I ordered my products and the NEXT DAY I had a shipping notification :) The products I purchased were AMAZING!! I bought 2 bucket hats and the Glass Lip Closs. Bucket hats NEVER fit me. But Pinklipps bucket hats were very roomy and even had adjustable ties on the inside. The lip glass???? OMG the best Ive ever had. Stays on for a long time and the perfect balance between not being too thick but also not too runny. I will be purchasing more from them soon!

On 10/8 I went to this shop at 1:00 (Google says the shop is open at 12). The door was locked but the owner came to the door. She didn’t let me inside but asked what I needed. I asked for the walk in make up service that they provide. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back at 1:50 just to see that the store had been closed and everyone inside left! I stuck around until 2:20 and still no one was there to provide a service. Instead of telling someone to come back in an hour, if you were unsure if you were staying or if anyone would be there, that should have been communicated!

Loved the natural bridesmaid makeup done on me. Stayed on all day/night during that 90 degree heat. Thank you!

I made booking online on the day of my appointment I arrived 15minutes ahead of my appointment to insure I made it on time so I wouldn’t be charged a late fee as stated in rules when booking I knocked on door no answer now I’m freaking out because I have photoshoot booked in next 3hrs I call number listed as business phone no answer I look up email confirmation for appointment that has another listed when I get answer from Kenya and inform her I’m outside her salon and have 1pm appointment I’m not sure with who because email doesn’t specify when booking 🥴🙄 she looks up her schedule and informed me she didn’t even know she had booking for this evening 🤔 that she could come but it would take her 30minutes to arrive and she would be able to adjust the remainder payment for service she arrived 35minutes late got me in her chair asked for look I was going for I showed her picture she was done by 2:15 my makeup came out perfectly and she did amazing job and gave me $20 off my service I would’ve given her 5stars but I think it’s unprofessional for business to take deposit and not be there on time/date of booking unless given a heads up

Was able to make a last minute appointment for my birthday. Makeup artist was Josh and he was amazing! Definitely recommend their services and will be back soon.

Mrs. Gant did my make-up for my wedding October 19th, she did a great job with make-up lasting all night long and was easy to remove. My skin felt as though it could still breathe and was flawless. I would recommend this place for any occasion you want to feel and look fabulous for!

Her products are Amazing!. I can tell such a difference since using her products, which Ive been using for a little over a month. I get so many compliments on my skin and look forward to eventually ordering her other skincare products as well.

Booked Kenyatta for my wedding paid the $100 deposit as we discussed would pay the rest in cash day of. On Wednesday I had received a text saying “Hi this is the MUA Pinklipps, can you please inform me on your wedding day. My schedule book is lost & im contacting all my clients for their appointments. Sorry for the inconvenience” which is fine things happen so I confirmed again with her via emails and texts about day and time. Services were scheduled to start at 9am texted her around 9:17am to ask where she was didn’t hear back until 9:26 she TEXTEd me that her tire blew and she was stranded and if she called her phone would die. She didn’t even offer for one of her other MUAs to come out. My maid of honor texted her while I tried to scramble and find a new MUA the day of my wedding. She was very unprofessional and said “you ain’t paid me nothing” when in fact I paid a deposit. Update - Kenyatta has paid me my full refund.
