The best experience EVER! The pivot on our front office door corroded at our Orthodontic office. They were out within the hour. Fixed it within half an hour. It was pouring down rain and that did not delay them a minute! Billy was very confident, friendly and quick! They were missing a part on their truck and promised to bring it back first thing in the morning. He was here at 8:00 am and in and out in 10 minutes! Really appreciate their work ethic and expertise!

Completely unethical company. Does not warrant their work. Dustin is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional - tries by whatever means available to avoid following through on his own promises. This is a money-grab operation disguised as a legitimate business and should be avoided at all costs.

I was tasked with replacing our aging fire doors at work. I contacted several door companies in the KC area. Omega far exceeded the others in price and customer service. Some of the larger companies acted as if they were too busy to mess with a small company like mine. Not Omega. My sales rep treated me like I was his only customer. Very prompt and informational. Always kept me up to date with the progress of our project. He contacted me before, during, and right after the job to insure everything was up to my expectations. I will gladly call Omega Door and Hardware again for my next project at work. Highly recommend them.

Had this company come out ,they said they had to order a door part,2 months went by,they never returned any phone calls or emails requesting info ,,,,finally I called talked to owner he said part was on order never showed up ....then they decided, without our permission to install new handle and tried to charge us a 800.00 bill.....all we needed was a 5$part.....would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy....very unprofessional, very rude,would not let them pay ME to look at a lock from a distance,,,,BBB....ON CALL......do not use this company....
