We purchased a rocking chair for our baby’s room 7 month in advanced and it got pushed back without them notifying us that it would be late. We are cancelling our order and never shopping here again.

So helpful. I was looking for a large recliner that would handle my big dogs jumping on it. They showed me several recliners that would work for me. No sales pressure either. We got the perfect recliner for a great price.

Many nice chairs, but prices are higher than other stores in town. They do not offer any financing. Most things have to be ordered and can take 2 to 4 weeks. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I got the chair my dreams, the Beast, its amazing and comfortable and it was in stock, not many stores seem to have it but they did, they also were able to deliver it within a few hours, and made sure it was set up properly and my home. Great staff great experience will definitely recommend them

Went in to look at some chairs they had a large selection and the service was really good and not pushy. If youre looking for a lounge chair this is definitely the place to go

My sister and I took our mom to the Keizer store this afternoon to find a lift chair that fit her. We were told the delivery day was Saturday. We found the perfect chair for mom. I mentioned to the woman helping us that I didnt really want to wait 2 days for delivery, as moms current chair was very hard on her back, and told her I thought my sister and I would load it into my hatchback so we could have it for her today. We 3 were still looking at the chair and its features, when the lady came back with a nice young man and said he was going to load it up in their van and deliver it for us right now. We were overwhelmed with the thoughtfulness and how they went out of their way to help us out. Outstanding customer service! Will definitely go back if I need any chairs in the future!

The salesman was absolutely rude and not helpful at all. Some if there chairs were already stained at new prices. I wouldnt shop there even if they were the cheapest place in town.
