Yesterday bought two purses there and my purchase ended up very expensive when I got home and read the receipt I realized that on my receipt it was saying that I purchased one shoe size 7.5 and a purse instead of two purses. I don’t know how they switched from a purse that was $140 plus tax to a shoe that was $299. I had to pay more than what I ended up with. I will go there and get my money back. Big inconvenience have to drive 45 minutes for something that is not my fault. Be careful so you guys don’t end up paying more than the product you have. They might end up “accidentally switching “ prices. Also My white purse was dirty.

The best name brand (MK) for dirt cheap. Authentic. Purses wallets shoes and casual clothing. I love it here.

It was very nice , the employees are very helpful and kind. Barbara helped me from the moment I stepped the door , and showed me around , assisted me find what I wanted and quietly checking up on me to see if I wanted help with any other shopping. Thank you !

Went to the outlet today from Lees Summit MO, about a 40 minute drive only to find a note on the door that read the store closes periodically during the day due to staff shortage. I understand staff shortage but would be nice to have a schedule posted aa to when and how long.theclosure would be. Very disappointing

Ive seen the other comments about the terrible customer service, and the staff acting like you cannot afford the merchandise, and I honestly wish this wasnt true. We had a staff member say a rude and snarky comment after we asked if there was a bundle deal (because there has been at other locations) and she proceeded to comment about if we needed a cheap alternative, in a terribly rude way.

I definitely scored some amazing deals here last month. Worth a stop in! Beautiful purses, that retail for full price on the Michael Kors website still, but you can get a huge percentage off visiting this store. Bought a wallet and purse combination for $162 after tax. Katie was wonderful, she’s the store manager and I asked for multiple opinions she’s so sweet. Thanks girl!

An hour past time to open and still not open.

Bought a purse/wallet from a store location about six months ago and absolutely loved them! The cashier told me to make sure to keep my receipt since they both came with a one year warranty, so I did. A week ago, my wallet started coming apart at the seams. I didn’t think it would be an issue since it was still covered under the warranty. I called and spoke with a representative who helped me file a claim to get it replaced. Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience with this company. Today I received an email stating that I would NOT receive a replacement wallet and would only get a $20 gift card to put towards my next purchase. I called back and requested to speak with a supervisor and was told only one supervisor was on duty, so it would be over a 30-40 minute wait. I said that was fine and I would wait. While waiting, the rep also advised the supervisor wouldn’t be able to do anything, specifically saying they wouldn’t even give me a coupon for my next purchase (which wasn’t something I asked for...all I wanted was a replacement as promised). Sure enough, the supervisor didn’t do anything, she actually had a huge attitude and argued with me versus listening to my concerns. Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed with the poor service, terrible product quality, and shoddy warranty replacement program. I will no longer be shopping from Michael Kors and will encourage my family/friends to avoid this company at all costs!!

I thought the staffs there should like all the other shop staffs to help the shopper to have a good experience to shop. However, I dont think this Michael Kors store thinks the same way.We were there during the weekend, and yes, there is a lot of people. We were window shopping first and found a lovely shoes we are interested. Walking in and asking for that shoes. The staff didnt even finish listening our questions and asking us to find it at the end of the show room. After some researching, we cant the same kind of shoes with the size we want. We tried to ask another staff, however, she is busy to check out at the cashier. No one helps. We end up out of store with a lot of questions not answered. Luckily, we did find a pair of shoes as lovely as theirs, but way cheaper than MK. Shop around. You dont have to shop there with annoying staffs.

This is a great place to shop! The staff will tell you about the promotions they have going on. They even check prices for you on the products, this makes it easier to shop for me and I have less anxiety, as Im browsing the store. They dont hover around, they let you shop in your own time. The products here vary from chic to bringing out your wild side too. Would definitely shop here again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had just bought two new purses and a watch as a gift. I asked if this gift was not liked could I exchange or get a refund I was told YES! Then I obviously got it resized because 80% of people’s wrists are different sizes. I go back today because it was not liked and I was told by the store manager (MEGAN HILL) that nothing can be done because the chain links were taken out which made it a customized piece. Now because her employees weren’t taught proper store education I’m out a 200$ watch I can’t do anything with. 0/5 experience.

Staff is always friendly

While I do really appreciate a good, knowledgeable sales person, they can be a bit overwhelming at this store. The first time I went in I left without getting anything simply because I couldnt look at an item without someone trying to forcibly sell it to me. I was so overwhelmed with all of the bags being handed to me by several different people that I couldnt even figure out what I actually wanted. I personally just like to look around and take things in so that I can get something Im really happy with. I did end up going back and getting the Emmy Satchel and I love it. They have a great selection, prices are unbeatable and the store is neat and clean. I do really appreciate their kindness and knowledge of products.

I love the good deals you’re able to get here but the reason it’s 3 stars for me is the staff. It’s a hit or miss with them every time I come here. They’re either super helpful or not. The only constant thing is the rude manager.

The person helping on the floor was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. She was talking to us in a very rude tone and making us feel like we dont know anything....I feel so insulted.

Came in and bought a matching purse and wallet only to drive 3 hours home and find out that they gave me the wrong purse!! I should have opened the packaging right away but I didnt and am now stuck with a purse that I do not want. The purse is still cute, but not what I paid for. Other than that, employees were very friendly.

My husband and I came in to buy me a purse as a graduation present. We were walking around comparing styles and colors for about 30 minutes and not a single sales person approached us to ask if we needed any help. The store was not that busy and it was obvious we were there with the intention of buying something. I even walked past and employee who was not helping anyone and they didn’t say a thing. Employees would go around me to help other customers and I was very offended by this. If someone had at least acknowledged us at all I would have felt better about the purchase. It wasn’t until we checked out that someone said a word to us. I’m not sure they deserved the sale but the purses are such great quality which is why I gave 2 stars.

Was not geeeted by staff, followed me and my 5 year old around as if I was going to steal something. Greeted others but apparently my casual movie going Mom look meant to could not afford anything. When I asked, as I left, if not greeting people standard bc I’m new to KS. She rolled her eye and said excuse me. So I blessed her heart and then purchased my NEW COACH BAG and COACH WALLET. Go to Coach they where very nice and helpful. Don’t judge a book by the cover ladies! I paid cash!

Lines suck when you really have no customers

The store just opened, and has a lot to offer. I went for the first time today. I walked in wearing MK from head to toe, literally. My clothes, shoes, jewelry, and purse were all in MK. I was not greeted by one employee, until I asked for help. I’m a brand loyalist, and was vet disappointed by the service.
