The selection of womens work boots is basically non-existant. Also the associates working only asked the male customers if they needed help. I was never asked, also I noticed a female customer had to ask for help after walking around aimlessly. This place sucks for shopping if you are a woman that wants actual working boots and decent service. Better bring your boyfriend if you want any attention from the employees.

Came in here looking for a specific work boot. Couldnt find what I was looking for. So staff help me pick out some other boots. They didnt have the size I needed.. So ordered it and shipped to my house. Great staff!!

Was first shocked by the high prices. But they do offer price matching And some other savings with rewards card. Feel like I made some good deals here. Almost two years out of these hard working ariat boots. Very clean store. Great selection. Very helpful staff.

A came in with my hat, a soft felt stetson, I wish I took pictures of before because it was in worse shape than I had been, I asked the lady at the counter if she could shape it up for me, she said it usually takes a day so I gave her two being the condition it was in. When I returned I was promptly attended to, I said Im here to pick up my hat, she asked if this one was mine and had it right there on the counter, I dont think it looked that good before, she said all three of us worked on it, so a special thanks and an amazing job to you gals at the boot barn, beautiful work. This one means a lot to me, and it wont have to be hung up quite yet!

First time as a black guy going to Boot barnOh my god, glad I went.Ive been wanting to buy my first set of Cowboy boots....in which I did. Stephen help me and was patient enough to explain to me about several style of boots. The other guy and lady also helped me out as i purchased the boots. Very Awesome team in liberty.Bought the boots and im getting them stretched in the ankle area. Will pick them up on Sunday or Monday when they call me.Just a great experience and felt good being there. I was even offered a pair of tickets to go to The American Royal for free. But said no as I wasnt feeling to well Sinus/Allergies stuffy head and coughing.Just wanted to say thank you to the Awesome Team at Liberty Boot Barn. You guys made my day. Thanks!

Boot Barn with great they had a good deal on a vest I purchased. the salesperson help me find a vest that fit really nice. Let me try on a few of them maybe about six or seven. and I ended up leaving with one and is very nice.

Ive been shopping at this location for a few years now and Ive never had such horrendous service. I was in there for maybe 10, 15mins. It was in no way shape or form busy. However, for some reason I was not asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged.. The staff here are usually super nice, def not today though.

This is hands down the best store to get western wear. The staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help. Their prices are great, it is pretty much the only store I shop at.

We left the store after the sales person at the Liberty Mo store told me my daughter, a chemical engineering intern was “really stupid” because she did not realize that steel toe boots might possibly be uncomfortable! My question is who is really less intelligent? But we did really like your sleeveless ‘Merica western shirt you were sporting that day!

I went in here for the first time last week. The store was very clean and extremely well organized. The staff was helpful and asked if I needed help or had questions a couple of times while I was there. The only thing that was disappointing was the selection of boots in my size, since I have larger feet. I would definitely go back and would recoomend this store to those with more standard sized feet!

Looked nice but I arrived at 815 am and they dont open till 10am

I had a nice experience when i was shopping at the store. The staff were all helpful. When i went to pay i was asked if i would like to sign up for a credit card which i did. When i received the credit card in the mail my name was spelled wrong. I also noticed on the envelope that my address was also wrong. Luckily enough my postmaster was nice enough to figure out what apartment i lived in. I called customer service right away and was told that they would not change my address to the correct address. I explained that 600 people live in my building and that the apartment number was what it needed to get to me. They still refused to change it. I never received my first billing so i ended up having to call and find out when it was due. I paid balance in full and canceled credit card. What choice did i have when they wouldnt correct it. Very very disappointed because i really liked the store but i will not stop here again. Terrible customer service staff!! What good is a credit card with your name spelled incorrectly and bill doesnt get to you due to the fact that they refuse to correct it.

This place was a big waste of time. I didnt see one employee the entire time I was in there. If your looking for lace ups dont bother. If your a person looking for more of a flashy boot and not an actual work boot then this is the store for you. This isnt a store for the working man, if you need that try E. Edwards work wear

Didnt have a big selection in my size. So bummed. Went into boot barn to purchase my very first pair of cowboy boots. I was super excited to make my first purchase and man were people rude. They were rude to my kids and to meand my husband. I know I was wishy washy with my purchase. Trying to decide on a pair, then when I did - figuring out how a boot should feel and fit is a whole other issue. Firm like a hand shake not too tight with a little room in the back. Yup, I felt that way in the boot but it was a little snug. They said the boots would stretch and conform to your foot. While I was trying to decide, they yelled at my kids. Said they were going to call a store to see if they had my size then helped another customer. Truly an unpleasant experience. I know I kept switching my mind but we dont have boot barns around the corner from our house and Im not driving to Gurnee for a return. Love my boots. Hope they stretch just a wee bit more which Im sure they will.

Nice and clean place but the prices are high. My son bought a $250 pair of boots and they lasted less than 6 months. Afraid to buy another pair.

If your feet are larger than a size 13 they dont have it in stock. Save your time.

In order to get any help from the many assistants working we had to go to the cashier. I inquired about ordering an Ariat jacket and there was a tall thin brunette that said, all we have is whats in the store. A younger, very pleasant girl said we could order from Boot Barns warehouse, wow, that was so simple. I just dont understand why alot of employees just dont wanna to work a tad bit more inorder to help the customer. Anywho, the young lady that helped me was great. My order was placed on Saturday & I received my jacket on Tuesday. Thank you young lady for taking the time to assisting me.
