MY SON WAS LEARNING SWIMMING @ AQUA TOTS SO ON MY WAY HOME I SAW THEIR SCAMMER ADVERT FREE TIRE ROTATION WITH OIL CHANGE I WENT. THEY SCREWED UP MY CAR BIG TIME, SEE PICTURES WITH ALL LIGHTS SHOWING. NOW THEY WANNA CHARGE ME MORE TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON

6-14-18Nothing but good things to say about this place. Recently bought 4 tires from here. I wanted Firestone since that’s what my car originally had on them and I like the tires. So, I called around to a few places and I liked Tracy’s willingness to work me a deal right off the bat and get me into some right away.To make things better, there was virtually no wait when I arrived. Usually you can expect to spend upwards of 3 hours in one of these places, but these guys got me into a set of 4 brand new tires, all rotated and installed in what seemed like less than 45 minutes. I was flabbergasted!Since then, because we all know brand new tires are like magnets for nails and debris, I had to take a tire in because of a screw. I noticed right off that the wait time was no fluke and they pulled my car to the back right away. Got me out of there in lightning fast fashion!Another amazing feat, is I tend to keep a lot of utility items around my spare tire in the trunk. So, it can be confusing for an average guy trying to get that spare back in there all neat and tidy without the items getting in the way. Basically, you gotta move all that stuff, put the tire in, then put the items all back around the tire. No tire place in the history of any of my cars has ever gotten this right without leaving an utter mess or a tire that’s halfway sticking out of the trunk. None of them! I tend to expect the blunder and not worry about it, opting to fix it the right way when I get home. But these guys... they got it on the very first time.All-in-all, I’ve been left with a truly great impression each time I’ve visited. The location has a more homely family operated feel to it. Some good ole boys who not only are friendly and charismatic, but have an incredible sense of common sense.They just won a customer for life out of me. And, I’ve been telling all my family to go there too!

I’ve been coming here for awhile, taking all my family’s vehicles for service- 1. They know me by name 2. They call to check on you from time to time 3. They do the job right the first time 4. If the service is going to take longer then usual they offer to take you home or to work of course if in Katy and will pick you up if neededI highly recommend coming here for all car services!

I understand overhead which explains higher pricing but wow... yall are no cheaper then pep boys, discount tire and fire stone. I know they have higher overhead due to hundreds of stores, so Im kinda at a loss with this place.

My car locked up and I was on my way to the dealership to get them to fix it. But the guy that was towing my car RECOMMENDED me to go to them instead. BEST DECISION I made! They fixed my car within a few hours on a SATURDAY! Been going there ever since! Good people!

I had a great experience here. Management was exceptional. They were willing to be flexible with my schedule and got me out of there quickly. They explained everything needed to be done with my car and did not try to pressure me into excessive costs. Their prices and service are very competitive.I dont understand why there are any bad reviews for this company! Some of these complaints are pathetic. There a lot of things a car shop has no control over and there is no excuse to blame them for that. Please be more discreet with what you choose to post.I will be coming back here anytime I need something. And I dont even live here (my parents do so I visit them in Katy). Amazing assistance and genuine sincerity in making sure I understood what had happened to my vehicle, and the cost. Patrick Shields, the owner, went above and beyond to help me find someone in Austin, where I live, to help me purchase what I still need to purchase for my car. He even contacted me the next morning to make sure I was safe and the car was working. I wish he was in Austin so that I could continue working w/ him. Patrick, thanks for all you do!!

Do Not buy tires at this shop. They may claim honesty and fairness but they are a rip-off. I bought 4 tires 60,000 miles there a few years back with life time road hazard protection. A few months ago, I had a flat tire and took the car there to be fixed. There was about 20,000 miles on the new tires but instead of fixing the flat for me free of charge since I bought the tires there, they charged me $27 without telling me at first. They had changed their system and did not have the records of my tire purchase. I found my receipt for the tire purchase of $836.77 and took it there to get my money refunded for fixing the flat, but they refused to refund my money. I was getting all sorts of work done on my car there before but will not be going back any more. Discount tires will fix the flats free of charge even if you did not buy the tires there, try them instead.

Excellent customer service! Today was my first time stopping by and I was very satisfied with the service. I got a state inspection and new tires. Tracy was very straightforward and honest. He quoted me a tire that was the closest to what my car currently had, but was still less expensive. It was going to take an hour and a half to install the tires, so he had an employee drive me home (I didnt even have to ask). On the drive, Tracy called back to say he had found another set of tires in stock that were higher quality and cheaper. I will definitely be back!

This is the worst place to be for any services. As a veteran, whom has served this country, I was insulted as well as racially profiled all because I asked if there was a VA discount after an oil change.The manager, Tracy is very rude, lack proper customer service and should learn how to treat and speak to people with respect! He even called the cops on me because I demanded an apology for his insults before I would pay their services. And later, tried to act professional after the scenario without still apologizing.

Family owned and operated, is reflected in their friendly and efficient service. Pricing is competitive. And work is completed timely and completely. So happy to have discovered Tracy and his team.

I had struggled to find a shop to get my wheels balanced due to the type of car I have. I Made a speculative visit to GP Tires and Auto and had excellent service from the time I went through the door.They solved the issues with the balancing and alignment of all wheels.I had recommended GP Tires to a friend within minutes of driving out of there.

I have visited this location twice. I only returned for a second time due to the great customer service I received from one of the owners my first visit, even though it took over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After my second visit today and the complete lack of customer service provided I will not be returning for a third visit. There are too many places to choose from for automotive service these days to not consider customer service one of the most important aspects of running a business.

