The staff were pleasant and not pushy and we were offered sweet or salty snacks and wine while we shopped.

I bought my wife a ring in the Plaza store for our anniversary but it was one size too big. We went into the store location the last week of May and they did not have one in her size so they ordered one. While there she found a belt she liked and ordered that as well. After calling multiple times the last several weeks and being told I would be called when the items came in I called again today on July 3rd to find out that the ring is there at the store but the belt still is not. In each call to the store I have asked for an estimated date of delivery but no one can provide a date. I spike to the Store Manager at one point to and she said she would follow up and let me know when the items would be in but I never received a call. We could have ordered these items on line and received them many weeks ago. I dont know why it would take over a month to get a ring and a belt.

The prices were reasonable and the staff was very helpful and friendly!
