I was purchasing a Titan with a sales team member. No haggle and agreed to the listed asking price of the dealer. We thoroughly went through the price out the door, I was told I didnt need to leave a deposit and we started the remote sales process. I gave my drivers lisc, ss# job and credit info and was going to pick the truck up after my weekend of work. Then a few hours later a sales manager called to tell me i was out bid for the truck. yes his words out bid. I had an email record of the sales process and was blown away. 2 other sales managers called to say the same thing and that there was nothing they could do. This is how they treat hard working, paying customers in the middle of a pandemic. They bid us against each other, violate sales agreements and hijack prices. This is some of the most shameful, ridiculous behavior i have ever seen in sales outside of time share salesman. Absolutely trash level and I would never ever ever do business with them. And if Nissan corporate tolerates it I would not buy a Nissan.

Talked to someone on the phone about doing a trade in on my 2020 suv and getting a new car. She told me They were in desperate need for cars and they’d love to buy my car. Talked prices for my trade in and the new cars price. Drove 2 hours and was there for 2.5 hours just for the price to magically go up 3-4 thousand dollars and not even offer me what we talked about for a trade in. Oh and car said 12 miles… had 3 thousand when we got there. False advertising on lots of vehicles is all I have to say….

Avoid this place like the plague. I was sold a package by “Prestige Nissan” (the previous name of the dealership) in Feb 2021 that included 3 years of oil changes and complementary loaner vehicles. “Dream Nissan” refuses to honor that. I didn’t even get one oil change. The name change is completely fishy. The same person I worked with previously with “Prestige” is now employed in the same position at “Wood Nissan”, another former Prestige dealership. It’s a scam. “Dream Nissan” will probably change names again next year, taking their money but leaving customers with empty promises. “Dream Nissan” will likely reply that they aren’t responsible for the previous dealership’s commitments. Don’t be fooled. It’s just words. Learn from my experience and don’t get fooled by these thieves.

This review is for a leased car purchase. I went to Dream Nissan with the intent of purchasing my leased vehicle. I initially leased my car here and hoped that the new ownership would have turned things around. (More on that later in the review)After waiting 3 hours to fill out disorganized forms, I was informed that they would be charging a $699 convenience fee as well as a handling fee of $499. While I waited another 30 minutes in a failed attempt to speak to their Finance Manager, I called State Line Nissan. Their sales manager, Johnny, was extremely helpful and informed me that they only charge a $199 processing fee + the $375 lease buyout fee from Nissan. I informed Dream Nissan of this and they were extremely rude. So, I went to State Line Nissan and they had me in and out in 30 minutes.When I initially leased the car, Dream (under the name Fenton at the time) Nissan gave me my plates once they arrived. Due to an internal failure to communicate, another employee couldnt find the tags and reported them as stolen when in fact they were on my vehicle. Before this incident occurred, I also had to return to the dealership to complete my paperwork multiple times because they put down that I lived in Kansas, even though I told them that I lived in Missouri.I wish I could rate them -5 stars. I would highly recommend looking anywhere other than Dream Nissan for your car lease or purchase.

Very disappointed. The only good thing was the staff and the service manager, I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa, BRAND NEW. Within the first month it’s needed a new transmission, and now at under 5,000 miles, the check engine light is on. A new car should not come with these issues.

I had a 1615 appnt at Dream Nissan on Fri 9.3.21. My family and I arrived and we were given Kyle as our sales person. I stated to him that I wanted a Frontier and wouldnt settle for anything less. I informed him that I had been wanting a mid size truck for almost a decade. Had tried once or twice and was always left disappointed. I arrived not being very hopeful due to past failed attempts.. I had an 18 Nissan Sentra SV that was used for a trade in towards the Frontier. After all was said and done, we left the dealership at around 2100 and I was able to take home a new 21 Frontier with a ton of accessories. They presented me with the best deal for my situation and we ran with it. Great customer service. Will definitely go back for further business.

I love my new car! Tyrone and Brad were awesome, and were very helpful. They worked very hard to make the process as smooth as possible for me even though the dealership was busy with customers. They both deserve raises! The staff was very nice and welcoming. I brought my sister along and she was impressed with the dealership and is thinking of buying a car herself. Ive been telling people they should come here for a new car! They want you to leave happy and thrilled about your purchase, instead of feeling pressured into it.
