Tasty, but so expensive. Would go more often if prices were cheaper but makes for a good once-and-a-while outing when you have the taste for some frozen yogurt with an expansive assortment of topping options. You can freely mix the flavors as you wish as the order is based off of weight, so thats cool. I dont like fruity flavored yogurt/ice cream in general, so I stick with basic flavors (chocolate, wedding cake), which kind of makes it not worth the money for me.

Honestly it was ok and I’ve had better. That’s just my opinion though. It had a different taste than most frozen yogurt I’ve tried (got the vanilla). I was upset that I couldn’t use more than 1 Groupon at a time (even though Groupon let’s you buy a set a 3). It was $18 for my son and I (Groupon knocked down $10)…didn’t even overload on toppings either because I didn’t know how they priced it.

Completely disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. My family and I have been to a Columbus location where we were able to use 3 Groupons in one day, separate transactions.This evening, my husband, son, daughter and Icame in, had to wait for a min until an employee came out of the back wearing headphones, looked annoyed that we were there, and gave us our cups.After getting what we wanted, we headed to checkout. I told the young man working that I had a couple of Groupons and would need to do two transactions. He told me we could not use two and that I could only one of them a day. I explained that Ive used more than one in a day before, he said its company policy and I could see that on the Groupon itself.We all left our full cups behind. We will not visit this location again. This isnt the first review of poor customer service and as long as that young man continues to work there, it wont be the last. When I told him to cancel the cups, he said whatever.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get frozen yogurt. Even with the Groupon deal or a coupon, it isnt worth the hassle of dealing with this guy.

Its different now because the workers get everything for you, but theyre extremely kind, helpful and do a great job. The froyo is delicious, too.

Terrible customer service. Wife and I came in late Friday afternoon, and couldnt tell if they were even open for a minute or two. No customers and no one attending the counter. As we were leaving, young man came out from back room. Poor customer service, felt like we were bothering him. When I received my berry blend it was running down the outside of the cup. I politely pointed out the mishap he had handed me, and he informed me, rudely, that napkins were available at the other counter. I cleaned up the employees spillage and informed him It was a good thing service and tip was collected upfront. I wont be back, and I hope to save a few others the trip. No value here.

Sitting area is always unclean have come to expect that. Today some of the toppings seemed old.

This location is in need of some managerial intervention.Our family frequents this location due to our proximity and since we have young children. We are planning to look elsewhere for our treats due to our experiences here.On one occasion, we had to seek out an employee to take our payment as none were around.On a separate occasion, an employee tried to add a 20oz. bottle of water to the scale while weighing our order.On many occasions, the employees appear to either be high or otherwise out-in-space.

Excellent FroYo and the option to make it a shake or smoothie makes this a family favorite. Been two times in the last week, and service has been very good both times, different employees. Thanks, guys!

I like this place a lot. Its a yogurt place where they have eight or ten flavors, two to a machine. They always put complimentary flavors in each machine, so you can swirl them together (like hot chocolate and toasted marshmallow) or you can just get one flavor. They also have simple cardboard dividers, allowing you to get up to three flavors and keep them from mixing together, which is really nice. They have a bunch of toppings you can add (new favorite: cookie dough!) And then you pay by the ounce. Their orange flavor is like putting a juicy orange slices right into your mouth.

I dont see how people complain about the prices when youd have to pay A BOATLOAD to buy all those toppings and flavors separately if you were at the grocery store. But whatever.I love this place because you can go here on date night right after eating out!! It is my favorite thing to do after eating at Figlio, then we usually go to the movies after! And there are 1/3 the calories in frozen yogurt when compared cream. AND it tastes better. A little bit more $ to have fewer calories and better flavor? Sign me up.The decor is childish, though. Makes sense. Might be better for adults on date night to eat it while walking around the strip mall. :)

Orange 🍊 Leaf has always been a family favorite since my son was two and now he is eight. We stopped tonight and everything was amazing! The mixed flavor combos are always my favorite like the Red Velvet and Cotten candy 🍬 , I love this location. Super helpful staff! ☺️☺️☺️

We stop here with my dad to celebrate Father’s Day. He really enjoyed creating his own ice cream for a special treat. This location is right near where I do grocery shopping which makes it extra convenient. I appreciate how clean and inviting it is. Right on!

Its relatively pricey for the amount of stuff you get, however it is very good. With a wide selection of flavors you can always try something new. Really my only compliment is the price as I mentioned. As someone who can stomach a lot if ice cream its not enjoyable spending a lot.

The yogurt was very good, and pretty affordable. A little more expensive than I would have wanted, but it was reasonable. The atmosphere in the building was very nice, and I enjoyed the trip. Overall, it was a good experience.

This location has a lot of good flavors and a wide selection of toppings. I do like that they have non-dairy flavors, as even though its not a problem for me sometimes you just want something different. Their fruit flavors are also made it real fruit which is nice.

This was the most horrible-tasting yogurt I have ever had. I was not impressed with the flavors, I tried Strawberry, birthday cake, vanilla and Reeces Cup. The flavors did not have a creamy flavor, but and icy flavor, (wich is the best way I can desribe). The yogurt tasted cheap. I am one who is willing to pay extra $$ to have a flavorful. Creamy yogurt, and this was not it. Needless to say, I wont be going back. I really liked yogurt I purchased at the Greene, as it was creamy and Flavorful, so that is where I will be going from now on.t0

Love the vegan options at this store, particularly the nondairy orange frozen yogurt. My absolute fave. Seating also is relaxed and comfortable and service from the very young staff is always given with a smile.

For 3 resonable servings it cost over $17! Someone later suggested the guy may not have taken off the $10 groupon correctly. It was good but I could have gone to UDF for $10.

Not happy with service. Been here many times and it is normally great, but their hours are listed as closing at 10:30... got in at 9:45 and it’s closed completely. Fix the listings of the hours, because that’s what people look at.

They have a lot of flavors and nice workers the only complaint I have is that you have to get the worker to give you a sample. Other than that their frozen yogurt is delicious and is not too expensive.

They have a variety of frozen yogurts and toppings. I was pleased with my purchase, but it was pricey (they weigh your order). The Orange Lead Frozen yogurt in Lexington, KY charges a flat fee & they dont weigh your purchase.

Too expensive for yogurt. They only provide one size cup (container) which is a ploy to make you spend more since it goes by weight. Didnt even fill up the cup and only put on one topping and only one spoonful at that and it cost me $10. I thought the guy was joking when he weighed and told me $10. Makes me wonder the accuracy of their scales and how often the check the accuracy of thier scales. That is ridiculous and not worth that kind of money. No thanks I will stick with places like cold stone or other yogurt places that tell you the price for a small, medium or large.
