The staff helped me over the phone and made it easy. I received exactly what I wanted. I just wish when picking up my product that staff was just as friendly. I will still go to them when looking for a unique idea.

I own a Martial Arts school and we give out a lot of t-shirts. Ive used Big Frog for almost three years now and I am always happy with the results. High quality shirts with great print on them, on time, every time.Our shirts require a high degree of customization, often having a dozen or more types and patterns in an order and Big Frog always gets the order right. Then they give a very reasonable price! I love Big Frog and I think everyone who needs custom t-shirts would be happier using them!

The turn-around time is truly incredible! Where else in the area can you get custom shirts in 24 hours?? This place is perfect for procrastinators like me. I have placed a few orders with Big Frog and I am very satisfied with the end product every time. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. What ever you do, don’t waste your time here. The staff don’t care to help you with anything, they provide zero customer service. There is a place in the river market that charges half what this place does.Their website advertises that the store has embroidery available, but in reality it’s outsourced to another company (so they charge you a fee for doing nothing) or the owners mother will do it. Lies upon lies, the 24 hour turnaround is a lie, expect to wait a week for anything.Where will it be sent to? The wieners mother or the embroidery company? when will we get them back. No answers to any of our questions.Then asking about other options the answer was either I don’t know, not sure or probably not. Not a definitive yes or not at all!Save your time, money and peace of mind and find a place that knows what they are doing.

I have used Big Frog for many years for my robotics teams. They have always been easy to work with. They make a great looking product that lasts. It was easy and fast to get the artwork worked up that we wanted from the design picture that we sent them. They took our design picture and reworked it for print quality and it looked exactly the same. Everyone there is very friendly and I am grateful that this part of coaching is at least easy.

I like the one-on-one consultation in the store, the quality brand name t-shirts, and the fast turnaround time. My only quibble is that the color reproduction on the final print is not as bright or saturated as my original design. I understand that exact colors are not going to be possible, but in a few cases, the final result is really far off from what I wanted. Most recently, my design had a bright purple color, but the print came out more like a deep blue, or nearly black. The only saving grace is that the print quality in terms of detail and crispness is otherwise very good.

I took in two sheets of paper with my new company logo started on them. The designer pulled them off a scan, added some color, company name and slogan and we had t-shirts printed. BEWARE THOUGH...IF THEY EDIT YOUR COPY THEY KEEP IT AN WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU AND YOU CANNOT PURCHASE IT...I TRIED. Ive been buying shirts here quarterly for my company for a little over a year. They recently had a management change, and I was afraid that things might change a little and not for the better. However, the newest round of shirts that we received I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the printing. The last round of shirts had a slight haziness around the edges of the printing which wasnt a big deal, but the shirts that we just ordered which were essentially the same thing came out beautifully. No blurred edges. Great job!

The shirts always turn out great. This time there was a word spelled incorrectly on the shirt and I didnt know because I never asked for a proof. The shirt looked great otherwise and the Kansas City North location is willing to replace them for me. Great service. Great attitudes. These guys turned around my Mothers Day gift fast and it came out great. Pro Tip - go in and look through their on-hand leftover t-shirts or bring in your own to save even more on a custom print.

If you need it in 24 hours, like they advertise, choose somewhere other than Big Frog. As well, be prepared to change your design based on very limited color options. For me, they didnt have off-white/bone/light tenant variation other than stark white. Next best option, $4 more, per shirt. Is that a scam? I wonder is this is how they get more out of customers. Basically, this place isnt what it advertises itself to be.

We went into Big Frog on Saturday, July 14th with what we thought was an impossible request- we wanted 34 T-shirts in a variety of sizes printed by Monday before 8am. We also went in a with a poorly-created design off of a web application, so there wasn’t a good way for them to upload our image. They had to recreate the image, which they not only did but made it look better than our original mock-up. They also printed out shirts by the end of that day! We were so very thankful and impressed by their speediness, the quality of the shirts, and the helpfulness and knowledge of the two people working that day. I regretfully did not get their names, but they were awesome! I would definitely recommend them and will hopefully have another T-shirt project in the future where I can use them again!

I went in to request an image my daughter had created be placed on a shirt. The guys had it done in under 5 minutes. It took me longer to pick out the color of the shirt than it did for them to finish it. They were also very gracious in showing me the process and answering all the questions I had (and I had a lot). Ive told several friends about them and would recommend them to anyone.

Okay, I admit that I was upset when my shirts were not ready on time, however the owner made it up to me by urgently getting my order ready and even offered to discount the entire order, not just the missing T-Shirts. I would for sure recommend doing business with this company again - especially in the North KC area - they are fast, they stand behind their work and when they miss a deadline, they still do their best to take care of the customer. Mine was a special order of a shirt not in stock, so there was no way for them to know when the special order would come in. Please support this local businessman.
