Although today took much longer than normal for a oil change, & tire rotation,due to the tech doing the job being new. Its not the building, or the sign on it that make a location, its the people within the location that give it an atmosphere rather bad, or good. I made an appointment for 1045, but when I got there I was not on the list. No problem, I was told we will see you and try did. I was told they can’t see my car because they were backed up, so I said what’s the point of an appointment if you can’t get to my car until after 1 or 2. James told me I had an appointment with him not the mechanic. Hell, he was no help. I don’t need him to guess what’s going on in my car. And we called twice and James did not answer or return our call. Until the next day.

Service Department is 5 Star! From the person who took my appointment via the phone, to the person who welcomed me in the Service area, to the person at the desk, to the FREE shuttle service, to the end - excellent 5 star service. So glad I chose to take my car here versus other places. Top service from everyone start to finish. Excellent. Communicated clearly the expectation and the wait time, delivered exactly that.

Honest Review and Tip about their 3M/Nitro Sec Package:Salesman Alfredo was great. Couldnt of asked for a better salesman. Finance had a very friendly and satisfying attitude at the time of sale. Made me feel welcomed the entire length of the sale.Why 2 stars? Well it was 3 hours long, I left at other dealerships in an hour. They said it was the best in the nation. When I leave I am not looking for a great deal, but fair. This was not a fair deal.[Average pricing for 2SS convertible is 54-55k nationwide]I gave them 4 options that was reasonable as they wanted me to call them since I did not feel it was exceptional experience. I was going to give it 4/5, then I had a irritated customer retentions manager that was mildly rude and aggressive over the phone. 3/5. They said they cannot refund the vehicle according to state laws. Thats not true, Sneed Ford did it with me giving them 5k total to refund. It was steep but fair. They did not give any options and called back with a too bad 2/5. Again, business is business. Anything can be worked out given enough negotiation that works out for both parties.Its my fault I failed to do enough research, but if they want customer retention, then dont up hike the pricing to death and instead make it fair. You dont want a customer to feel bad next time but at the least feel its average.=========Tips for the dealership here========BTW: Spoke to security guy that came by to setup the anti-theft device. He said they can cut it off and throw it. Its placed underneath the car console. Its not fool proof. Plus, you dont need to get it at time of purchase. Would have a better chance getting a tile and putting it somewhere for cheaper and harder to find.Another: If they told you a deal to reduce the pricing, make sure its on the incentive acknowledgement form. If they said no, blah blah just tell them to put it on the form or you cant do it. They told me they would reduce the pricing by 4k and consume the cost of taxes, as you can see on the contract, its not anywhere to be found.

I really appreciate that several employees stayed past business hours to complete the purchase of our 2020 Chevy Equinox. Tarvis also helped me get my garage door opener back after leaving it in my trade in vehicle. Although we did not get our car detailed the same day of purchase due to our late arrival, We were able to schedule a time to make it happen as well as our purchased hitch install. Within a week of purchasing, we noticed that we had overlooked a scuff in the paint on our car. I mentioned it at our detail and hitch appointment, and Cable Dahmer took care of it for me the same day (no charge!) so I wouldn’t have to make a trip back! You are in the business to sell cars once the car is sold you do not look back. I bought a service agreement for my car. The service department was rude and would not check into what was covered on my car. Told me I would be charged for what I paid for in the service agreement and they had my car for 5 days. Bad customer service once the car is sold.

I went to look at new vehicles and have mine appraised. They were wonderful! Everyone is very nice and the managers all came and Introduced themselves. Eric was awesome and helped me find the perfect vehicle!!Thanks so much!

The customer service as hands-down the best I’ve ever had from a dealership. From the sales representatives to the financial department, each member sought my best interest when purchasing the vehicle. Being able to test drive multiple vehicles and one overnight made the difference to ensure I was comfortable in the new vehicle. Have the trust to test drive the vehicle on my own was also extremely beneficial. I could take my time and not be pressured into any quick decisions. There was always a friendly individual readily asking questions and checking in. I really appreciated the ability to text with Cable-Dahmer representatives. Not only did it allow for a “paper-trail,” but it was a more personal experience.
