APU fuel pump replaced. New belts. Motor mount replaced. APU running like brand new plus Espar heater was worked on and it has never worked like it is tonight. The worst $12,000 investment in my 53 years of life. Not including the thousands of dollars in repair costs, hours of downtime and freezing winters and sleepless summer breaks.Got the latest, unreliable evolution tri-pack. Installed January, 2017 by the most incompetent individual-John Reed (a disgrace to my name)- And wasent offered any buyback before my two year warranty ran out.Now I just want it off of my truck and they want to charge me for that. This product is so worthless that it isnt even worth scraping to them, even though it has very few hours on it.

While the people are friendly and the service is fast. They charged me 700 dollars to fix the apu that was blowing hot air instead of cold air. They guaranteed me the problem was fixed and it worked for one day and it is broken again. I sure hope I can get a refund for that because now I have an entire weekend without A/C or sleep....

This location is expensive but they will stand behind their work. Im not impressed with thermo king in general but this location does care about reputation.

Bad service and bad peoples they just want money and money thats it.They dont care about your time wastage and your pocket.They dont fix your truck one.Just want you to come back again and again so they can make money.

I needed A/C hoses made for my restromod 62 Nova and I could find no one to remake them correctly. I asked CSTK and they made them for me no problem. They are not cheap but the quality and service is excellent.

They have gone above and beyond helping me.

In a huge city such as this, they keep bankers hours. I need an alternator for my tripac. Not worth a $600 call out to get a part. Guess Ill get it from Springfield.

Friendly people but they charged $430 for change my Alternator!!!! Not recommended.

No communication to the customer when they said it would only be a day and a half it took a week. I am out $2,000 because of that issue. I dont recommend these people to anyone.
