Aiden!!! He is truly the most helpful and understanding person! I’ll never go to anyone else. I knew I wanted something different and he guided me to exactly what I wanted. I also had a stone come out three weeks later and he made sure my ring was rushed and remembered us and was super empathetic towards how important this ring was to me. Love this store!

One the sale is not storewide like they say on the window and the say one price and ring up a new price and excuse themselves like we r Busy but No one else but myself is in the store well maybe we were looking at too many at 1 time it was only the 2nd 1 she took out just excuses executives and doesnt try to help

Very poor customer service. Hours on website are wrong, I called at 4:30pm and the person who answered said We are closing and about to lock the doors and leave, can I help you with something?. I asked If they were accepting walk ins or are they taking appointments with the whole pandemic I was inquiring what their process was. The lady said It just depends, we are doing appointments only. Do you know what you want already?, I let her know that I saw some items online and wanted to lease them; without letting me finish she said No, you cant do that. You cant lease with online items (which is totally fine, if she wasnt so rude about it). She proceeded saying, we are booked tomorrow at 11,12,&1pm. You can try a 2pm, but you have to call tomorrow morning, Is that what you are wanting? I said I guess and hung up.First of all, If you are closing, about to lock the doors, and leave then why even answer the phone? Second I dont think as a customer would like the first thing I hear on the phone is we are closing, do you need something? That just instantly made me feel bad for even calling.... Third, its not very polite to interrupt someone when they are just simply asking a genuine question. And finally, its not very nice to just have a sour attitude when a customer is calling. I completely understand with the pandemic things are strict, but you dont have to be a very rude person to someone who is just calling with questions!!!! do not recommend Zales what so ever!!!! VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!

They have a great selection. I was so overwhelmed! I couldn’t make my mind up as to which wedding set I wanted. The lady who helped us was knowledgeable, kind, caring and so very patient. She never once made me feel rushed. She seemed to really care that I picked out just the right ring for me! I don’t get to jewelry shop often so Thank you for an exciting and wonderful experience!

7 weeks to return my ring from being cleaned, tried for 5 days before my call was answered and still dont have my ring...called headquarters 3 times to check the status because they DO NOT ever answer their phone..

Will not shop with zales or have my jewelry sent off from here they tell you that you or your spouse can pick up the ring with a ID but when I sent my husband in there they told him no and that he would have to come back with the paper slip which I was never given... I spent a lot of money in here... will not be back once I get my ring back that was already late

I went to look at a diamond necklace and bracelet that I really liked but decided not to buy it because it was over my budget. Kathy, a sales lady, called me and told me she could make the deal happen within my budget if I came back in. We agreed on a price over the phone, so I took off work early to go back to the store. When I got there she gave me the run around and told me she forgot the special was over but she can make it work. So she was crunching numbers and I stood around for 2 hours to have her tell me she couldnt get it to the price we agreed on. The issue was that I saw on the computer, because I was standing behind her, she got it a $22 under our agreed price. She was trying to tell me she couldnt get it there and tried to crunch numbers to earn that extra $22. At that point Ive been there for 2 hrs and was lied to. She lost the sell and a customer for life. I will never go back.

The reason theres only 1 star and not ZERO is because it wont let me. My fiance bought a ring there for me in cash and I took it back to get it sized on July 10th. I was told it would be in on the 23rd. After me having to call them to see where it was at, Kathy proceeded to tell me that some baguettes had fallen out and they were going to fix it so it would be in on the 29th. (Thats what the notes said) why do I have to call them for me to ask whats going on? Isnt that their job to tell me these things? So I went in on the 29th to pick it up (after I had to call to check on it instead of them calling me like she said she would) I had to completely rearrange my work schedule (I work 45 min away out of town) to be back in time to pick it up that same day. She told me that something else happened to it and they dont have it yet. No detail. No other information. NOTHING. So I lost money at work to have to deal with this. Apparently, wherever they sent my ring to, their phone hasnt been working for over a week. So theyve been trying to contact them through email with no response from them. They dont know where its at, when it will be done and they dont care at all. This location is terrible and they dont care about their customers.I was told that it should be back on Tuesday the 30th at the latest. (Thats if Im lucky) but they did suggest that I could go to the independence location and pick it up. Umm what? Okay? So long story short, I go there. On my way out of town for a family reunion that Im already late for because Ive been tossed around and been given excuses for almost a month, and I have nothing to show for it. They have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA whats going on.Needless to say, Sidney the manager at the independence location was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. She gave me more information and actual answers than ANY of the ladies at the legends location. It was paid for IN CASH before I sent it in to get it sized. And they all acted like there wasnt anything they could do and that they didnt care. well, I dont know what to tell youARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?!? Wow, from now on I will NEVER go into this location!!!! They dont care, they didnt seem sincere about trying to find my ring that has already been PAID FOR. Its not theirs, its mine! Nor did they even try to compensate me for anything. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Worst customer experience of my entire life. FIRST, I went in to this zales to get a chain on my necklace fixed because it broke. The employee tried to say that the necklace wasn’t even from zales despite me having the box and finding the item on their website. THEN, I had to wait 2 weeks for them to fix the chain, when I arrived to pick it up and put it on the chain was still broke!! I was told I needed to wait an extra 2 weeks for them to actually fix the chain this time. LASTLY, when I go in to pick it up the second time the employee was extremely unprofessional and rude towards me. I will not be shopping here ever again, a complete waste of time and money.

They helped find the specific ring we were looking for an engagement ring for her. I told her I would get it at some tonne in the future because I want to surprise my eventual finance with the ring. She continues to push me to buy the ring and I told her I didnt want to buy it that day. She turns to my girlfriend and convinces her to do it so using her info we got approved for financing which means she is going to be getting info for the payments Im making and shes going to know when I get the ring. Very frustrating but I guess we got what we wanted just not how I wanted it too happen.

Becareful of what u buy here they sold me and my husband some fake earrings and said they were 14kt and they turned black..Went to return them they said since I didnt buy the protection plan they couldnt help me..So they sold me fake earrings for 300.00 wow what a rip off...This place sucks..I would think twice b4 buying anything here..
