I just have to tell everyone about my awesome experience I had today with Randy Curnow. So a few days ago I was driving and my new Buick Encore 2020 GX light came on with something about a steering issue. This concerned me because the dealerships were closed at this time and it seemed serious. Well first thing today I reached out to Randy Curnow and spoke with the amazing RAFAEL, who was diligent in taking my call. Once I dropped off my vehicle, he consistently provided timely updates and was very genuine. He arranged for a shuttle service to get me as I expressed concern getting there AND since my vehicle is still under warranty it was all free of charge. Thank you Rafael for a terrific job and the driver who came to get me. It really eased all of my worries and I was back on the road in no time! Would certainly recommend this place to anyone! 🀟🏾

One of the best experiences buying a car. Shelton was very helpful, no pressure. He walked me through everything. I could not have asked for a better salesman to help me. Very personable. The sales manager and finance person were also very helpful and explained everything. I was very impressed and will definitely call Shelton when I decided to buy another car. The fact that he sent me pictures along the way after my car came in was very helpful also. It is being delivered today. Very excited!!!

I took my 2016 Buick enclave in they told me it was a power steering pump that needed to be replaced so $1700 later I have a new power steering pump 1 day later I take it back in because its still doing the same thing now They say I need a rack and pinion steering part and that was almost $2300 when I talked to another shop they told me it was probably the rack pinion steering all the time and I didnt need a Power steering pump. Needless to say I am not a very happy camper with the service department the only good thing about the service department is Joe. Joe is a very nice guy and he helps people but he cant control all the technicians all the time. I think its time the general manager of Randy Curnow starts paying their technicians a little bit more in order to get some decent help back there and maybe they wont screw up everyones cars.

Upset that i had to put a one star just to post my experience; Bad experience, I don’t recommend. Took my truck to get oil change and realized one of my rim cover of my back tire was missing when I called back to see why they didn’t put it back they literally didn’t want to take any action on to why or even try to replace it. I called several times to talk to service manager who kept ignoring my calls and never reported back to me as they said they’ll let him know I’ve called. So I had to pay out of pocket for something they misplaced, bad experience to say this was no professional work. It was just messy don’t go there.

Tried to stay close to home but the customer service is so off-putting that I will drive further in hopes of getting better service. Cant call in a timely manner or respond. The customer service manager that I spoke to was the one that told my wife that we didnt have to take our vehicle to this location when he was a representative. I spoke with a manager at that time and instead of fixing the problem they promoted him. I will never, never spend another dime of my money at this dealership and I think for the first time in my life (50 years) I will not be buying a GMC vehicle.

I was in DESPERATE need of a new car (surprised mine even made it around town to shop for vehicles). We had looked at several dealerships in the KC area and overall the service was not great. We were on our way to another dealership in Merriam when my Dad said hey lets pull in and check this place out and I am SO GLAD we did! Israel Cosio took care of us right away. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. Overall he made the car buying process easy and stress free (this is coming from someone who hates the car buying process). I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Israel in particular to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Terrific customer service, cant say enough good things!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated on Sat. 9-4-21. I also asked them to check the tires inquiring about the amount of tread as to whether I need to replace them any time soon. He said they looked ok and I wouldnt need placements yet. I gave him a monetary tip, and was so happy my car maintenance was taken care of.Would you believe I got a flat tire on Sun. 9-5-21? So I revisited your business on 9-7-21 the day after Labor Day and wanted to get my flat fixed. ?? I’m only giving 3 because my sales guy was pretty good. Either way I got a 2016 Jeep Compass for the price of what was suppose to have been 9,000. I ended up getting the ally gap insurance all together I was paying 18,000 for the car. I got it August 2019 and I had to maintenance my car the second I got it. And then winter came I couldn’t drive my car for 3 months due to the throttle body going out and transmission not getting power. I called the service center to schedule an appointment which they did but called me later to let me know they could not maintenance my vehicle since it’s an electrical problem I’d need to take it to the jeep dealership. Who ended up trying to charge me 700 for a diagnostic and to change to the throttle body. My ally gap β€œwarranty” did not cover anything. So what was the purpose of having ally gap?

