Cashiers very friendly and helpful always smiling thank you for your help

The Manager here is horrible. I made my purchase of ballons and she was on her phone dealing with what ever she was on her phone. I asked her to please if she can do the balloons because i have to pick my daughter up for school. I wanted to surprise her for school. She told me that she had a order in front of mine. However she was on her phone. The order before me was for another day...she then said i am doing business on my phone...which could wait since i was standing in front of her.The Manager name is Sarah...very rude...she asked me if i paid her...which ment I have to wait....very unprofessional ...never again will i come here.

Large selection of items but HORRIBLE customer service. I go there once/twice a year to grab bday party decorations, balloons and the experience is never pleasant. Walked in last week at 8:29pm and woman behind the counter told me they were closed…. I rather support and shop local but I guess Party City it is!

Experience may vary especially during these times. Ive noticed many retailers are under stress and anxiety due to the uncertainties in their lives and business caused by Covid-19.However, I went in to purchase balloons that were hung on the ceiling and numbered. I took note of my selection. I informed the cashier of the selection of my choice and paid. After my purchase, I was informed by another associate some were not available and offered me alternatives. I am very particular in my choices and had already made my mind of the ones my mind after browsing their entire collection carefully.I was refunded the two they did not have the ones I liked. Overall a good experience and convenient although some things are overpriced.IMPORTANT!!! They didnt fill the balloons all the way and it deflated very quickly a day after. Two out of my five balloons I ordered were not fully inflated unfortunately.I would suggest trying out Dollar Tree or Dollar General, but if you are feeling extra generous then support your local businesses.

Price guaging is crazy they are charging$ 14.99 for a 19oz. Bottle of lysol they get 0 stars

I really liked that place. You can find a lot of knickknacks. They have very nice items especially for parties.

I went to this place and one of the cashier was rude and give me a bad attention when I buy something. I am very disgusting and this is not the first time that this happens. I hope this changes.

Ordered ballons the owner himself said I didn’t need to bring the receipt only to give them my name and number and be on my way. When I went to pick up the balloons the girls working didn’t know which balloons were mine since they lost the paper and wouldn’t let me leave till I showed them my receipt finally after 5 minutes of waiting they said they didn’t need it anymore.

Just spent over $80.00 on Lights for my tree. They were $5.00 each box (which wasnt bad) except after wasting four hours putting them on my tree; puff!!! they all blew out!!! What a real disappointment :(( Worse part is I cant get my money back I can only get a store credit. Thats what happens when you go cheap you get what you pay for😭😭😭

There is nothing but garbage there. They only give store credit(if you don’t like something from there why would you buy more things there) and everything is not a dollar or less

The store is full of signs that state everything is $1.00 or less, but that is clearly not true. When I asked an associate about it, she just starred at me. I repeated my question a few more times, but she refused to respond. When I confronted her about it, she continued not to respond.
