Awesome experience! Worked with Becky through the whole process of looking at guns and helping me choose the right one. Then went to firing range and practiced before we purchased. Fantastic customer service throughout the process! First time buyer and shooter of a firearm. Great customer service, the second we walked in we were welcomed. At the register, the young man was very nice and helpful. In the gun range, the two safety instructors were really nice. We had a good time and went through a lot of ammo. They let you rapid fire if anyone was curious, that means blow through ammo’s, fun buy costly.

My experience was and has always been great. Frontier Justice staff is very helpful and very professional. The store well organized and very clean. Frontier Justice has the best gun ranges and the best target systems that I have used any where I know of in midwest.

I waited for an hour patiently for an instructor to never help. Im highly dissatisfied with this experience. Instructor walked past me multiple times without giving me assistance. I shot 1 magazine and my target was messed up. My gun jammed. It says in their own rules to have an instructor help with gun jams. I unloaded the gun and put it in a safe position. The instructor walked past me helping other people. Asked for help and was ignored. They make you wear safety ear-wear which you got to yell at the instructor for help. And the reply, the employees there told mr they had an instructor who would help, but i didnt recieve any help. I wish I got a bunch of paper clips and just shot on my own without any help, but in their own words I had to wait for an instructor to help and I never had help for an hour. The instructor was too busy helping like 4 other groups of people. Maybe just poor luck but more instructors would help make sure everyone was doing okay. I dont care what you call them but thats what they told me at your business. I assumed thats what they were and thats what they called them in your own rules. Please either give me a refund or dont bother me again! Poor timing for me i guess but wasnt going to wait all day for paper clips and a little advice.

I have been a customer of Frontier Justice since they opened and have found that they have great products, knowledgable staff, and a great range. I have purchased several guns from them and have gotten great customer service every time. One gun that I purchased had a manufacturing flaw and Brandon went above and beyond to help me contact and deal with the manufacturer to make it right. There are other gun stores and ranges in Kansas City that have been around longer but they do not have the quality and selection of products, friendly staff, and top notch range experience that Frontier Justice has. This is much more than just a gun store, it is an experience.

This place, although a bit pricey, is we’ll worth the money! The customer service was amazing, the range itself was extremely nice, clean, and well stocked, and I left with a membership and a firearm. 👌🏽

I am giving them 5 stars the selection is limited when buying a firearms and ammunition right now unfortunately due to supply! But I would give them another try cause I am a big fan of smaller businesses ! Also the range is nice and classes are much better then anywhere else I have taken!

Frontier Justice is an excellent place to take your family and friends. I was there with my son-in-law and realized that my red dot scope battery had went dead. They were out of stock and an attendant went in the back and got one from their stock and gave it to me. I appreciated that and the consistent excellent customer service every time I go in.

Whenever I am in Kansas City Kansas I make it a point to go and check out the inventory and just basically stop by and look at all the eye candy underneath the glass. They have fairly decent prices on bulk ammunition. And that was the primary reason that I ended up going in there over this last weekend was because I needed to pick up some 45 ACP and I was going to get some 556. My wife bought me a soft case for my AR and I picked up 500 rounds of 45 ACP oh, I was going to pick up either one thousand or two thousand rounds of 556 but I just couldnt swing the extra 700 per case on 556 right now. The staff is extremely helpful and they do offer a military discount I believe it is 10%, I have a very hard time even asking for this but my wife told me to ask and after getting the thank you for your service I got 10% off. If you are looking for 50 BMG ammunition when I was there they did have I believe at least two boxes and they dont seem to have a shortage of money calibers the only one I couldnt find that I really needed was 300 Win Mag but nobody has that right now for some reason

Rick H. is amazing to work. I was interested in a 9mm. He shows me the gun but recommended a better 9mm for me that fit my hand better. He also took the time to show me and my husband a 5.56 and how to use it. When we come back here, we will working with him.

I went to Frontier Justice and purchased a pistol which took 2 1/2 hours to get my approval to buy a firearm. I also purchased a holster, ammo and an extra clip. The salesman picked the clips that fit my gun. I picked one of his choices and checked out $540 which doesnt come easy to a disabled person. When I got home I opened everything and the clip he sold me did NOT fit the gun I bought. I tried to take it back and exchange it for the correct clip. I was denied because I cut the top of the plastic packaging holding the clip. You HAVE to take it out of package to see that it fits!! Nope. So now I have a clip $40!!! that doesnt fit my gun! Soo upset!😡 I will never shop there again!