Instrument cluster indicated potentially serious mechanical issues with my vehicle and I called service right away. I scheduled a service visit for a little later in the day and the next day I was advised a major problem had been discovered. I was disappointed the vehicle would be down over the weekend but I did make that decision to have it sit at the shop until repairs could be completed. My truck was returned to me Monday evening and I was pleased to have it back. Hopefully, it is mechanically sound as there was no indication of a problem other than the instrument panel display and the the remote start feature shutting down abruptly. It seemed to be operating normally aside from that remote start anomaly.

Took my 2021 1500 3.0 duramax in for crank no start, dropped of 8/30/21 was not told how long they would have my truck, or when they would call or anything. Was not offered a loaner vehicle to drive, I was offered a ride home. I went 12 days with NO phone call NO text NO email NOTHING.... I went to the dealership demanding answers / updates. This is very unacceptable in my opinion. I was told by the Service Manager that day they would call me with a update or tell me it was finished. Well guess what NO PHONE call once again! Finally Monday 9/13/21 rolls around and the service department calls and tells me the truck is ready! 2 weeks later... ONE PHONE call So I think you can Cleary see my experience was not very good at all.

My experience was the best Ive ever had and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. I am almost retired and wanted to get a truck paid for before this happens. I texted them early in the morning before they opened and Paul called me as soon as they opened and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. When we got there the truck was waiting out front for us to look at. The price was way below retail and there was absolutely no pressure or BS like so many other dealerships Ive dealt with. Bobby in finance was great and I felt like they were more friends than salespeople trying to screw you over. I didnt even haggle over the price. Didnt need to!!!

The salesman did not seem to care about me. He kept saying we get you out of here fast. When I was done in finance we came out and he was eating lunch at his desk. He said thanks and there you go. I ask if he got everything out of my trade and he said yes. I looked three things in plain site and my Ktap still on my windshield. Also no headsets or remote for the rear entertainment system. I gave you my set. I expect there to be the set in the new vehicle. I am sure nothing will come from this.

Had several services scheduled on your schedule. Received a call after car was dropped off. Person was not aware the car was there. Then was informed that could not get to it due to personnel scheduling. Huh??? I made an appointment on your schedule shouldnt you know that person wasnt available? Service manager covered the rental car due to this. An oil change and tire rotation was scheduled. When i picked up the car service personnel did not know if it was completed had to go asked someone. It had not been done. The car sat on your lot for an entire day and no one touched it because the transmission guy was out. Last time i checked you didnt do an oil change in the transmission. Poor scheduling. No communication between service personnel. As a customer i dont feel comfortable that all of the work was completed.

My only complaint is, I wish the customer service was better with the service department. I had to get my salesman involved to make sure I wouldnt be charged. From, initial inquiry regarding details, issues and shipping, through communication with Tony the finance manager, all made the most satisfying and easy car purchase we have ever had. If you are in the market for a new or used car I highly recommend going through Randy Curnow.I recently had the pleasure to purchase a used 2020 Chevy Impala Premier and I have been extremely satisfied with entire car shopping experience. Specifically, I would like to thank Israel Cosio! Israel helped me find a vehicle, he pointed out a minor defect (small golf ball size dent) in the front that I would not have noticed in pictures and probably not in person. He set the car aside without a down payment or written agreement, he picked me up from the airport (all of this was done over the internet/phone without ever seeing the car in person until the day of purchase), and he continues to tell me to reach out anytime. All of this really speaks to the integrity and customer service of Israel and the dealership as a whole. After putting on roughly 2k miles I have been extremely happy with the purchase. Couldnt make it out there the first night or the second night that they called us, get out there the following afternoon and the car isnt on the lot. I bought my pick up from the dealership about 18 months ago and when I purchased it I got the gap insurance and extended warranty. I’ve had other positive experiences with the shop before but this time it was pretty annoying. I dropped my truck off Wednesday morning for an oil change and some work on my air conditioner. When I drop it off I confirmed that they knew what they were doing, I got a call from Julie Wednesday afternoon With a quote on how much it would cost to get my truck fixed. It was going to be like $1200 I asked why the extended warranty company would not cover it? And she said in the computer system it only showed that I had gap insurance purchase through Ally. I informed her that I did have an extended warranty and that she may want to check with the people in finance to see who it was through. And after that point all of my calls to her went unanswered and no voicemails responded to. The only way I was able to get any kind of updates was by going to the dealership. I eventually got my truck back Friday afternoon but that to me seems about a day longer then what it should have been.

