I turned on the A/C and it blew warm air. Upon contacting Carlotta I was told they wouldnt do anything to fix it nor would they work with me in anyway to rectify the problem. Awful customer sevice considering you pay way over book value for a vehicle from them. Called three times and was never told that I needed an appointment and to arrive by 6 to get helped. Rude phone customer service as well as in person. You walk in and no one talks to you or greets you. Waited for an hour and other people kept getting helped before us with no words spoken regarding when we would get helped. Completely rude and horrible customer service. Hopefully their cars aren’t as bad as their CS.

I thought I was having an issue with a late payment so I called up and spoke with a Ryan, I got a hearing problem so I ask what a lot and he didnt sound stressed out with me and he reassured me my payments are on time. Here Im just having battery issues with my car.

Well I read all these great reviews about Kate, but she did not win me over. And this was through a phone call. She was very short with me and only answered my questions because she had too. I could definitely tell that her only goal was to get off the phone with me. I’m a pretty understanding person and get that people may be having a bad day or what not, but obviously her customer base is in a situation where they need the most help they can get, and feel bad enough about their situation. Well she did not help in any way and only made me feel worse.
