On August 16 2021 I had surgery, so my sister went into this CVS in Key Biscayne, Florida to get my prescriptions right after surgery which included my pain medicine, she went up to the pharmacy handed in my prescriptions, She kindly told the ladies working that day that it was an emergency, so she said down with everyone else and waited, they called everybody’s name on the microphone that had got there after her, she waited for 55 minutes, she noticed that everybody had been there after her head came waited and left and her name was never called in the microphone, when she finally got up to go ask how long it would take they told her that her stuff had been ready for a long time, so they just never called her even though they seen her sitting there waiting why just because she said it was an emergency? We are convinced that these ladies did this on purpose, and they will have their karma coming to them when they have an emergency it was very obvious that they did this on purpose. They’ll be lucky if I never go in there after I recover

Lots of products in this store. I used the bathroom and it looked like they havent cleaned it in a while.

I was not there to pick up any prescriptions. I was only there to buy a couple bottles of water. Nonetheless, my plan to buy buy water went through without a hitch thanks to this charming CVS.

I want to start off and say everyone at the CVS on Key Biscayne are incredible, except one. He works in the Pharmacy and is a great source of miss information. Regularly he will argue with customers concerning their own prescriptions and the services offered by this CVS location. He is a confused and extremely poorly trained employee with absolutely no people skills and no inkling of what “customer service” means.

The main pharmacist is the worst. He told me last week that they do not give flu shots there ( I had received one there weeks before ) making me take my family member elsewhere. He refused to take a coupon for medicine telling me I had to pay $200 for 10 pills ( I am fully insured ) Sadly our insurance makes us use CVS for most medicine. If you have a choice go to Key Pharmacy as they are the best. Avoid the pharmacy there at all costs

Your pharmacy staff is devoted to providing me with friendly, outstanding customer service and very high-quality health care at very reasonable prices. The staff at Store #3236 cares about it’s customers. They are always friendly and easy to reach. They are always willing to help. They are always very well informed. Their dedication to excel at their profession and at providing exceptional customer service has improved the quality of my life. I know I can always rely on your pharmacy staff to provide my medications in a timely and accurate manner. I can not thank them enough. Even though I will be moving to another home which is very close to one of your competitors I will continue to drive an extra 30 minutes to this CVS Store # 3236 to purchase my medications.I also want to complement the non-pharmacy store manager and staff for having a very clean and well stocked store with reasonable prices. The store staff is always eager to help me finds the groceries and goods I am looking for. And, I never have to wait at the check out lines.

Let me just start by saying that the staff here is incredible. I had a photo book I was creating for our business partners 60th birthday, and there was a slight issue with the printer. The toner had ran out leaving the photos unfinished. I had to come back in the next morning once the printer was up and running to try and finish the album. I received a courtesy call letting me know my album had been finished right before I got there. When I showed up to pay, the books quality was still a little off due to it being printed double sided, making the colors not as vibrant. Noe helped me with this issue from start to finish. We ended up printing it one sided and the quality turned out much better! Noe was very patient, kind and helpful. Although there was a slight issue originally trying to get the photo book done, everything ended up working out on the end. Very thankful for the help I received.

August/1 /2019 time 830 845 pmwarning warning warning warning paid at the self check out with a very rude Lady employee of the month I am American Born and raise she was speaking in Spanish she told the assistant manager that I never put any money in . l use a coupon kind of cool but for .25 cenc I put it three times in the machine it came out and she turns around and tell me I never put in 25 cents what kind of people are you hiring she continued speaking in Spanish to the manager thinking I didn’t understand shame on you CVS going to take my account out of there .I spent a lot of money don’t get me wrong but the manager there is cool with me I’ve been going there for a long time but that’s all I have to say thank you . i I am writing fast sorry for any miss spelling

Quite unpolite staff. Asking for our ID to get it scanned to allow us to return something we just purchased... really a bad customer experience

I went to the minute clinic at this CVS and the nurse practitioner was very professional and helpful with answering all my questions and taking care of me.

We went to this place with an emergency situation looking from prompt attention, a medication or quick diagnosis for a pregnant woman before getting emergency services. Staff were unhelpful, they just ignored us. whoever is the person at the so called minute clinic just did not care. Really poor attitude towards customers.

Bad attention at night

I am not shop at cvs very open, but todays experience made me feel bad. I took my daughter to buy the lice treatment . I couldnt find it. So I asked the staff, a lady was sorting the sanitary napkin. I asked her where the lice treatment was. The first time she didnt understand, I said the second time and she understood it, and squinted at my daughter at the same time, and the said she didnt know, then pointed to the line 22nd and told me to see if there was any! After I was home and through about this happen, the behavior of this lady really made me feel terrible!

This is the worst store in the world. They kicked me out for just speed walking and the man who did was rood and mean. So this is what I think. So MR. Manager if you don’t tell you’re customers to be nice or I’m not coming back. So read this and you’ll see how mean you’re employes are.

The entire photo lab is shut down. The store is a mess. Glad Im getting out of here. Will miss the awesome pharmacy.

Minute clinic - specifically review! Pharmacist - has no one inside and is making the patients waiting. Two walk in patients in front of me just left as they were waiting to be seen while no other patient inside the clinic. I could not wait anylonger and also left. Really bad service.

Today my wife was in that cvs store and at the payment terminal one of the enpreados asked the pareser for her phone number to put a good rating for the store and my wife said no and they got upset one of them said that we treat you well and He does not lend us the phone, if they want good grades, earn them, if I could give him or give it to him, put people with decency to work there
