Meh. A little bit icy for a Gelato. No super creamy or even tasty. Also way overpriced. Ill pay $4.75 for a tiny scoop if it tastes like authentic Gelato, but not this stuff.

Great service. Visited the Lees Summit location. Was more the consistency of frozen custard than gelato to me. The flavors were nice. We shared marshmallow, cobbler, and I forget the third.

What a treat to have right on the plaza!Definitely some of the more interesting gelato flavors Ive seen, but to be fair you had me at peach cobbler.Have yet to explore the other options but there seems to be 1 or 2 interesting things you can do with your gelato.Super enjoyed the 2 pints for $10 deal, what a steal!

Definitely overpriced. Gelato was more like custard and very very melted. The toasted marshmallow was good but the salted carmel was awful. Whatever the carmel chunks are made out of tasted like paint and ruined it. $6 for two scoops? Eh. Ill try somewhere else next time.

Great service! Generous servings! The cucumber is surprisingly tasty! All flavors we had were smooth and creamy. They do have punch card rewards. They also only accept cash. So be prepared to pay with debit or credit.

This poor review is a result of several observations:1) there was no chair for the employee, resulting in her sitting on the floor. If the establishment cares this little for their employees, Im curious to know how else their employees well beings are ignored.2) the water from the tap tasted heavily of minerals and sediment. I was unable to drink it in good conscious wondering how itd affect my health.3) the punch card was very misleading. It stated a punch per scoop, but also said only once punch per visit.Im leaving two stars instead of one because the employee was very kind.Im happy to edit my review if the establishment addresses these concerns.

Really tasty with unique flavors. I enjoyed the cookie butter flavor.

I got the Watermelon and my mom got the raspberry sorbetto. They each came with a thin garnish of chocolate waffle cone. Both were amazingly refreshing, especially after a long hot day of shopping on the plaza. Will return!

Love the service love. the gelato. Awesome atmosphere. This was my first time visiting and I found out that this establishment does not accept cash. So please make sure you pay your gelato with debit or credit card only. As odd as that may sound thats the only payment that they will accept.

Must have been too close to closing time. The gelato was just ok and there are no lids for to-go cups unless you get the $10 pint. Eh.

The gelato tasted fine and they have some interesting flavors, but Foos (which, yes, is custard, not gelato) beats them in both categories and is a far better value.

Went on opening day, place was clean and gelato was good. But main problem was I think their gelato didnt have time to harden enough in their display case or the -6degree temperature display case should be dropped to -13ish. The reason I say that is some of the gelato is too melty and is melting as they are scooping it into the cup. And since its not firm enough when they are scooping/putting it in the cup you get melted gelato all over your cup, and the server doesnt wipe it off, leaving you with a bit of a mess to clean up. If you go, look for the flavors that dont look like their melting.Edit: Came back day later and they dropped the freezer temperature. Gelato was holding its shape much better. Much less messy.

Good/average gelato. perfect location, but that seems to have made it a little overpriced.

Sign says opening in May. Its June 6th. Theyre missing peak ice cream season.

Still not open as of June 14th, inside looks empty, no coolers or equipment has been installed. Given that it was supposed to open in May I don’t see this place opening ever.