Changing my review from 5 starts to 1, 0 if I could! I brought my 2 cars here for hail damage repair.... 1 car I was offered a free diagnostic after I asked about an oil change. I am told my car is done, but when I go to pick it up no diagnostic or oil change has been done I have to bring my car back. So I do, suddenly some thing breaks on my car while theyre doing the oil change- no big deal. Im ok with getting that fixed, I want to now what else needs to be fixed with the diagnostic anyways, and that gets fixed as well. 30 MINUTES AFTER I PICK UP CAR#1 - MY AIR CONDITIONER STARTS BLOWING HOT AIR! Its making this crazy winding noise and its NEVER done that before. I bring it back the next day as soon as they open, the guy says it sounds like my air compressor before even looking at it. When I ask why that didnt show up in my diagnostic, he says that that diagnostic machine is being serviced and that I have really bad timing. And after spending over $1500 on car #1 with them, he tells me to go to Firestone so THEY can fix my A.C. which just so happens to be right next door. Then he said, Hey at least it wont be hot today, keep your chin up.Car #2 - We picked up our 2014 Dodge Challenger and its got marks all over the car from them marking where they fixed the hail dents. I turn on the turn signal and its blinking like its out. So I go to the auto parts store up the street, get a new light, go to put it in and THEY NEVER HOOKED MY BLINKERS BACK UP. THEY ALSO DIDNT HOOK MY WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID BACK UP. All this was before my A.C went out on car #1 which is why when it started to blow hot air, I simply took out back to them hoping this was something else they decided not to bother hooking up.After my family getting 5 vehicles from them, countless oil changes I can say that we will NEVER EVER go back. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of.

Purchasing a used vehicle is always done with the worry that something will go wrong with the car right after the purchase and then when you return to the selling dealership they act like they dont know who you are or have no desire to help. We bought a gorgeous white Jeep Wrangler and it had a check engine light come on immediately after we purchased it. Used car Manager Stony Floyd took care of the problem with a smile like it was no big deal. This is how used car sales should be done. Great job and thank you !

Why would they do the alignment if they knew it would have to be done again and charge me for both times. Purchased extra key for 2020 Silverado. When the key came in I was told it might have to be programmed. Was not told this when ordering. Service said it would be $60 + and 1 hour. Left with out being programmed.Called another dealer and after a couple questions I was told I could program it myself. Was told how and 30 seconds later and no money it was programmed and working. I was almost taken by the dealership.

Had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, oil was changed but I do not believe the tires were rotated. I checked with the dealer and was told they were. While I have no way to prove that they were not, there was one tire that showed under inflated before and it was in the same place after, this leads me to believe the rotation never happened and the ticket did not reflect any tire rotation.

From start to finish Randy Curnow was the most customer friendly in the KC Area. Other dealerships would expect I would buy from them and it was more of a transactional sale with a bad attitude. Randy Curnow was no pressure, friendly, and earned my business. They wanted to put me in the truck I wanted versus what they had available. The delivery of the vehicle was smooth and thorough. If something wasnt right they went out of their way to make it right with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend.

Joe in Service was awesome. I had a 1:30 pm appointment for an oil change and the first lady told me it would be about 2 1/2 hours before my car could get in. I asked her then why have appointments. I then called Joe who has always been very good at his job and asked him the same question and he stated no we always take the appointments in first. He then processed my car and got the oil change for me and I was back on the road in less than 1 1/2 hours. Make sure you do whatever you have to, to keep Joe.

Tried to charge me $1,000 to replace the ignition and door lock on my truck parts were only $200 did it myself in an hour all they care about is making money not a mechanic I would trust with my vehicle and I am a mechanic I just needed to service done fast thats why I went to them first but it was better to do it myself
