Deceitful Craigslist posts; price of vehicle shown on Craigslist is down payment--but nowhere does it say this in their listing. If they are deceitful here, what else could they be deceitful about?

So I didn’t have a good experience here! I wanted to test drive one of the highest costing cars on the lot today and was told that I needed to fill out a credit application in order to do so. I’ve never heard of this before, so I did it anyway and after all of that I still didn’t get to test drive the car.Now I have an inquiry on my credit report for nothing after being a longtime customer. We will NEVER do business with this car lot again because something just doesn’t feel right and in my opinion they pick and choose who they want to sale cars to. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in Kwik Auto!!!!

Would leave zero stars if I could. We bought a car from this company in January. Since then the car has been in the shop 4 times because it wont stay on. The mechanic has replaced the alternator 2x and this last time decided it was the GPS the car company insisted on having in the car that was causing it to die often. The car company will not take responsibility for this and for selling a car with faulty equipment installed. We were treated that if we unplugged the GPS they would send someone over to repossess the car(FYI super illegal). Do not use this company they are very shady and sell faulty cars. You will loose a ton of money in the long run dealing with them. Will be reposting them to the BBB and attorney General as well.

Ive purchased a couple of cars and an SUV from them. Very happy with the communication. Ive been able to tell them what I needed and theyve been very honest with what they can do. If anyone asks me for a used car dealer I always recommend Kwik Auto.

In the light of all thats going on at the moment. They dont work with you one bit when it comes to payments. Was in contact with them the entire time. Only missed 2 payments. They would never take a partial payment either. It was all or none. And tammy is so dang rude all of the time.

Cars are priced to high. If you pay with cash, you get no warranty. Most of their cars was $100 a week. If you spending $400 a month on a car, your car should be pretty new. Thats a place for people with BAD CREDIT.

Bought a car there and it was the best experience ever, Ed made my time there comfortable even during the COVID 19 pandemic. We ended up stranded in the city because our vechile broke down, I refused to pay $30 a day for a rental, while it was in the shop getting a pricey job done. Kwik auto was very patient and worked with me because I had none of the information I needed with me. They got me approved and out the door as Kwik as possible so I could get home to my kids. Amazing job guys and girls.

Called up there and was told to fill out a credit app. Told them I had $4,000 cash down and was looking for something that would just get my husband back and forth to work. Promised to call back at 10 am. Nobody called back. I called and left a couple of messages. Then I opened my mail I got today and received a denial letter that was blank. Wasnt even addressed to me, and didnt have any box checked as to why. I guess Im not even a good enough potential customer to even address a piece of paper to me. I called earlier and they said I didnt even have a credit app in the system. Nice! Couldnt even call anybody back like they said they would. Cant even return a phone call either. Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost. Try Jay Wolfe Toyota everyone!!! They really DO work with everyone and have awesome service!! I got the best service and an even better vehicle WITH 24 month warranty and less interest also!!!!

I gave them 1 star because I didnt have the option to choose 0 stars. I found a vehicle they had listed on facebook marketplace. They listed the price at $1200.00, but I quickly realized that was just the down payment they wanted, so I called and asked about the price, rust and a couple of other relevant questions. They wanted $8995.00 for the vehicle. I thought maybe the price was so ridiculously outrageous because that was while making payments, so I asked him ( Dan I do believe ) how much would they sell it for if I paid cash money for it... his response $7995.00! I couldnt believe that. I price checked the vehicle on several different sites, and realized $4842.00 was the top dollar for the vehicle. I went ahead and sent him a message over Facebook explaining and sending screenshots of the research I had gathered, and told him Id be willing to pay $4560.00 cash money. I also asked him how they come up with the prices of the vehicles they sell and why they were charging double for this particular vehicle. His answer was sorry we couldnt help you . Wait, what ? You cant answer simple questions? This guy is a scam artist and hes robbing lots of people and after reading some of the reviews, I see some of yall are happy about it .. lol . This guy is a joke.

My fiancé brought a car from this company and I must say everyone else was very understanding and polite except for a woman by the name Tammy. She was extremely rude, sarcastic and had a terrible attitude. My fiancé paid his vehicle off and just simply called to ask why on his credit report did it not show he was paid off? She was very rude and made very smart comments. I’ve been hearing the same thing about her from other individuals who have purchased vehicles from this place. On top of that his vehicle had over 2000 dollars worth of repairs not even a week after he paid his vehicle off. Tammy is extremely unprofessional and needs proper training on how to talk respectfully to others

They are very dishonest and lie.They are sneaky and also the ower try to make me get a car title to a car that was towel back and i was making payments on that they took back. That is against the law to give a car title to a person who u took a car back from that didnt keep it and also wasnt making payments on it anymore so there it wasnt my car it was still there until i brought it.

Great place to purchase a car. Great customer service. Purchased 2 vehicles a Pontiac and a Ford Explorer and paid them off. No mechanical problems. Got really ill one day and missed my payment. After not hearing from me for a week. I received a call from finance wondering what had happened to me because they did not receive my payment. After I explained my situation with them, they were more lenient with me. I wish that I was still residing in MO. Now I need to purchase a car for my daughter and it is so stressful.Payments are very affordable and I was able to pay off each car in 1 1/2 year. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

Ive had two months to think about this and I have consulted a lawyer. I have to say that this is about the worst car buying experience Ive ever had now that it is all said and done. I was about $2,700 away from paying off an $11,000 loan, was only a payment and a half behind( the equivalent of 3 weeks), and Kwik Auto sent a tow truck to repossess my 2007 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. By the way, this was days after Id been released from the hospital after treatment for covid-19 and double pneumonia. What Tammy, The Collection officer, will say is that I was consistently behind on my payments. What I will say is that I consistently paid on the car and was never more than a week or two behind until I was hospitalized for Coronavirus and subsequent double pneumonia. I was given no warning before the truck was repossessed. When I called about getting the truck back, she had added about $500 in fees and told me that I had seven days to come up with the past due amount plus the repossession fees.. Did I mention that the truck was experiencing transmission problems, all the window motors were either out or going out, and there was a consistent sputtering with the engine no matter the the repairs I paid for out of my own pocket. The truck is still sitting on their lot now. I would advise anyone to either stay away or fully recognize thei risks. Again, I was less than $3,000 from paying the truck off and at the time it was repossessed only 3 weeks behind on the payments. Buyer beware. My lawyer seems to think I have a case.

I have a vehicle with this place now and I absolutely wish I didn’t. They lied to me. I was told my payments would be x amount of money ever two weeks and come to find out it’s twice as much as they told me. So now I had to get an extra job just to help pay them. Plus the car I got had so many problems with it and I’m still working on fixing it. I would not recommend going here what’s so ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

Im editing my review because the company reached out to me and rectified the situation. Mistakes happen. Thats a part of life but when a company does their best to rectify a situation and takes the time to actually apologize, then that shows the true character of the company and its employees. I went to this dealership to look at a blue 2003 or 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. A sales person told me that the car was $7K and the down payment was $1,000. The dealership had a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for the same or different price but they wanted a $2,000 down payment. After they ran a credit check on me, I was told that I needed $2,500 down on ANY car on the lot even though this is a buy here pay here lot. Why would I put that much down for when I could buy a car for that much. They say that they guarantee financing but in this case, they didnt guarantee anything for me. I wont be doing any business with them after this experience.
