I believe in loyalty 100%. So when my regular supplier didnt have what I needed, I knew where I was headed.. Quality Grow is a great store that has an amazing selection. When I say amazing selection I mean they have anything you would need to start and grow from simply visiting them.Sure location and inventory mean a lot but what I mostly loved about this shop is the down home feel and the fact that the owners will answer any questions anybody might have..Awesome place

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a very good understanding of all the products in the store and helped me to understand why I did or didnt need something without pressuring for a sale. I will definitely return to this store!

Cool people but their prices can be EXTREMELY expensive. Like EXTREMELY. Youll pay 6 bucks for a sample pack of one powder. There has been many times i have price checked products they sale and quite often the tag can be like 30 to 40% higher in their stores.Another thing that i do not like; they do not make it possible to pay online to pickup nor do they have a local runner group. Truth is i do not want to have to personally go in all of the, i want to send someone. I also do not think i should have to wait days for a local item to be shipped to me. Like i said they are cool people but they have to step it up a bit.

The best people in the whole KC Metro. I leave in Kearney, MO and I drive 40min one way (about 1.5 hr both ways) just to see them; because I know that there is no other store that can match their level of customer service. They always take care of me and they have always made me feel like a part of their family from the first moment that I walked into their doors. The level of expertise of a whole range of different technical horticulture topics is unlike anything that I have seen before in a local shop.I highly recommend this place!!

We visited here three times. The first we were just looking around to get an idea of set up cost for my closet garden. Second time, we bought a light. Third time, they remembered us, asked how our plants were doing, and made a fantastic soil recommendation for everything. We have two week old basil, tomato, and other flowering plants, and everything is thriving now. This will be our one stop shop for all things related to indoor growing now.

This place is a gem in Waldo! They stock literally everything and organized so you can browse around with ease. The couple that own the store have been a blessing and extremely helpful since the first day I walked in the store.

Drove 30 minutes here because they were the only store in the area with the product I needed! I called beforehand and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and informative. He even put a hold on the bottle I needed since it was the last one in stock. I highly recommend this place!!

As someone looking to expand hydroponic and aquaponics gardening, it is great having a close by local company to help. The products are great, but more importantly the knowledge is phenomenal! Hopefully I will soon have a year round vegetable garden!

Been here a few times. The visit today is my last. Their prices are ok. Ive mostly gone here because its closer to my house.Today I went in to grab one thing. While there I noticed a group of people not wearing masks. I asked the owner if they werent enforcing the mask mandate. He said, They might have medical issues. One guy (Im assuming the dad of the group) laughed and said, Yeah, I have medical issues.They obviously dont care about their customers. As of today KC has less than 10 ICU beds available and masks are required indoors and outdoors in an effort to slow the spread of a deadly virus.I have tachycardia and reduced lung function from cancer treatments and I still wear a mask.I will not be back to this store, ever.I will be driving further to Happy Rock Farms in midtown from now on.
