Almost no parking lot for big truck two showers very clean nice food selection staff are friendly they are improving the parking lot

Just a very quiet parking lot in a great place to REST lots of spots across street in case you needed

Clean restrooms, not so welcoming staff and as always, Pilot are the kings in waking up travelers and drivers -who have been busting their butts the whole day over the road- because of parking issues they have. I have a Promaster Van, in a size of a car and fits perfectly in the parking spot, a nice security lady knocks on my door in the middle of the night only to ask me to move my van because where i was parking supposed to be a car parking spot. Been working as a driver for a long time now, the only place where there could be a security person be knocking on my van to make move my van or even ask me not to sleep in the whole gas station, is Pilot.Loves ❤️❤️❤️ ROCK

Customer service here could you be better. They have a Dunkin Donuts Express but they had no large cups no cream and no iced coffee ready. So in other words theres no Dunkin Donuts at this location just a sign. This location definitely needs to do better.

2 employees at the front desk both sitting on their phones. Even while i was ringing up my items the cashier was staring at his phone the whole time. I asked him if im good after i swiped my card because i always do to be safe and i was ignored.

The Dunkin Donut Express is a welcome addition here. Great iced coffee that you can make yourself.

Evidently the employees here can’t be bothered with simply re-filling of the receipt paper at the pumps, let alone emptying the trash. Evidently, others are fed up and have decided to just start dumping the trash on the ground. Lovely example you are setting for Pilot.

The cashier was coughing all over the place and fellow employee was obviously bothered by it stay home grr

I got a cold PJ Fresh sandwich and a Frappuccino. There is a lot of trash on the ground in the truck parking area and the trash cans are mostly full. The dumpster is empty, so that’s good.

Barely any Parking about six spaces for bob tails and 10 or 12 for truck and trailer. The best part about it is it’s not tight at all plenty of maneuvering room

Not a bad place but i guess my bad luck the cashier wasnt very friendly seems like he is not in the mood to work today maybe. Everything is very need and clean. Just the person i got not very friendly 😭😭😭

You wont be finding a spot here, its usually full. Just go through the light as I was advised about a three quarters of a mile there is a nice casino that lets drivers park there overnight..

Employees tell semi drivers to park in the gravel lot across the street, it private property and the drivers then get run off, ticketed, or tow. Its Hunt Midwest property NOT Pilots.

Kicked me out of the handicap parking spot because I was a bobtail with a handicap tag.

Gas station has been remodeled and is very nice, always clean and the staff is always friendly. Has a Dunkin Donuts attached to it which is nice. My only complaint has nothing to do with them, and thats that it is hard to get out of due to the traffic light.

You are not allowed to park across the street in the gravel parking lot unless you are conducting business with SubTropolis (Hunt Midwest).

The employees are very good about standing around running their mouths. Which is why the line is always slow and theyre always out of coffee... Seems that the only people the truly work there are the people in the kitchen. .

The restraunts in ts close early, and noone will deliver here. Parking is small, although staff is friendly. They are struggling, and have my sympathy. Kansas City sucks ass for truckers.
