My daughter and I went to Windsor in Town Center to purchase a dress for my sons wedding. Jasmine was so personable and patient. She took her time helping us find just the right dress. She even selected the best color for my daughters skin. At checkout, Tiffany was so pleasant and attentive. She asked how we were and actually listened for a response. And the prices were right up my alley so they were the cherry on top!

Nice store! Unique items for both young and older women. Not enough staffing today and customers were getting rude! I hate when people act like that! Its so disrespectful!

Came in today to look for a last minute dress for a date. Tiffany and the two sales associates were GREAT! I told them my vision of what I had planned and executed it. They helped me, gave me suggestions, just went above and beyond to ensure the vision I had came to life. Thank you ladies, will definitely recommend this location to others.

If i could do like negative stars i would, the customer service is was absolutely terrible and i get people having bad days but even if i have a bad day at work i put a smile on my face because i’m literally getting paid to be there, the woman running the cash register kept yelling because people was trying to get dresses off the top rackets but i never once saw anyone go over there and help them, she yelled more than a few times, i wish she would think about not yelling because she never knows if someone in that store has PTSD, i didn’t see no reason for her yelling, i went up to the register and was about to ask for the shoes i wanted in my size and she told me to move because the people behind me had stuff had to check out, she told me this before i even asked for the shoes. The clothes here was very cute but none my size and that’s not there fault but i stayed there with my friends while they shopped. The staff that i spoke to throughout the store was rude, like forever 21, there was maybe 3 staff i spoke to actually nice and helped me. Don’t recommend if your trying to speak to a staff about what size you should get or which outfit, your going in there to grab stuff and leave then you do you. but the customer service was terrible.

Kalynn Brown helped me pick out several outfits. She really has an eye for fashion. This location was clean and had a lot of great fashion choices. I look forward to shopping there again soon.

Called store in Northpoint for over an hour after opening before they would answer the phone - called town center and they refused to look up a dress by style number because they said they wouldn’t know where to find item in store even if it was in the computer

They closed for almost TWO HOURS for “lunch” around 4:00 and reopened at 5:40 and the lady said “we closed dressing rooms around 5:00..” They weren’t there at 5! And then we confronted her about it and she goes “oh ya probably around 4:30.” Like the two girls there lied and closed the dressing rooms..they are EXTREMELY rude and said they closed their dressing rooms early because they didn’t want to be there late..that’s their JOB or they should be FIRED! There have been many complaints about how rude they are....just wow.

Cute and flattering outfits, but rude and nonattentive workers.

First off, I love this store! I can always find a really cute outfit whenever I have a nice event to go to. I never really shop at the town center location but one night I was in the area and I actually went in the store while they were preparing to close. Even though these ladies were so tired, Jayla and Erika were so patient, so nice, and very helpful! Thank you again ladies!

Horrible customer service. told customers they were closing 30 minutes earlier than their website says.
