The employees both where basically not helpful at all in my opinion lacked any knowledge besides telling that they dont carry a Verizon charger that I bought at the store and that they couldnt help me. I paid 40 dollars for the his charge. Id love to use just any kind of C compatible cord but as you know it will say slow charge use Verizon compatible cord and adapter for faster charging well I am trying to replace the one that I barely had that long at all and they made me feel like I was waiting there time sorry but Ive been with you guys along time Ive spent plenty of money and it makes no sense that your stores dont carry the one who h says your name on it but guess what I called 1800 number and they helped me out instead of being lazy and not wanting to do there job this guy online found a similar one and is shipping it to me.i mean I have several different C cords but I need one thats as Verizon moto z or it wont charge or it would take forever to charge. Im glad the ppl at customer service are willing to help a customer cuz odviously those store guys arent willing to do whatever possible to get me the right compatible one. Wont go to that store again. I think they need better training in what they sell very poor service

Ive been with Verizon for almost 20 years. The service at this location is superb! Im a Customer Service Representative and I wish some of my co-workers had Service like this store. Ive been to two other locations...one up North of the River and the one by Independence Center. I wont go back to either of them.

Daniel E. was super helpful to me. He understood my problem and fixed it away. Since he is also bilingual, you should keep him working here, for as long as possible. He really saved my day!

I also have been Verizon customer since internet was in my rural area. I have been to many Verizon locations across the country - None had customer service, kindness, understanding, thoughtfulness that I received from, Im totally sorry for misspelling and pronunciation, so I wont try, this exceptional young man. His grandma would be proud!

The staff member was very nice and knowledgeable of the problem I was having with my phone. I left it overnight for them to fix it, came back and it was fixed.Great work verizon staff!

Unhelpful, wont tell you they cant assist with any account issues. They have no technicians on site and wont assist you with contacting corporate support. I left the carrier all together.

Just had a fantastic experience here 2 days ago working with Danny and Josh to combine 2 accounts, upgrade a phone, and transfer content on 2 different phones. It was a long transaction but they were patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly the whole staff works together as a team. They are enjoyable to work with and help pass the time with good conversation and humor. Ive come here several times over the years and while the staff changes, it seems there is a strong manager here guiding this store because Ive always had fantastic service. Give them ample time to address your concerns (dont show up 5 minutes before close) and Im sure they will be able to adequately serve you.

We bought some new phones at the Verizon store 4046 Blue Ridge MO in the Blue Ridge Shopping district in Kansas City Missouri. Sean F was our salesman , he was the most knowledgeable salesman in the store. The other salespeople kept asking him questions on how to answer the other clients questions. He knew all the answers, very impressive young man! I rate this place and salesman aa 10 out of 10!

Went in to get new phones and add a line. When we left was told the transfer line had been added and we were good too go. Took over 1 week to get the new line actually working. Went back there multiple times and spent hours on the phone with Verizon and got no resolve. Turned out that the transfer didnt get completed in the store that day. Even though they called and verified everything was done before we left. Would have very been nice if they would have figured this out in a reasonable amount of time. And of course no one cares, they already had our money and no one will even consider anything for our trick trouble.

Jacob that i dealt with was nice - but when i switched to Verizon i did it solely cause i wanted the $150 off of Apple watch. He sold me a new phone and accessories that i was told was part of the deal (add-ons) and then didnt order the watch. This was over 2months ago and now when i call i get no help. Told me they are on back order when i have already called other stores and that is not true. Heard TCC was bad and i def am experiencing that. Hope they can salvage my business cause if Verizon doesnt honor when i switched ill go back to the other provder in a hearbeat.

Update: I went in today. The guy I dealt with was completely incompetent. I simply wanted to replace my phone And he immediately told me that because I hadnt paid their insanely high insurance payments-that were higher than the phone itself he wasnt sure if he could help me. Then he didnt know what I meant by paying the payments out longer. His mildly insulting. Im really sorry to have interrupted his nap or whatever when I came in (he wasnt at the front counter). What he lacked in competence he made up in rudeness. This place just lost three stars.Super nice kid working there, Sean. He is very competent & fast where possible! He is extremely knowledgeable and competent, devoted and effective in solving customer service issues.Steve sold me my phone and was entertaining as well as friendly in selling the phones. In fact, he came in off his shift just to help because Sean was engaged in an intense, complicated, and tiring issue helping two other customers.Really nice environment in the store.Thanks guys!Best!
