They installed a sound system upgrade I bought over the internet..all JL components 4 doors, dash, 5 channel amp, custom sub box, dsr1 sound processor and soundskins. Other than charging me $50.00 for misc parts Im pretty sure they never needed, I was very pleased with the value, speed and end result. They did the whole job in 4.5 hours and it sounds great...Update....I was feeling great about my install until I lifted the hood and saw this in line fuse set up. This is an embarrassment to pro installers everywhere.

Terrible place to get a remote start. We set up an appointment to install and a couple hours turned into 3 days. Then it still didnt work. Set up another appointment at 10 am, when theyre open and no one is there.Theyre store only reflects what type of business they do. Sketchy and trash. I strongly recommend these guysI had my car in their shop this past weekend. I think I got a great deal for quality work completed in a reasonable time frame.Price - Keep in mind that there is a difference between Amazon and real neighborhood stores. I was willing to pay the $15 or 20 to them that I would have paid in shipping.The install price was less than everyone I called, with workmanship that exceeded my expectations. I had them hard wire my GPS into the fuse box, it looks like a factory job. just a visual comparison of costs, it seems they are very competitive on remote starts, Amps, and other custom work.They had a decent waiting area, definitely an OK place for my wife to hang out when she takes her car in next week. No thumping music, no smoke filled air.The owner, Donnie, seemed pretty laid back. He seemed pretty friendly and patient with someone knowledgeable, like me, as well as deep knowledge when other customers came in.The only flaw I found is that I didnt get the documentation that would have come with the unit. I already downloaded it, so not a biggie at all. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I already plan to have more work done on both my cars, and I have no hesitation on using them.

Yes!!! Thats your answer when thinking to buy product with this store. Loud and clear took my Nissan and made it thump louder than I thought it would. And it sounded very nice and clear. I love my new system. I purchased multiple door speakers and sub woofers in the trunk and it completely changed how I listen to hip hop/rap... These guys really took care of me and Im very impressed with the quality work they performed on my car. They only took a few hours and changed my car audio. Im so happy, everything I purchased also came with warranty for no additional charge. This crew really knows what their doing and I found out they tint windows. So I most definitely will be doing business with these guys again!!!

I did read the current reviews, and not sure what happened, but my experience was excellent. I was trying to surprise someone with a gift and they worked with me above and beyond their business hours to bring and pick up car. They advised me on the phone prior to my decision to use them, and doing research based on their advice, it was correct information. Their pricing was below what I was finding elsewhere and there were no hidden costs. I would definitely recommend their services and further, their staff were some of the nicest men to work with. As high class as they come. Just had my truck in there to upgrade the 14 year old stereo to a 7 inch Boss system. They got me in and out in around 30 minutes, and it sounds great. Im super happy, and will return for more work.

I enjoy researching businesses and their offers especially when things get expensive. I like outstanding subs and nothing less. These people knew their equipment and offered great pricing. I looked around others and they either 1) dont call back for business 2) dont know their products 3) they want me to look up the speakers and not them.I would not choose anyone else other than these people. Just be straight up with them, dont veab around the bush and they will treat you right.

Fantastic service, everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. I dont feel that I could have gotten a cheaper price anywhere else. Not to mention it was a high quality install. They can make just about any custom box to fit whatever vehicle. Including in the back of my Silverado underneath the backseat. Exactly what I wanted. I will be back.

From buying and installing car stereos, speakers, and amps to remote start alarms to window tinting. They do it all and I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and service! I had been to many places but have stayed with them ever since I tried them over 12 years ago. I really do not see myself going anywhere else. I also appreciate the way they answer all of my questions to help me decide what purchase I really want to make. The choice thats right for me.

The guys did a great job! My stereo wasnt working, and they were able to diagnose it without charging me an arm and a leg. When Id spoken with Best Buy on the phone they said they thought I would need a new head unit. Loud and Clear looked at my car and figured out that I needed new fuses. If I had listened to Best Buy, I would have been spending a lot more. I recommend this place to anyone who wants honest and reliable work done on their car!

Purchased a amp wire kit. Found out it was enough for the wattage of my system. I never even opened it.... they refused to give my money back instead give you a credit and tried to offer me something that wasnt even worth what i spent .... Never going back!!

I took my car in to get a remoe start put in. They said it would take a couple hours. I called at 3:30 and they said it would be done in 30 minutes. Fast forward to 6:10, I called them because I had not heard from them. They said it was dobe. Unfortunately when I got there it was not.I hope the quality of the work is what other reviews have said. As for me the run-arond and lack of truthful communication have made this my first and last visit.

I came in because I wanted to have a new head unit and door speakers installed. But the guy that I spoke to (I think he was the owner) didnt seem like he even wanted to help me. Condescending, dismissive, and apathetic, he just gave me a really high quote for equipment that was years old, and middling quality. I tried to deal with him, but he wasnt having it. So I ended up buying better equipment at a lower price online and doing the install myself. I was that irked by the awful service, that I just installed my system myself. They might do good work, but theyve got some of the worst customer service in the city. Disappointing.

