One if the best retailers Ive ever been too, period. Ive been coming here for years and the staff is always helpful and kind. They know their products, carefully source what they carry, and almost always cost less or the same as large online retailers.

I’ve been a regular customer since I moved here to Kansas City. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars buying vapes, cartridges, accessories, etc with them.Last night I bought a vape from them. They advertised to me that it would easily have over 200 puffs and even up sold me to buy the slightly more expensive one. When I got home that night the vape ended up being a dud that lasted less than 30 puffs.I went back to the store the next morning(less than 10 hours later) to ask them about it and they refused to return or exchange. It’s a $10 vape to put this in perspective. Not something ridiculously expensive.I understand that they have a certain return/exchange policy to adhere to, but I’m a little surprised they were not willing to even entertain the idea of rectifying a situation a loyal customer by just replacing a $10 DUD vape they sold.Thankfully there’s about 20 other smoke shops in the area that I can now take my business to.I’d suggest in order to have a chance to compete with these other smoke shops that they should maybe focus a bit more on customer service.I will be telling my friends to avoid this place.

Wonderful staff! Always there to assist me with anything I may want to look at or have questions about. Best prices I have found out of anywhere else. Great quality as well as selection of products. This place gave my three vapes that didn’t work when I tried them. That god I didn’t leave yet not that it mattered bc they wouldn’t give me a refund not that it mattered bc the vape I left with will probably break. DONT buy vapes from here huge waste of money

Bought a disposable had it for 6 days and it quit working while it still had more than half of its juice left , took it back and the guy working wouldn’t do anything about it . Never shopping here again

Nice little smoke shop out of the various ones throughout westport and midtown. Great variety of everything and the staff are really friendly.

Great service. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and even offered to cut my cigar. First time customer and I bought cigars that are very fresh. Fresh cigars make all the difference in the world. Im smoking one now and its burning even and drawing perfect. Very impressed with this shop and I will be back.

Bought a broken battery here that I took in that was clearly not functioning properly that had in house warranty and the girl helping me wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the battery. Never going there ever again

This is THE best vape shop in Kansas City. I recently moved down south, but I still go out of my way to go to this store. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, and the store has great products in stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vape products as well as Kratom or CBD.

If you Vape, use herbs & vitamins, or just enjoy going to local merchants who deliver put a gold star next to KC Smoke & Vapes. Visit and Ill bet you add another! I visited here while waiting to make my 1st foray into a close by business. I needed some vaping supplies and generally enjoy the smoke shops. This a Kind shop for sure. They had everything I needed answered questions, and were very friendly. Ill be back

Love this store, I walk in for one thing and always walk out with three or four. Everyone who works there is super helpful and chill. Wont go anywhere else, sometimes they know what I need better than i do.

The staff here are always friendly and willing to help with anything you need, Ive seen them take apart peoples vapes and deep clean them to figure out why its not working. Theyre definitely superior to any other smoke shop Ive been to.

Prices are a bit high, and Im not much of a fan of many of their in-house ejuice flavors, but KC Smoke & Vape more than make up for those with a knowledgeable, gracious, fun, and overall superb staff and make every visit a rewarding experience.

The prices ARE a little bit higher, and Im not rich, but this is where I go. That should tell you something. The level of knowledge, variety of quality products, and non-douchebag-ness of the store totally justify the prices. They are great people with great products, and I dont mind paying a premium for that in any way. Five stars all the way.

This place is the best place to shop for vapers! I visited 3 other shops and no one came close to the selection, service and most importantly knowledge! The young lady even set the whole thing up and let me try it to be sure it worked and it was exactly what I wanted. I will not be wasting my time anywhere else going forward! So we went in kinda new to the CBD world, but not new to vaping. They have a good selection. We did have a slight problem but chalking that up to a bad day. Which they did fix. Overall the people know their stuff. I ended up walking away happy and I will be back.

I stopped by this place because I saw the Kratom sign outside and I was pleasantly surprised. They had the exact Kratom that I was looking for and it turned out that they had CBD too. It was my first time buying CBD or any kind of hemp oil so I was at a complete loss but the staff was great and really helped me figure out best option for the pain issues that Ive been having. I left with a nice stock of Kratom and CBD for under 50 bucks and will definitely be back.

Just opened new shop in Gresham Oregon the attendant was high as heck and Very short with any response to a point it came off rude I asked to smell a juice and he told me it was against the law as he hits his mod behind the counter won’t be back I’m pretty sure it’s not against the law as every other store accommodates this

I dont know what this cigar law is but this place didnt Id me service because the guy that walked in behind me doesnt have his ID with him so she also denied service to me because I am with him but he started different conversation with the cashier and the cashier asked him with his ID and he doesnt have one but me on the other hand I do have my ID but she still denied me service because he made a conversation about the tobacco with the cashier since he doesnt doesnt have his ID I cannot buy my own cigar because of that situation I am really angry because of those people like them at the smoke and bait store I refuse to go back and buy anything for this store this is my judgement.
