Horrible customer service. Ordered 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and coil. They decided on their own that. 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and a 5 ton Aspen coil would be good enough without informing anyone, getting permission or even saying a word about it. Now it’s having issues because it is miss-sized and they just said “hey it’s summer we try to tell everyone but I guess it didn’t happen”. And they can sell me another $80 part to try and fix the issues. Great job! Thanks for nothing. Do not trust Johnston.

So I called to get a part I am Certified and have a licence for HVAC however if you dont have an account or a business of your own they will hang up on you. at least that was my experience. So I went to Patricks HVAC supply and they were great very helpful and had Integrity.

Expect to pay 5 to 6 times more for parts versus online prices. I understand an up charge for convenience and to pay for the brick and mortar location, however I could have ordered the part online and paid overnight shipping and still would have saved half.On top of it all, nobody was in the store, yet the employee at the service counter couldnt say hello or ask if he could help me.I will visit another local store next time or just go online next time.

Same as already posted. Used to get parts when I needed them from johnstone. Furnace goes out and I run there for the part only to find out i Can no longer purchase parts. Went from a solid 4* to a 1* in my book

Wont sell to the public even though I needed a control board that I had got from them a few years ago. Its a non-regulated part. There is no reason at all that I should not be able to get another one. I own a business and tryed to set up an account. They wouldnt let me because Im not a licensed HVAC contractor. I dont need to be a licensed HVAC contractor to change out a control board on my own furnace. Yet another reason Amazon will be or is a Trillian dollar company. Wonder why I dont need to be a licensed HVAC contractor to buy a control board from them??

I had a good experience here. I had to set up an account first, no biggie. They saved me$100 over Goodman price.