These guys are as legit as it can get. I had bought all the equipment to install my sub but my amp shipment arrived late. Once it finally arrived they managed to squeeze me in for an install before they closed, even though my appointment was scheduled for earlier. When you walk into the shop you see tons of trophies from car audio competitions around the country so its safe to assume these guys know what theyre doing and theyre good at it. They got it done quicker than I expected for a great reasonable price. These guys are specialized in what they do (unlike BestBuy who didnt wire my brothers car correctly). Special shoutout to Slim for installing my sub!

Very unprofessional and expensive and while they have your car they will be driving it around to get lunch or whatever errands they need to run. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and when I went to go check on it one of the workers was pulling up in my car coming from picking up lunch. They are trash!

Had a remote start w/alarm installed on my 2016 Ford Escape... took a little longer then expected, but got a upgrade at no additional cost....Donnie and his fellow workers did everything to make sure my vehicle was taken care of....Also had my 2 year old there and he watched cartoons on cable until my ride came....will recommend to family and friends will be back for tint soon....great prices and great people....

This review couldnt be lower. I dont know how to sum down how many times they messed up with one job- the only job theyre in business doing. I was lied to point blank in at least 4 different instances.I dropped my car off for a new stereo with a few added bells and whistles they sold me on. They told me it would take 2-3 days to complete (Ive now learned that this is a task that should take 3 hours). During this time I had discovered that they had overcharged me for a simple part by over $100! (He denied all of this)On the 5th day, they told me that they had completed it on the 4th day and just didnt bother to call me. When arriving to pick my car later that day, they were not actually done, the salesman LIED TO ME POINT BLANK.At that point I told them to pack it all back up and I wanted my car back, and to call me when it was ready for pickup.At 9pm they called me stating that the boss really wanted me to come in that night. I obliged, only to find that they wanted to test a whole new system that was never discussed, and that nothing had been uninstalled. POINT BLANK LIE 3, during this time he tried to tell me it would take just as much time to remove, as it did to install, POINT BLANK LIE 4.The next day I called trying to get through to a manager, an uneasy task because I was forced to figure out how to block my caller ID long enough for them to stop ducking my call. Magically they answered after I hid my #. He refused to let me speak to the manager/give me their contact info. And told me to just come pickup my car because it was ready- another thing that they failed to let me now about.I come to pick it up and they ask me to test the rear view camera because they DIDNT REPLACE THE OEM CAMERA BACK, after promising to me that it was all back to stock. As it turns out, THEY THROUGH AWAY MY ORIGINAL CAMERA.My camera does not function like it used to, and I dont even know how to go about fixing it.If Management would like to solve this issue I will take this post down, but if not, Enjoy this message on all social media and review sites.

Hey I cant hear you its Loud and Clear

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took up my boss audio head unit for them to install it for me. And the guy I talked to told me it was going to be 65 dollars for installation and maybe another 30 for parts. So of course I took that deal, but when I came back to get my car they told me the price would be 235 dollars. I told them that they had told me the price should have been around 100 bucks so the guy working at the time dropped it down to 150 for me, but then continued insulting me saying teenagers who buy their stereos somewhere else and bring them to him to install are going to ruin his business (Im 19). So anyways, they werent as professional business owners as I had hoped for, and they messed up some wires in my car that I took else where to fix.

I have dealt with Donnie at Loud and Clear for several years. Im a do it yourself kind of guy and have always found them to be willing to help with good advice and always have what I need to finish a project. Well yesterday I had an unusual project which was to install a large monitor in a $200k+ street sweeper for a very picky customer, not your run of the mill install. To make matters worse, I had a time constraint since the machine had to be put back in service to prep for this weekends races at the KS speedway. Donnie went out of his way to drive across town and get the monitor that met my needs and Jason jumped right on it and worked into the night to get it done. The install looks great, functions perfectly and their price was more than fair for the amount of work required. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.And @ Tom Hefley......You wrote a review based on reading other reviews for a company you have never done business with?!?!

They made a mistake i called looked me up, gave me a appointment time came in they fixed no questions. How service should be.

60 for speakers plus 45$ to just put up 2 overboard speakers in my jeep , thats insane , it took me 5 mins and plus 28 for speakers in WAL-MART

I had a botched installation and setup. They sold me used speakers then I paid full price for.

Horrible place. DO NOT GO THERE. I had them install and amp for me, but not the subs because they were coming the next day. They installed the amp, and a high to low level converter. I put my subs in the next day once they came in, and they were barely vibrating.. Something wasnt right. I went back to Loud & Clear and talked to Tom who I had just talked to the day before. He acted like he didnt even remember me, and asked who installed the amp. I told him THEY did. He tried to get me to set up an appointment for the next day which I couldnt do, so he came out and looked at it. He told me that the reason they werent hitting was because my amp didnt have enough balls . Whatever. Went to another shop that a few people recommended, the took 5 minutes looking at it, and found out that the dumbasses at Loud & Clear hooked up the High to Low level converter to the wrong wires. Now my bass hits thanks to a different shop. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
