Just started doing business with these guys under the name ParmarkUSA. Even with shipping nightmares all across the country my order was received in only 4&1/2 days and that was over a weekend!Although my order was small there was a slight oops with part of the order being wrong. By the time I got home and discovered the discrepancy it was after business hours (6:30 EST), but I left a message anyway. I also sent an inquiry through their website about the issue. I received a call back the very next morning at 8:38 EST and the issue was resolved instantly and painlessly!EXCELLENT customer service!!!And we all know that is very hard to come by nowadays!They absolutely have my business from now on.

Fast and helpful with warranty work

I bought 2 of the super energizer 110 volt energizers some years ago, they have been the worst energizer that I have ever owned. I have had to send them in for repair twice, they replaced the same parts both times, and all three times they have worked for only about a month and then quit again. They are both going into the trash bin this time, Im not wasting my time and way to much money to get them repaired again. I will say that the first time they were still under warranty, but the last time was what I thought was very expensive for what they did. They do put out really good when they are working, they just dont do it for very many days. DO NOT BUY!! INMO they dont even deserve the one star!

Dont listen to the nae sayers . this company has great products and fantastic customer service. After ten years of use, I had a problem with my mark 7 . took it to the store for service, they tried but couldnt fix it. Since it was an authorized service center, it gave Me a 1 year warranty. Shipped it to parmak, had it back in 4 days !!!! 1200 miles and no cost to me. whaaat ? Thank you parmak !!!