Had a great experience! Fair prices and very knowledgeable, even broke gun down in front of me and let me put it back together...twice. I had been to another bigger store where they were rude and dismissive but Frontier Justice was the opposite. I am glad I went there.

This is a very nice, well run gun store. Selection can vary but when in stock it is well done. Both knives and guns.

Everything was first class except for the rationing of ammo.The staff gave friendly service and were very accommodating.Great retail space also.I understood what they are up against with their suppliers yet it makes it difficult to by purchase a Day Pass when you can only shoot for an hour or so.Other than that, it was great!

Customer service can be very brash or not available at all. Range safety officers are beyond helpful but the opposite can be said for sales associates.

Love the location and had incredibly attentive staff that were extremely helpful with the purchase of a new firearm. Specifically worked with Collin recommend speaking with him if you arrive as he was very knowledgeable!

Went in on a Saturday and got the Family membership. We used the Range and rented a couple firearms. Went back Monday we got in the “ members line” we were asked to get out. Then automatically told everyone with a membership will go before you guys. Then I proceeded to say we have a membership I was told to show proof. He didn’t try to look me up nothing. I went to my car got my phone showed him proof and then he looked me up. Then when I asked about it he gave me some bull about out accounts. That had NOTHING to do with it. Needless to say this will be out first and last month here.

The last three times Ive been in this establishment was for a reason . Cash in hand to buy what I wanted. Salesman are too busy or preoccupied to even ask if they can help me. I can walk the cases 4 or 5 times and never be approached by a salesman. The young lady at the front door is always polite.

It’s like a candy shop for gun nuts! Friendly and helpful people unlike most gun shops I’ve been to they treat you with respect, help educate beginners, and have a wide variety of anything you could want.

Rick was so helpful while we came in today! My boyfriend was able to find a gun and Rick even helped my father find a 9mm! On top Of everything Rick also taught me how to aim a gun and explained what type of gun would possibly work for me! Glena was also extremely sweet at the front desk. We plan on making Frontier Justice our main ammunition and gun supply store! Thank you everyone for being so helpful and providing excellent service!

Great place to shoot. It was my first time at this range. Every range has different rules, only brass casings at this range. 2 people per fireing lane only. I had a new gun and Its been a while since I shot last. The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Definitely 5 🌟 service.

We went there to shoot for an hour after ir conceal and carry class. And while I was waiting to go in for my turn to shoot I asked a tall guy(worker) to help me with a holster he told me to hold up . act like he didn’t want to wait on me and then he finally waited on me and I asked him about the holster and I asked him would it work for my gun and he told me let me go to the back to check this out and I thought he was gonna take the holster and my gun to the back to see if it fit but just took my gun to the back to make sure that I was legally registered or if it was stolen or something I am almost 50 years old , own my home business and go to work just like he do every day and never been arrested and he treated me like I was a young man and it probably had a lot to do with the color of my skin.( Will not be returning to this store anymore)

The sales staff is very knowledgeable and very informative. Thomas was our salesman and helped with every aspect of our purchase of our rifle. He answered all questions and helped us understand the differences between the firearms we were looking at. He also helped find the correct holster for the Glock we were searching for. We had a very pleasant experience here and we will be back. This is the store for the firearm enthusiast.

Horrible customer service. Email says class starts at 5, we show up, instructor was extraordinarily rude about numerous things , including being in the classroom early, and said class starts at 6. Showed him the email with the 5pm start time and he had a deer in the headlights look. The experience was so bad, we left without doing the class. Buddy, if poor customer service is your thing, and apparently it is, maybe try another line of work. As for me, it was my mistake coming here. Should have stuck with Centerfire in Olathe, They excel in taking care of people.

WOW--I have never been in a store that treats you like that--and believe me, there were alot of people in the store, but they make you feel like you are the only one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I got home and read the letter that comes with purchase about FAITH and the SALVATION message, that solidified it for me! This is the place I will go to for purchases from clothing to ammo and I will let my friends and family know this. Praise The Lord for you all and Merry Christmas