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Parkway Firestone! The tech was quick to diagnose my problem and fixed it in a timely fashion!! We have done business here before and the staff has always been courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to do business here again!!

I brought 4 tires from Firestone GP April 2019. I asked for the higher price tires. Tracy took the time to find 4 less expensive tires & explain why they were better for my car & driving needs. My cars front bumper was loose & Tracy went above & beyond to fix it without asking on a very busy day before a major holiday. This visit is just one example of why I have continued going to this family owned & operated Firestone GP for the last 4 years. The customer service is excellent by Tracy, James & mechanics. I am a single retired senior female who does not feel like I am being over sold parts or repairs. And they always ask if I need a ride to or from stop so I am not inconvenienced sitting for long periods of time.

Always a joy to visit Grand Parkway Firestone ... they make me feel like family ! They even love my dog !! I had bought 4 tires from Firestone Grand Parkway in July 2018. I was working out of town and had a nail in my tire. I had purchased the Road hazard warranty. I took my car to another Firestone to have tire replaced. The owner of Grand Parkway, Pat called that Firestone to pay for the tire saving me the hassle/ money of having to come back into Grand Parkway to be reimbursed for the cost of the tire. All the staff at Grand Parkway was helpful in the process and saved me a lot of time/hassles. I appreciate you all. Will continue to have my cars serviced here.Thanks!

This is a family owned store and the owner was obviously involved in managing the business. Everyone there was very courteous and attentive to my concerns. There was absolutely no pressure to sell me anything I didnt come for. I live in the Dallas area and felt very comfortable doing business with them. I will use this store again if needed while in the area.

On Monday morning, I pulled into Grand Parkway Firestone and went into the service counter. There were people in the lobby and lots of work going on in the car. It looked like to me that the technicians wear dark blue and the desk/customer service people wear a light blue/striped shirt. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and could hear the owner talking on the phone in the office. I thought when he was done, maybe he would be out to help. There was a second man at a service desk in the garage. He turned and looked at me at the desk two or three times while I was there but always went back to his computer facing the technicians and never acknowledged that I was there. The owner came out of the office, looked at me standing waiting to be helped and walked out the the shop. He talked with the other customer service guy out there and then turned to come back into the lobby where I was, looked at me waiting and then turned around and got on the phone out in the shop....I dont know what the protocol for getting some help but the other customers were just shaking their heads too. I decided to go to Discount Tire and see if I could do better there. I REALLY like to support locally owned business when I can...sorry that it appears they were too busy this time I was in.

Ive been going here for the last two years for basic oil changes and inspections. The service has been great and I have zero complaints! The staff is friendly and the overall experience has been pleasant. I would and I have recommended them to friends!

I have used Grand Parkway Firestone for the past eight years. We have owned many cars with five kids driving and Patrick and his team have maintained all of them. I never feel pressured to get things done. We all bring them in for ck ups and take care of what needs to be done. The mechanics are great! We always feel safe driving in all our cars that GPF has taken care of. At this point, they feel like family!

Went in with a $19.99 synthetic blend oil change coupon. James said that was only valid with firestone complete auto care. Then told me that they can do the same oil change for $17.95. And the started on it right away, no lag time like the complete auto care shops. Very nice people!

Someone recommended this place to me to get my alignment done. I went here and got the lifetime alignment. 7000 miles later my truck had worn out front tires, so i took it in to get it realigned (hoping that it was something else). They asked why did you wait so long to get the alignment done? Youre supposed to get it done every 3000 miles. Really? Who EVER has their alignment checked that often? Then when they went to fix it, they said one of the bolts was seized, and they would have to charge me extra even though i had the lifetime alignment, and had it done there last... So they fix the alignment, and i get new tires... 7000 miles later (wifes truck), the tires are ruined again... Got someone else to do the alignment, and have had no tire ware issues since (5000 miles checking every week)... Dont recommend this place for alignments. Im out 800 bucks in tires and 160 bucks from the lifetime alignment.

Have been going their for last 3+ years. If you have a problem with your auto, they are great at diagnosing problems and fixing them at a reasonable price.

HORRIBLE! These people don’t have the slightest courtesy to speak to their customers with respect. Their service is about as poor as their attitude. I thought grown men are supposed to know how to act but clearly they don’t know how to run a business. I hate this place with all meaning. The most lousy, scandalous, shameful experience ever.

Went in for alignment. They left strut bolts loose on the passenger side front, ruining two brand new tires, and want me to let them see the vehicle. Why would I let them touch the very thing they messed up. Their incompetence risked the life of my family. They also deny doing it except no one else has touched it. Do not ever go there.

This is NOT a place to take your car for anything except Oil change and maybe a tire rotation.. DO NOT I repeat DO not take any vehicle there for any type of Repairs. Their Equipment is old and the technicians can not properly use it. I was told my alternator was bad and if i drove it away I would no Doubt be stranded. I took the same car back to the dealership and there is nothing wrong with the car. If you are a single MOM or perhaps a young girl especially look out. They take you for gulable and will try scare tactics to get you do the work right away. Again I repeat DO NOT I repeat DO not take any vehicle there for any type of Repairs

Went to get an inspection I was in there for less than 30 minutes! So fast and such good customer service.

The manager would not honor my lifetime alignment on my BMW because they were too scared to work on BMWs. I used to work at Firestone and BMWs are easier to align than my Toyota.
