I brought a bunch of great clothes to sell here. They didnt take 1 piece of the clothing... and all the clothing they had there is used, but at the same time, sold at the same price it would be if its new.

I LOVE this store. I’ve been shopping here for 9 years and every time I visit I find great pieces in near perfect condition at the lowest prices! I’ve purchased designer jeans, athletic wear, maternity clothes and accessories. I’ve also sold clothing to ditto. They are picky about what they choose to buy but as a customer I appreciate their level of attention to the items they are putting in their store. This is always my first stop when I need something new!

They let you try on clothes, which is so important for me. I was able to find so many cute maternity clothes that fit me at great prices!

The employee at the register was awesome!! We came in as a big group of guys and she was nothing but nice to us even though we were making jokes and messing around. Very impressed with the customer service I wish I knew her name so I could give her a shoutout!

I wouldn’t recommend trying to sell anything here unless you really aren’t worried about the money. Expect them to offer you the least amount possible or nothing at all. What they offered me $15 for platos closet took 80% more items and offered me over $300! The ladies who work here came across a bit like they’re too good for their job and weren’t welcoming. I don’t like shopping places where the employees make me feel uncomfortable so I will not be back.

Don’t recommend trying to sell clothes there. Especially NICE ones. Not sure how they price their items but i got offered $18 for never worn name brand items. & their name brand sections are out dated especially for the price they’re selling them for.

Friendly and efficient staff! Appreciate the fact that they will donate unwanted clothing to local charities...makes cleaning out the closet a little easier!

Awesome prices on the best name brands. They have lots of sales, unlike a lot of other resale/consignment stores. Very clean and great selection. Service has been great every time I go in. I needed some ideas putting together an outfit and pulled it straight off a mannequin. I love this place!

Dont waste your time here.The last 2 times Ive been in the store, theyve selected at least 10 items and offered less than $5. All items were fairly new and on their list of accepted brands.The not-so-friendly girl who went through my items explained that it was because they wanted to buy them for their clearance only location that was in the works. I asked where it was going to be. She said she didnt know. I tooky stuff and left.

I brought in a real LV purse that was barely used and had the yellow stitching and everything and she offered me $16. And I explained to her it was real and even at a replica price they sell for at least $300-$500. And she priced it at $60. That is outrageous. I did not sell it bc I’m not gonna get $16 for a $1300 purse. Also there were 2 Kate Spade purses that had lipstick stains in them and they sold those for $80-$100.

My favorite place to buy my clothes. Staff is always very friendly.

I shop exclusively at Ditto! The prices are great and there are unbelievable sales all the time. They have a great stamp card that helps you save money, too. The sales staff is very friendly and have helped me find outfits every time Ive been in the store. The store is huge but is very organized and has a boutique-feel when you shop there. No other resale shops consistently carry the newer high-end items like Ditto does. I tell all my family and friends to shop at Ditto!

I bought a few items that were cute we waiting for my items for sale to be looked over by the teens working there. They judged them to be too old or worn. They arent. Most were bought with this last year and in good condition. Not good judgement.

I love the customer experience at Ditto! They are always super friendly and they have a great selection of upscale retail. I particularly love their handbag selection!

They do have plus size but it was to business or just older clothing for my teen. Great for handbags.

Horrible customer service! No one greets you when you walk in or offers to help while you’re there. Went in last night and the young blonde didn’t acknowledge me once and was talking on her cell phone on the floor! I went to check out and she acted put out that she had to set her phone down (not even hang up). I was shocked! If you want to be on your phone, take a break-you’re at work. The least you can do is GREET people when they walk in! That will be my last visit. I’m a buying customer not a burden.

Ive been to all the Ditto Stores. I will say they have a nice variety of clothes. HOWEVER, do NOT sell to them! They offered me $5.00 for a Free People dress, NWT (I paid $130 at Nordstrom), $6.00 for a brand new pair of Lululemon yoga pants and $5.00 for a pair of Coach shoes. I took my clothes and left. Its a total rip off for you, the seller.

They have quite a bit here. Seems like they dont sell much. Prices are higher then they should be. Though most items are good enough condition to buy at that price tho do the research before you buy.

In response to Pretty pricey for resale - This is a upper scale, name brand resale joint. Your not going to the local thrift store where most the items are from the 90s, and the items are usually obviously used(not hating on thrift stores.) They only accept nice, and in great condition items. Its a very trendy store, I dont know why you would expect it to be anything like a typical thrift store.On another note, I love this place! My bf prefers Platos Closet, but that is only b/c they usually have more mens clothes. This place is just so big, and has so much, at affordable prices, everyone can find something they like.

BAD! Tried to sell three nice jackets there they said two of them they didnt accept thet name brand and the other one had a VERY SMALL Blemish. USED CLOTHING PEOPLE USED CLOTHING. Its ok, Ill make more money if I sell them on swap and shop their loss.

VERY INCONSITANT WHEN BUYING CLOTHES! DO NOT GO AS A SELLER!First time I went as a seller I brought my husband 10+ pairs of banana republic and j crew pants along with about 5 tops. I got close to $100 and was told to please come back and they are always in need of nice mens clothing. So I returned because of my first experience. This time with close to 15+ banana and j crew bottoms, 20 tops and a pair of Aldo shoes. I revived $23. Even after the buyer told me he wanted to buy some of the cardigans I brought in.I will not be returning. I understand that sisuatuons and seasons change but please do not take me for a fool.

I always like going in. Sure, they mix juniors with misses, which is always confusing, and customer service is not their forte. But I always find something I like and in a brand name I trust for quality. So you pay for the quality, but you also pay less because theyre used. And they often have sales, which has gotten me several pairs of dark wash skinny jeans for fall. Clean store, too. Just dont expect to get waited on hand and foot.

Lol. brought in two pairs of designer jeans that retail around $150. theyre distressed as per the style. the know-nothing clerk in her cheap outfit let me know my jeans were too worn and they couldnt take them. they had plenty of room on the racks for endless thrift store quality garbage though. these types of stores are hilarious.

I tried to trade a fat stack of PINK clothes that had to be worth $300 or more, not to mention they were all at the most 3 months old and all of their Pink stuff I’ve seen that they have is years old. Guess what they offered me. $7 in cash or $11 in store credit. LMAO. They have some funny jokes. Don’t sell your clothes here, you’d be better off at Plato’s Closet.

Trendy clothes but not always great sales. Staff will help if asked but generally seem aloof.
