I came into HighTech wireless to get a new phone and Imran gave me a credit on my old broken phone and upgraded me to a better phone than I had. He also checked my phone plan to make sure I was getting the best deal available. I’ve bought accessories and gadgets in the past from him and he has the best deals in town. I would recommend going in to check out his store if you need a new phone or plan or Sim card. The customer service is great!

I was looking to replace the battery in my hotspot. This is the one place that was willing to help in that. While they didnt sell batteries there they were able to order the exact battery I needed and I was able to pick it up a couple days later. I would highly recommend this place if you need help with your handheld devices.

Extremely pleased with the service from Hightech Wireless. I went in with port charging issues and the employee went above and beyond to fix it for me. He took pictures and video of the problems on my phone and showed/told me in detail all the steps he did to fix it. I could tell he valued his work and the customers satisfaction.

I was treated like family rather than a random customer. I went in to the store because I had been to METRO PCS in the same strip mall and they turned me away even though I have service through them! I needed to transfer my service to a different device and the gentleman there was more than helpful and extremely polite to me and my problem was taken care of quickly and he even told me since I was technically there after store hours that he would transfer my photos onto my new device if I come back in to the store tomorrow!!!
